I love this place. They have been in business for a long time so you can trust them with your dog. They are also wise and experienced. Can't recommend them enough.

At first glance our dog's cut looked good, but on closer inspection it is quite uneven in places, and some spots were not cut at all (like the inside of his hind legs). Where this head meets his neck was the most uneven, and I had to go over it with scissors myself to fix it. It also appears that some of his whiskers were cut. Maybe they just struggled to wrangle him and that's why there were issues. We were quoted a $70 estimate for his breed and weight, but the actual cost was more than $90. I would've appreciated being given a range in the quote, rather than having to pay a surprise extra 28%. Perhaps if he had needed his anal glands expressed and nails clipped, and if they had been able to clean his teeth, the price would've felt more justified. On the plus side, he was ready early, and they gave a free toy and bandana.

Called up and talked to Micheal. Super helpful. Great place to go for all your grooming needs. Just wish there were 6 stars to give.

My 10 month old kitten needed a nail trim desperately and her vet stopped doing nail trims. I phoned Plush Pad and was told to bring her in now and it only took 5 minutes. Amazing customer service.

This place saved me. My vet usually did nail trims/sanitary trims for my cat but they were closed and she was getting a mess. She's a little difficult and so I was worried if they could do it but they did both with ease. They also gave me some good advice. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. 100% would recommend. Friendly, personable, and great with cats!

I was worried because of some of the negative reviews I saw on Yelp, but they did a wonderful job with my kitty's first ever grooming appointment. All she needed was a sanitary trim, so she was in and out in just about 10 minutes! They told me she did really well, and she didn't seem overly stressed afterwards. She even got a catnip toy out of it for being a first-time customer. 10/10, would book again.

We’ve taken our long hair polydactyl cat here 3 times and every single time we’re blown away and impressed. He’s sensitive about his nails and makes messes of his long haired paws and they managed to cut everything to a comfortable point for him. I can’t give them enough good reviews.

Today was Homer's first visit to Plush Pad. Homer was really anxious and nervous upon his arrival, but the staff was really patient! I gave them a call to ask how Homer was doing and they responded promptly. I was worried that Homer would be anxious or aggressive afterwards, but he seemed very happy and playful when I picked him up! They did exactly what I asked for and Homer did not seem to have any scratches or cuts. He looks so great! They also gave us a toy for Homer and put around his neck a really cute bandana!!! The people I interacted with were very nice and clear about instruction. The price was very fair. This is a wonderful place with absolutely professional and kind people; Homer and I will definitely come back. I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

... Wow! This place is amazing. I called 6 or 7 places trying to find someone who could help give my kitten a sanitary clip (first time owner of a long-haired cat came with some surprises lol). Amber and Sandra took me as a walk in right away and provided the quickest, calmest, nicest experience I could have hoped for. Really helped solve a timely problem in an exceptional way. Even sent my kitty home with his own toy. Glad to have found our permanent groomer :) Highly recommend!

Decided to try out a new place for nail trimming and was very impressed! Plush Pad did a much better job than Petco and it was slightly cheaper! Highly recommend!

I claimed a severely matted stray cat from my neighborhood as my own. This beautiful little girl has years of mat on her thick long coat, limiting her movements and ability to go to the bathroom. She was caked with flea poop and frankly, her own poop. After she got her vaccinations, I started the hunt for a groomer willing to take this cat on as a client. The cat was friendly enough, but frankly I was scared of how she would react during the surely hours long job it would take to remove years of disgusting mats (I swear, some were 4 inches tall on her back). I called Plush Pad after being turned down by several other groomers. I explained the situation to the front desk, who asked if I could speak to the owner, bcs taking on such a challenge would be her call. Sandra was so empathetic and understood the severity of the situation. She offered to see us the immediately! Sandra and team were done in an hour, calling me throughout the process to let me know how she was doing. How they would handle her flea problems, that she was doing great. I was so scared how this poor animal would react to being groomed, but this team worked magic to make sure she was comfortable and happy throughout. They sent her home with a catnip mouse, brand new collar and pink bow. I wish I had before pics of the nightmare this poor cat came in with. Little "Lily" is now an inside cat, and loves snuggling under blankets. Sandra truly cares for animals, and I'm so thankful I found them. Thank you to Plush Pad for taking on such a tough job, on extremely short notice, and getting this little girl happy and healthy!!
