Fantastic company to work with. Moving our cat was the only part that wasn’t stressful during our international move during Covid. Sure, it was a little pricey, but they were easy to get ahold of and they worked with us as were driving around the country for three weeks before we moved. That meant we had to work with multiple vets and Pet Relocation stayed on top of it all.

I hired this company after seeing all of the great reviews. I needed someone to assist me getting my two fur babies from the Dominican Republic to the United States. My issue with this company is not so much their services, but rather their lack of acknowledgment or assistance when they make huge errors. When my two dogs arrived to the United States I was informed by the travel agent that I should go to the cargo facility to pick them up. It was a Friday night and when I got to the cargo facility they would not give me my animals because customs paperwork was not filled out correctly by the broker that pet relocation hired. In a panic I called my travel agent for assistance and to my surprise I got no answer. I called multiple times and sent texts and nothing. To this day the company has been MIA. I was forced to leave my dogs overnight at the cargo facility and was originally told that the earliest I would get them would be Monday. Thankful the third party agents and the cargo facility got a broker to correct the customs paperwork (this person did them a favor by working on a Saturday and fixing paper that should have been the responsibility of pet relocation to fix) and after many tears and anxiety, I was able to get me my dogs by Saturday afternoon. When I say that this was one of the worst experiences of my life, having to leave my dogs alone in their crates in a cargo facility (I wasn’t allowed to even see them to make sure they were ok after their plane ride), I’m not exaggerating. Instead of my travel agent checking in to make sure I got my animals, I was left stuck with no assistance. I have even emailed the CEO of the company detailing my experience and I have yet to hear a word, 5 months later. However, I have been receiving emails from the company asking for me to “leave a review for a chance to win a holiday prize,” and I thought that I should leave a review about my experience to help others hopefully avoid a similar situation. I don’t want a chance to win anything from this company, all I’ve wanted for the past 5 months is an apology from them. I’m glad so many have had great experiences with the company, but I would warn those considering hiring them that it is a risk. For the prices they charge, “maybe” getting my animals where they need to go safely is not good enough. Additionally, I caution against hiring a company that refuses to fix mistakes or try to make things right when things don’t go as planned. I can only hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

We moved from Ecuador to U.S. during the pandemic with our Rottweiler, Seamus. Pet Relocation took care of the paperwork, of course, but also so much more. Seamus needed to be boarded because he had to take a later flight than us. Much later. He ended up not making it to the U.S. until two weeks after us. The people at pet relocation kept up us updated daily by email and phone and sent us so many pictures of Seamus while we waited. We also had to have a special crate made for Seamus because we could not find one big enough for Seamus and they found someone to make it for us. They were at the airport with us when it was time to pick up Seamus and made sure everything went smoothly. They treated Seamus like their own, and we couldn't be happier with the service and care we received.

Allie and Allie are the best! Moving a pet across the country is very stressful but their professionalism and kindness put me at ease. I’ve used PetRelocation for 2 moves and have had the best experience both times. I would highly recommend them.

This summer I moved with my two large dogs from California to Germany, and after much research of finding a pet relocation company that is able to handle my precious cargo (during COVID times and frequent travel restriction changes nonetheless!) I decided on hiring PetRelocation. After an initial call with Garrett I immediately felt they would the right fit for me and were in this business for the right reason - a passion for animals. Garrett took all the time needed to answer all my questions and concerns, was always a friendly voice, and also quick to get back to me. Once I signed the agreements with Garrett, he assigned Jill as my personal Pet Relocation Specialist partner. She helped navigate through EVERYTHING with ease and was always on top of it: Ensuring I obtained the right crates, keeping an eye on flight restrictions, booking the flights (was even able to get both dogs on the same flight I was on), arranged for local transport, and told me exactly when our vet needed to perform the critical pre-flight exams needed for clearance. The Pet Relocation Vet support team was only a short call away when my vet needed to submit paperwork to the USDA a few days prior to departure, and even my vet was impressed. The day of departure went very smoothly (other than me being a complete nervous wreck!), the local Pet Relocation staff constantly stayed in communication via text to send updates and pictures. 22 long hours later I was able to pick up my dogs from the Frankfurt Animal Lounge. Pet Relocation also had a local contact in Frankfurt that made sure the dogs made it safely from the plane to the Vet, and also constantly communicated updates. Both dogs made it to Germany happy, healthy and content - I could not have asked for anything more. To say that Pet Relocation exceeded my expectations is a complete understatement - I was blown away by their commitment and skillset to navigate the entire process. It's not a cheap, but you really get what you pay for - most of all, peace of mind. HIGHLY recommend!!

Pet Relocation did a great job transporting my dog to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They were truly experts in transporting animals from the US to KSA. I've referred a few other employees from my company to use their services, and everyone has had a great experience using them! Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this service enough. My senior cat is like my child, and I was incredibly nervous about moving her during Covid from the US to the UK. Our dedicated consultant got us through snags, coordinating between me (in London) and my parents (in the US) to make our move possible. I can't imagine the stress it would've been otherwise. After a smooth journey, Libby landed in London and arrived at my door, delivered by a very kind lady straight to my home. I am forever grateful that PetRelocation exists and wouldn't hesitate to use them again (though I hope we won't need to!!).

PetRelocation helped me with getting my two pups from Arizona to Italy! I was highly satisfied with the customer service I received and the agent I was assigned to. She was extremely helpful with planning the move and responded back quickly. She walked me though everything I needed from the vet before my pups’ departure to Italy! I am happy extremely thankful I had the help from PetRelocation on getting my pups to me safely and in a timely manner! The safety of my dogs was most important to me and I was luckily able to track their flights and itinerary throughout their travel. Knowing where they were at all times made moving much less stressful.

We highly recommend PetRelocation services! Kelcey and team helped move our cat to China, with changing restrictions due to COVID. She kept us up to date on any changes and options for us. They handled all of the necessary paperwork, even extra paperwork since we forgot a few things. Very professional and overall a great company to work with. We look forward to using them again on our next move!

I am trying to move my dog from Norway to Denver and while I had a good experience with PetRelocation almost 2 years ago (Houston to Norway); this time around it’s been horrendous. Communication has been absolutely horrible. I felt lucky to get an email from them once a week after multiple emails and calls asking for a response. All I needed was a status update and confirmation that they were still working on it and I got nothing, and when I did hear something they didn’t even acknowledge the delay or my multiple unanswered calls/ emails.

When my husband and I decided to move from New York to his hometown in Australia, we didn't know where to start with trying to bring our cat, Kimi, over as well, and were worried we wouldn't be able to bring her with us at all. Nina walked us through everything, from what documentation we needed to send to which shots Kimi needed to setting deadlines for everything. She really held our hand through the entire process, and was available whenever we had questions. She eased any worries we had, and made the enormous task of bringing our beloved cat to Australia go smoothly without a hitch. I can honestly say we would not have been able to do it without her. I highly recommend using PetRelocation if you need to organize moving your pet across countries. They made sure Kimi was in good hands during her travel and quarantine, and we were reunited with a happy and healthy girl!

One of the worst experiences I ever had with any company off the internet , you name it, from lawyers to AC companies, to personal trainers in my entire life this is the worst experience I had where they dont even give a damn or spare a minute to speak to customers or talk to you at any step but just reject u off a form u submit without any direct communication , without understanding your needs or the circumstances. They sent an auto generated repsonse that they cant help me and mentioned it's probably not certainly bcoz of a few reason they cited and non of them apply to me or my pets , that's well after I got an email saying they will only reply if they are interested and if not that I should automatically understand they are not. Dont know who they think they are but this is the most horrible service providing company I ever encountered.

Simply fantastic! Moving 3 guinea pigs from Japan to the Philippines was going to be a challenge anyway but after covid hit it became an absolute nightmare of moving pieces to try and put together. Our coordinator was simply amazing and negotiated all the necessary paperwork, overcame a variety of unexpected barriers and arranged everything to ensure our pets could get to their destination not just safely but also comfortably! Despite being such small animals they've had absolutely no problems adjusting to their new home. There was a number of times where I thought it might not be possible but they got them there - and reassured us throughout our panicky periods when trying to organise getting ourselves there in addition to them was simply too much. Thanks so much!

I’m currently in the process of having Pet Relocation move my GSD from DFW to England. Communication with this company is absolutely horrendous and abysmal. I am lucky to receive communication once a week. I have been bounced around between 4 different people. Every time I communicate with someone new I have to reiterate information I have already given them and they often still get it wrong. They have taken advantage of the pandemic situation to charge over 2x what other companies were quoting for relocating 1 animal. Unfortunately, I had to leave the country quickly and based on a good recommendation I decided the extra cost would be worth it to not be stressed about the situation of boarding and moving my dog. I was entirely wrong. They have not made this process any easier and I have been contacting places myself and pressuring them for information. I will make sure I leave negative reviews and warnings to others moving their pets in every possible capacity. I highly suspect the 5 star reviews are faked and/or paid for. Before being swindled out of tens of thousands of dollars and lured into a false sense of security by this company, do yourself a favour and pick someone that actually cares about you and your pet.

Moving from the UK to the USA during a pandemic is hard but Petrelocation.com made the safe transfer of our two dogs easy, reliable, and ultimately completely successful. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

Moving two French Bulldogs across the world during a global pandemic was never on either our bucket lists - but Kelcey (and Sarah) made this journey possible and managed to help us keep our family together. They did all of this despite our sometimes panicky moods! Throughout the many setbacks due to the complications of transporting not one, but two snub-nosed pets, Kelcey remained solution-oriented, calm and empathetic. She is responsive and informative on every single detail and documentations. Both our babies have arrived on time and safely - thanks to the wonderful service provided by Pet Relocation.

Using your service was amazing from start to finish, and took so much stress off of my move to the UK. Alexis was an incredibly helpful and sweet person and she kept me in the loop at all stages of the process. I honestly can’t begin to fathom orchestrating this part of our move on my own with the unpredictability of this pandemic on top of travelling overseas being as complicated as it is on its own. Once we were finally to our home in Bristol, I couldn’t help but get a little emotional because all of the pieces felt together so perfectly, and so much of that was due to how helpful you guys were throughout the whole process.

Nina was fantastic! It's no easy feat in normal times to relocate a doggo from U.S to New Zealand. With all the constantly changing Covid conditions, Nina was able to work through options for us and get Dusty on the ground without delay. She explained and guided us the whole way and was always so quick to respond. Dusty arrived happy, healthy and full of love!

I would definitely recommend PetRelocation. Allie and Ananda were amazing and answered all my questions and assuaged my fears throughout the entire process with their quick responsiveness and by being up front and transparent from beginning to end. I am so grateful for this service they provide and am thrilled to be reunited with my bunny Charlotte. I had been separated from her for over 6 months after moving to Austin, TX from NYC for work, then not being able to fly back to retrieve her due to the pandemic. I was worried I'd have to wait another 6 months or so if it hadn't been for them. It's not cheap but it's well worth it, in my opinion. They handle everything for you and are super knowledgeable about all the steps involved. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing to relocate a pet within the US and internationally! ????❤️

We wholeheartedly, unreservedly, unequivocally endorse PetRelocation. I will spare you the specifics but it was worth every cent. We relocated from the US to The Netherlands, during the pandemic, and there were many setbacks and false-starts. Ultimately it all worked out, thanks in big part to PetRelocation. Their communication, courtesy, follow-through, all of it -- from A-Z -- was truly outstanding. I was not convinced at first, but PetRelocation really came through for us.

We moved our dogs from the US to the Virgin Islands and could not have been happier with the service we received! Especially considering we moved in the middle of COVID-19, Pet Relocation was an absolute blessing! They were with me every step of the way with shipping these pups (too big for commercial planes) and I felt completely at ease with them travelling without me...which is not easy to do! I definitely recommend Pet Relo to anyone travelling with pets, their knowledge of not only the transportation of the animals, but also the forms, vet visits, etc. that go with it is well worth the money! For the record, I did price trying to ship them myself without a 3rd party....100% not worth it. Pet Relo doesn't gouge on price, plus I now had experts with getting travel crates set up, travel forms filled out, airport dropoff was taken care of - all I had to do was go pick up my babies when they arrived! Rave reviews all around from the entire family, these guys are happy to be island dogs!

If someone told me they were relocating internationally with their pets during a global pandemic, I would have told them they were asking for trouble. Although our decision to press on with our move this year came with a fair share of stress, I'm happy to say that Jill and the rest of the Pet Relocation team were never the cause. Communicative, informative, proactive, and friendly from the beginning, we couldn't have asked for a better experience, despite all the COVID-related setbacks. Thanks again for getting our fur-babies safely and efficiently over the Atlantic!

Fell far short of my expectations and promises made to me. More involvement of pet owners is required to pull off the relocation with this outfit. I don't know where to start, from the botched handling of USDA paperwork to having zero knowledge of destination agent/process, wrong phone numbers of destination agent and zero updates for +5 hours after arrival at destination. When they find out you are calling the destination agent directly, you then ironically get updates. They sub-contract everything out so once your loved one leaves you, you are at Pet Relocation's mercy and Pet Relocation is at the mercy of their sub contractors. Never again and I encourage anyone to who is making pet relocation arrangements to ask how the company manages the work and their sub-contractors from pick-up to delivery.

Thank you so much to the Pet Relocation Team for getting my pug Penelope safely to San Diego! I am currently stationed in Hawaii and moving to San Diego soon. My boyfriend and I took this route to getting her transferred there as most airlines don’t take snub nosed breeds. The team was very professional and were very quick to answer any questions I had. They even sent a link to track her entire flight and sent photos before boarding. It was a little pricey but worth it! I want to especially thank Katie and Allie for coordinating and assisting on everything.

We had an absolutely stellar experience working with PetRelocation! We were among many affected by the global pandemic, resulting in numerous delays in receiving our visas, which continually pushed our best guess timelines. It was messy, stressful and compounded by the lack of details, communication and clarity we experienced with the first pet travel company we contracted with. After preventing a costly mistake, our Vet recommended we switch to PetRelocation as the first company was not communicating with them either. WE ARE SO HAPPY WE SWITCHED! PetRelocation truly came to our rescue! Kathy gave us clear information, and then Natalie expertly took over. Natalie worked seamlessly with our Vet and Boarding place where our 85 lb. GSD Knight was boarding. She proved to be a thorough coordinator as she provided important details and answered questions promptly. That alleviated much of our stress. She successfully navigated obstacles, coordinating transportation to and from the Vet as we had already departed, and she creatively and proactively problem solved our air travel kennel issue. She listened to our concerns about our dog’s easily over-excited personality, and she made us feel heard as she kept in mind his special needs when coordinating his health visits. She nipped potential issues in the bud, was easy to work with, communicated promptly and thoroughly, and was unfailingly courteous and professional, making us feel valued and reassured throughout this whole process. We had been separated from our Knight for over 2 months, and I literally cried with relief and happiness when he arrived home, healthy and happy. We will be forever grateful to PetRelocation for their exemplary team effort to reunite us, especially during these unprecedented times.
