They do a fine job grooming. Staff is kind and nice to talk to. I'll be finding another groomer because in the two times I've been to Groomingdale's during this pandemic, no one wears a mask. Not the groomers (which to me might make sense, they are doing heavy work), or more importantly the front desk. The check in area is small and compact, I wish that at least those at the counter would checkin/checkout customers with a mask. I caught covid recently, and groomingdale's was the only place I had been with 5 days of symptoms arising. I get when we're stage 2, being flexible with masks. But we are Stage 5 and to me this shows blatant disregard for customers safety or an ill-placed political statement. Or both.

I went into this place for the first time. I pulled in the parking lot. It was a tight space for the big truck I drive. The only space wide enough was very close to the front. I pulled into to park and there was a guy in the grass with his 2 dogs, so I didn’t pull all the way up. He gave me a funny look. I got out, proceeded into the building. He rushed to get in front of me. While inside, he snapped at me rudely, accusing me of pushing him out of the way when I parked. He said “I should have found another spot to park”. I just took it as if he were having a bad morning. As he left, I mentioned to the lady that I believe to be the owner “ he must be having a bad morning” At my surprise, she said “he is right, you could have parked somewhere else, he’s a regular and a really nice guy” Anyway, I brushed it off, but found it to be rude. I went to pick up my dog later in the afternoon, and she looked beautifully groomed. I was happy with how everything turned out.

I love this place. My dog gets a great cut, her nails are trimmed and filed down properly. My dog always comes back happy!!

I just go here to get my cat's nails trimmed. He's very fussy about being groomed, so I leave it to the professionals. The ladies at Groomingdale's are quick and friendly. Thanks for all you do!

This was my first visit, and I will continue coming back. I took my two dogs in for a nail file and trim. Both ladies did an incredible job, and finished in probably 10% of the time it would take to do it myself. Thank Y'all so much!

After the service my dog was tied to a desk or chair. There are other grommers with waiting areas for dogs of different temperament.

My experience with Groomingdale’s was incredible. The service was great and they gave my dog Bug a cute report card after her visit. Affordable prices and happy faces mean we will be going back soon!

Love this place. They have taken such good of our fur-babies from puppy stage to their senior ages. No stress; lots of love.

This was the first time ever my 9m puppy getting a hair cut and you can imagine how nervous both of us was not to mention my puppy is Covid baby so she gets very intimidated round people! But they make it a great experience! The place was so quiet and they were very patient answering all my questions. The result was amazing. My puppy went home very happy with cute goody bag.

I wanted to like this place. In fact, I HAD to like this place because they were the only dog groomer accepting new clients when I moved here. I had a pretty bad “we had to shave your dog” experience a couple months ago with them, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because, after all, they are the experts and I’m not. So…attempt number two this past week unfortunately didn’t go much better. I got the dreaded “we’re going to have to shave him down” phone call again. I was frustrated, but again, tried to be as understanding as possible. However, this time was arguably worse… my poor little guy has knicks and cuts all over his belly. A bad haircut is one thing, but causing actual wounds is another story. Not cool. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I will say, the ladies who work here are super sweet. I don’t think this was malicious by any means. Just a mistake, but one that I’m not cool with nonetheless.

We have been taking our three dogs here for several years and we love it! Two of our dogs can be a bit difficult when it comes to grooming and nail trimming but the staff here are total pros and our dogs get very excited for their “spa days” every few weeks. Highly recommend this place to all my friends with pets.

Groomingdales is our favorite dog grooming option in town. It can be a challenge to get in for an appointment, but it is worth the wait. They charge a fair price, and do a great job!

Took 2 dogs for first time. Price was on target to other groomers BUT the attention to my type of cut for them was EXCELLENT ! Brought to my attention a skin problem didn't know was happening and was RIGHT even the vet missed and admitted.

My dog needs minimal grooming - a bath and nail trim - but I've been brining him here because it's close. I recently went into the store and there were no precautions being taken to accommodate customers who are concerned with COVID. No masks, no gloves, no attempt at keeping folks apart (it's a tiny place.) When I expressed my concern I was told I could take my business elsewhere. That's what I've done.

Great grooming service for a fair price!

i've been going to groomingdales with each dog over the years because i expect professionals to trust my MALTESE to.I am a happy to continue to take my little bundle of joy there.

We have used Groomingdale's for about 4 years and have always been pleased with their work. However, they are not operating in a way that is consistent with public health guidelines. They seem to be DISCOURAGING mask use. There is a sign on the door saying "masks are NOT required to enter" and lots of false information about mask-wearing on a bulletin board inside (e.g., that masks increase risk). They also have info posted that minimizes the impact of Covid-19--listing number of deaths related to other causes as compared to coronavirus deaths. Finally, when I went to pick up my dog, no staff were wearing masks. When I hesitated to approach the desk, the staff member at the desk put on a mask, which I thanked her for.

We went in for a quick groom but came out with colored pups! They are really great with dogs. We will be back for sure.

We've been coming several years and always happy with how they care for our puppers. Its great being on a recurring schedule to keep our cocker spaniels healthy and beautiful.

We have been going here for years, but on our visit today, we found out the owner is anti-mask in the midst of a pandemic and posts false information about Covid-19 inside the shop. If you care about the health of our community, do not patronize a business that spreads lies and dangerous conspiracy theories.

They did an amazing job on my dachshund! Reasonably priced and they even gave him a little goodie bag with treats and a tiny little tie???? Will definitely be returning!
