Pets Domain ATX Austin, Texas

This was my first experience with Pets Domain and it most definitely won’t be my last. My fiancé and I were heading out of town for about 6 days and needed in home pet sitting for our two cats. They were so sweet in the initial meet and greet, and assured us that our cats were in good hands. I was worried leaving our cats in the hands of a new service but the team made me feel so comfortable! They gave us detailed reports of every visit and went above and beyond with the tasks they did for the cats and around the house! They even sent pictures of them every visit! The client portal is so convenient and easy to use, and the booking system is amazing. Very affordable and I will be telling everyone I know about them!

I have used Pets Domain since they started and have always had nothing but amazing experiences. I always know my pets are in great hands and I can travel with peace of mind. My dog got sick while I was abroad and communication was quick via their portal. We made a plan of action within a few minutes of my finding out and they took my dog to the vet. The walkers/sitters are top notch and really know the animals. They send the best pictures and updates for every visit and I would rather leave my pets in their hands before I would even let my family watch them. They have taken care of my cats, dogs and lizard and all receive the same amount of excellent care. I will always recommend them as the best pet care I’ve ever encountered.

Amazing service! I loved the text updates (the care notes are so cute) and pictures I was sent after each visit. It's so easy to book, and no hassle to add visits when my trip was extended. They were also amazing at keeping me up to date on walks that needed to be cancelled due to bad thunderstorms, and were proactive at rescheduling so my pup could still get her exercise. I definitely know who I'm going back to the next time I'm out of town! Thank you, Pets Domain, and all of your amazing dog walkers!!

You guys were so communicative, and went above and beyond with everything. Definitely put me at ease while I was traveling to see the morning updates and photos. Serena did such a great job caring for Night Sky, you'll definitely be seeing more of us!

I was very impressed with Pets Domain’s service! They watched my cat over the holidays, and the service was above and beyond. I felt so much peace of mind with the daily detailed updates and photos. I also appreciated how they asked for details and instructions about feeding/litter/toys, and followed them perfectly! It was totally worth the money!

I have a very reactive, high energy puppy and was worried he’d be too much for a walker to handle. But they do amazing with him! The walkers here are very knowledgeable about animal behavior and are actually helping improve my pup’s behavior.

I feel so lucky to have found Pets Domain ATX!!! I am a super protective dog mom and I worry when I leave town. However, they make going out of town easy! They are beyond informative about each visit and send lots of pictures so I am always assured that my baby is in good hands and is happy! I would 100% recommend them! They truly are amazing and care for your animals as if it were their own!

I don’t have the vocabulary to describe how much I appreciate Allison and Allyn. I was recommended Pets Domain by a friend after speaking about our dog's mutual anxieties and how difficult it is to work around those behavioral issues. She had wonderful things to say and I was excited to give them a try. The professionalism and care Pets Domain puts into your pet's care is unmatched. An extremely thorough questionnaire is required prior to signing up to get information as trivial as “where is the leash kept” to things as specific and thoughtful as “what is the house plant watering schedule”. Imagine that! Not only do they care for your pets but they will go out of their way to make your life easier while you’re away. My dog is extremely wary of strangers, children, men, other dogs, etc. I thought I would always have to be chained to my apartment in letting him out and being with him. Never being able to go on a day trip, sleep over a friends place, and so on. Pets Domain has totally changed that for me! They are so patient with my little anxious boy sometimes spending upwards of 15 minutes in my apartment just trying to get him to let them put a leash on. That’s not all, they ease my anxiety as well by sending me constant updates and photos. The BEST photos I have of my dog have been taken by Allison and Allyn. They should take up pet photography as one of their services haha. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them!

Pets Domain has been outstanding right from the initial consultation. Allison and Megan always take great care of our pup, Bean, and they have always gone above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Bean looks forward to their visit every day and always has a great time. And they always take amazing pictures of Bean, so that's a bonus! I will recommend Pets Domain to anyone in the Domain/Austin area.

Allison and her team at Pets Domain are absolutely amazing! My dog suffers separation anxiety and having to travel anywhere without her has always been very difficult. I usually even have issues with my dog eating her meals when we are away because her anxiety gets the best of her. While I was away, Allison and her team did an amazing job connecting with Bella and making her feel safe and comfortable. She went on her daily walks, ate all of her food and even played at the dog park. I was so incredibly happy to see that Bella had connected with Allison and all of my concerns about having to leave Bella in the future for a work trip or vacation are now gone! I initially made a call to Pets Domain a few weeks prior to the trip I had planned and Allison was very responsive. She came by the apartment to meet Bella and we discussed in great detail all of Bella's needs, food schedule, personality, etc. Scheduling the appointment dates and time was super simple as everything is online and Allison and her team are super responsive! While I was away, I received picture updates of Bella on her walk, eating and having fun! I came home to a very happy and well rested pup! Allison even left an adorable card and a very cute picture of Bella in a magnet on our fridge. Such amazing service-I would highly, highly recommend Pets Domain to anyone who wants to make sure their fur baby is very well cared for while away on a trip/at work, etc.

Pets at the Domain has been taking care of our dog and cat for three years now and I cannot imagine using any other service. I cannot speak highly enough about Allison and her team! They are so fabulous I think the cat is starting to like them better than she likes us...

Everyone’s dog is special but not every dog is a special needs dog! Allison’s crew at Pets Domain has given my little Jamison the same quality of care, attention, and love that his family gives him. Jamison was born with two deformed front paws and heart valve disease. For his walks, J gets around in a cumbersome stroller that requires patience and caution. Every walker treats J like the precious cargo he is! I am not just satisfied with Pets Domain, I am truly grateful to know that J is safe and happy when he’s with Pets Domain!

I recently moved to Texas and did not know anyone in the area. I work shift work and crazy hours. Pets at the Domain was able to accommodate all my work requests but more importantly, took amazing care of my dogs. My dogs are little and can be a handful, not only did they walk them but they worked on behavior issues. I got daily reports and pictures. I would use them IN A HEART BEAT! I never had one issue over 6 months :)

I am so unbelievably happy with the services this company extends. I am so glad I chose them to help take care of my special needs dog and I could not be more pleased with the professional and caring job they do every single time. I will not use any other dog walking business because I adore them so much and recommend them to every person I know.

There is no reason to use any other dog services if you are in the Domain area. Pets Domain is hands down the best and most professional company to work with and trust to care for your sweet fur-babies. Truly the best in the business.

We were so impressed with Pets Domain this weekend! We wanted our dog to be well taken care of and loved while we were gone, and he had the time of his life! Every visit included a detailed paragraph about how everything was going, and a lot of pictures of Wilson running, eating, playing, and getting all the scratches. We felt so at ease being far from home, knowing our dog was being so well taken care of. Thank you Allison and everyone who watched Wilson for us-- we will be using you guys again!

I had been using the other major cat sitter service in town for a year until recently when their policies and availability really went downhill. I switched over to Pets Domain and wish I had done it sooner! Onboarding was quick and easy with a next day appointment. I was then able to schedule my visits immediately after she left. First visit went good, no issues. Very happy customer.

Great company with awesome communication. We use them Monday-Friday for our dogs since we work a lot. Always get great photos and updates. I've had bad experiences with places like Petsmart and Rover, so am super glad we found these people! Very professional.

We are so thankful for the Pets Domain ATX team! They have worked us in even with short notice when something has come up and we've had to go out of town unexpectedly. Our fur baby has some medical issues and the team takes excellent care of her--we are never worried when she is in their care! We get numerous updates and pictures, daily, which makes us feel confident that she is being treated well and loved on while we're away. I highly recommend this team!

This is a FANTASTIC company! We have 2 small dogs, 1 of whom gets a bit nervous around new people, and the sitters who worked with them were patient, caring, and loving (by the end of the weekend my nervous baby was excited to greet the sitters when they arrived!). They addressed our dogs' needs, were very attentive to the notes we left about the care for our dogs, and were excellent about providing us with updates while we were gone. I had such peace of mind when the sitters at Pets Domain were watching our dogs, and will be using them again. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a responsible sitting service to watch their pets!

The BEST 5 star pet sitting service I have ever used in my life! I have 2 senior dogs, 13 and 15 years old, and was worried about someone taking care of them properly. I had just moved from Dallas to Austin and set out to look for a pet sitter in a new city without knowing anyone. I love that Allison came out and met my dogs, took notes, asked questions, and reassured me that they were going to be well taken care of. She is VERY thorough! I love that they give a full report with pictures at every visit. They are very detail oriented compared to any other pet service that I’ve ever used. My favorite part was when we moved apartments and Allison came over to get the keys, my dogs were so happy to see her! Their tails wagging confirmed that they loved her! That was all the confirmation I needed. Please give them a try if you live in the Austin area, they do not disappoint!
