They have been taking care of my kitties when I've been on vacation for several years now and do a wonderful job, often going above and beyond. It gives me great piece of mind to know my cats will be well looked after and loved when I'm gone. Nancy is great at getting everything set up and helping with any questions you have. And the sitters are all great with a special shout out to Megan whom we have had since day one.

I have used VIP Pet Services a handful of times. I will never use another pet service as long as I live in the area. Every time they go above and beyond to make sure our fur children (1 cat and 1 dog) are well taken care of. Not only do they text me pictures of our animals everyday, but they also leave notes/updates on how each visit was or any concerns they may have (if any). This most recent time, Marty took care of our animals. She is so sweet and such a gentle soul to our pets, and we actually came home to flowers that she got us from our animals. I cannot thank her enough for spending the time she did with our middle aged cat and our 8 month old puppy. Our puppy needs lots of attention, time outside, and from time-to-time needs someone willing to clean up after him. On the first day of our trip, our puppy had the runs, and Marty stayed at our place longer, off the clock, to make sure he was okay. I can't explain enough how comfortable I am any time I leave to go on a trip because of VIP. They care about each of my animal's daily schedules and follow it exactly how I do it when I'm not away! Thank you VIP! :)

I use VIP private care for my dog-reactive pup, and they are so accommodating! It's relieving to finally have a place to take him. The playgroups look amazing as well and I hope one day he can join!

It isn't possible for there to be a better dog walking service. They love dogs, and the dogs know it. Sending your best friend off with strangers can be unnerving to say the least. But these are professional animal lovers who will even wipe your dog's feet on rainy days (if you leave a towel out). And they are 100% reliable. They have been walking my dogs since the day they opened for business. If I could rate them better than "Excellent", say "Superb" maybe, I would do it!

My dog, Ren, is always in the best mood on the days she has a walk with ! Our dog loves his walker. All of the office staff members are very helpful.

We couldn't recommend VIP more with everything from special requests to change of schedule and dog-sitting needs. They are the best!

Great spot for your furry friend. They took our two labs and they came back happy and healthy. You can tell the people there really like animals.

I am so happy to have found VIP Pet Sitters. Now I never worry about my 2 cats when I am traveling. I love the daily email updates and receiving pictures. VIP has even convinced my shy one to come out from under the bed when she is there!

We have used VIP for over 5 years. Without fail, they continue to impress us with the cars they give our cats. They clean their litter boxes, feed them, give them fresh water, pet them and spend time with them. They take photos of our cats daily and send us photos of them each day when we are away. They even water our plants, take out and out away our trash and recycling bins on the designated days and check mail. We highly recommend using VIP pets to take care of your pets too.

My dog loves this place. Prices are in line with other area businesses and they're conveniently located for me. My dog gets so excited when he sees one of the staff coming/going from work during our walks. Clearly they take good care of him when I'm away.

This service is top-notch. Professional and reliable. Our cats adore our sitter, and we have not one worry while we’re gone.
