I have a 20 month old, HIGHLY energetic Labrador. We've been training with Kim for a year and I can't recommend her enough. She has amazing patience and knowledge of dog behavior. She uses positive reinforcement training and understands that what works for one dog (or owner) my not work for the next and provides the best guidance on how to train YOUR dog. I don't think I'd be able to go out in public with my sweet but crazy girl if it weren't for Kim!!!

I’m the owner of Harlequin Pet Services - Kim is my first choice for clients who need need training or help with behavioral issues! She’s also great at matching people wit appropriate dogs. We are very fortunate to have this approachable, down to earth yet world class trainer here in ATX.

This is my house. I live here. I wish Google would stop listing it as a business.

KIM WILL SHAME YOU AND YOUR DOG ONLINE! Kim and I had an issue with her cancelling her class with short notice. I did not appreciate her lack of communication and customer service skills and I made her aware. After our email conversation. Kim decided to SHAME and CYBERBULLY my dog and me. Kim took photos from my personal FB page and decided to Shame and bully my dog and I online on her PERSONAL FB page as well as her OFFICIAL TRAINERS FB page. This is completely outrageous and a violation of my rights and is illegal.

Besides being an all around great person, Kim is an exceptional dog trainer. She has the passion, knowledge, and experience to give dogs and their people the tools they need for success. She loves dogs and is a joy to work with.

Kim is the best! She walked us through every step of caring for and training our young puppy. Her patience, professionalism, and care helped us be better dog parents. Highly recommend!

I had adopted a rescue dog cattle puppy who is unbelievably sweet, but had terrible manors. I wanted to get him training from a private company/person at a reasonable price, and came across Kim through Google searches. After finding her I bought 5 "Middle School" class sessions and 2 private sessions. Her class sizes varied from 2 to just under 10 dogs. Big or small class size, she commanded classes very well and was unbelievably personable with each dog. In particular with my dog, it was almost as if she knew him better than I did. She was very familiar with the traits and mannerisms of a cattle dog, and tweaked some of her teachings to better fit my pup, given that he is intelligent but stubborn. As for the private sessions, they were a few months after we completed the group classes and she still remembered my dog and his habits. She targeted very specific pain points (leash training, jumping on the bed/couch, sleeping on the floor throughout the night, aggressive behavior to unknown dogs and people) for us and walked us through other scenarios. I can only speak about the middle school classes, but I would highly recommend Kim. Her experience is clear, and she is open minded to your dog's specific needs.

Adopted a sweet, adorable dog from the local rescue then got home and realized it was all a front: she was a stubborn spaz! Instead of taking her bad to the shelter, I took her to Kim the Dog Trainer. We spent several weeks mastering the …

I adopted a dog that had been found abandoned in a park as a puppy. For a period of months, she had been passed around to several humans, none of whom could be a responsible dog owner. When I finally met her, she was chewing through mattresses, stealing and destroying children's toys and jumping up on everyone with her claws. Thanks to Kim's wonderful dog and human training, she's been a sweet and responsible family dog for the last 7 years. I couldn't have asked for a better dog or dog trainer!

My dog is 14 years old and had the good fortune of training with Kim from a very young age. Cleo (the dog) benefited, of course, but I would say it was my husband and I that got the most out of working with Kim since we got to learn how to live harmoniously with a dog.
