The selection is great quality. The staff outstanding. Always helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly.

The kindest staff took so much time and effort to help me find something my geriatric dog who hasn't ben eating would eat. They were down on hands and knees helping him try food or treats. I'm so impressed at the customer service. They've completely won over my business.

Love they exist. Convenient and have the best food big box doesn’t carry. Annoyed by PAID membership model. Basically forced to do it because of the discount. No other apparent benefits so wonder what backend revenue stream they cooking up. Also you get free food if you save enough receipts. No employee will tell you that but ask.

Always an amazing, helpful, friendly staff, a hearty welcome for your dog, and everything you need, all high quality! It's not the cheapest place to buy your pet supplies, but if you value service and expertise and quality, an extra buck or two is well worth it!

Huge selection of Fromm dog food ???????? Also open later than all the other stores which is super appreciated.

Great shopping experience and nice staff, the products are all on the higher end side so if you want to get something more basic (basic dog bed, basic collar, etc), I suggest looking elsewhere, but if you want something special then come here. My dog loves a specific brand of bully sticks I’ve only found here so I guess that makes it worth it. ????

Found a lot of good items, large food selection. $100 bed and not lots of options there. Staff was hit or miss.

I love Tomlinson's! All during the pandemic I've taken advantage of their same day delivery-- a huge plus. Now, being vaccinated,.I went into the store, and was treated like royalty. They let me exchange food my cat no longer likes for his current favorite. A great shopping experience.

My go to pet store. The location is great, but if I can't make it in store the same/next day free delivery on their website is awesome. I went in yesterday to look for a new wet food for my picky elderly cat. An employee immediately came over and helped me pick out the perfect wet food, saving me so much time and money. Shop local!

I've always loved tomlinsons because the staff seem way more knowledgeable than other pet places, and super helpful and friendly. Their stock may not be cheap, but everything is high quality and they have a great return policy

First day in the New home

They have excellent quality and selection and the absolute best service. Everyone is super friendly and knows about the products. I of course love supporting local businesses, too. They also offer free delivery (maybe over a certain $$) and they have a buy 12 get 1 free special with most types of dog and cat food.

I was looking for Parrot food,not available at this store!

Been here several times and the staff is always fantastic. I love the large selection of treats from bones to hooves to antlers and more.

Normally i go south to their store on Ben White. However in the era of covid and the necessity to reduce bus rides i go to the one in walking distance.

I have ordered from this company a couple of times now. They have a decent selection of food and treats for the pups and kitties in your life. One order was delivered missing a few items (VitalCats freeze dried minnows). I emailed the easy to find help address and within minutes their support staff (shout out to Betsy!) Was arranging for the missing items to be dropped off at my door that same day! BTW, if you have cats, try the minnows. Our cats are insane over them.

Very helpful staff! They carry Primal freeze dried dog food, which my dog has been eating for years. And they have a great return policy in case your dog hates what you get them
