I've had Pawstin walk and dog-sit my elderly dog while I was out of town two times now. I was really nervous about leaving him but they have been responsive and communicative throughout the process both times. People come when they say they're going to come and do what they need to do to help my dog be comfortable. They provide lots of love and compassion to him too, which of course can't be quantified. I feel much more comfortable traveling now that I know I can rely on Pawstin to take care of my best friend.

I really like how the PAWSTIN team was able to accommodate me with my last minute requests due to some schedule changes. I’ve used their services more than once, Duke (my Goldendoodle) and myself are always satisfied by their friendliness and professionalism. I also value their open communication at all times, they also gave me real-time updates through the app or text on what was duke up to or if he had already eaten or anything I should know. Thank you!

Pawstin is the only sitter we will leave puppy with and is the only reason we feel comfortable leaving town overnight. We adopted a rescue that must have had a rough start, as she developed some pretty severe separation anxiety. After meeting Kate and Kari, we knew our little Evie would be expertly taken care of and loved. What an incredible relief and peace of mind Pawstin has given us, and our Evie.

Excellent service! Just booked Pawstin for a hotel dog sitting while we attended a wedding in Austin. Kate and team were polite, professional and easy to work with. Kari the sitter, was the best. Felt truely comfortable leaving our little Cairn Terrier in capable hands. Will book again on our next visit to Austin.
