The fastest toe nail clippings ever. They were great with my sensitive little guy who hates his feet touched! ❤️

Both my dog go here for full grooming. They are friendly! The pups look good after. I'd recommend this place to others in the neighborhood.

I ♥️ Pampered Pets. They do such quality work! Makayla, one of their Pro Groomers, is so kind and always loving to my fur babies. I have Samoyeds; not just any pet groomer can make a Sammy look how pp makes mine look & feel.

I have been bringing my 2 miniature schnauzers here for over 2 years. They always do an excellent job. We started going to them when we adopted one that was stressed out by grooming and would try to bite the clippers. They always handle him with care and don't muzzle him. I live 30 minutes away now and I still make the trip to use them.

Take my advice and stay far, far away from this place. I have never had such a poor consumer experience in over 30 years. They were rough with my pup, they performed services not requested, and were extremely rude when I asked for an explanation of the charges. Both a man and an old woman (who both reeked of stale cigarettes) treated me rudely. The man yelled at me, and when I asked for my dog, he said "IT'S OUR DOG NOW!" The old woman chimed in, "THEFT OF SERVICE! THEFT OF SERVICE!" I paid the amount they asked and left, without the requested grooming. Sheesh. There is something seriously wrong with these people. We take our very difficult Shih-Tzu and they have just been wonderful! The only place we have ever found that takes the time to work with her.

My girlfriend sent her dog to Pampered Pets last week. She's had her little Bichon groomed there several times before. When I got to her house I noticed the dog had a cut on her neck. It had been bleeding as there was an apparent clot of blood. I asked her what happened and my friend said she must have been cut at the groomers. As I petted the dog i turned her over and scratched her stomach. Then I saw an even larger cut and more blood on her stomach. This was bigger than a quarter and a very noticeable amount of bleeding. I told my girlfriend to come look and she was shocked. As we searched the dog over we found a still larger cut behind her ear that had bled a considerable amount, and chaffing on her legs from she shears. This morning my friend called Pampered Pets and they completely blew it off and said they weren't to blame. They said they wanted to see the dog and my friend said she would bring it up after she got off work at 5:00. The owner said she wouldn't be there. And that was that. I would say you take your dog to this place at your own peril. They haven't heard the last of us about this. Whomever groomed the dog was likely drunk or otherwise under the influence of something. The cavalier manner of the owner was utterly inappropriate given what had happened.

We use pampered pets for all our dog grooming needs. Our border collie visits once or twice a month for a full doggy spa day. The owners are very friendly and we have always been happy with the services provided. The location is excellent for central Austin and parking is easy and adequate.
