Love Emancipet! My only complaint is that you are allowing ppl to show up with 3-4+ pets each to the spay/neuter mobile clinic. There should be a limit on how many you can bring at a time. It isn't fair to ppl that come at 4am to wait in line for hours just to be turned away because you have reached your limit in dogs/cats. Although free vouchers are given to those who are turned away, it takes months to get an appointment & by that time the animals have gone through their heat stage & is now having a litter of pups/kittens. Which is what we are trying to avoid.

Took my cat to be neutered on Friday. Got called to pick him up, was told to wait, over an hour later had to go in and they said oh we forgot all about him. Not sure he's been fixed even!

They were very good with dog! Explain everything I need to know about meds and care for my dog in the next days.

FREE!!!!!! You have to wake up early but who cares. Everyone knows that the cost of vet bills is outrageous!! It cost more to take your dog to the vet then your child to the doctor yes ridiculous! If you live in Travis county it’s free.

I didn't go to the enancipet mobile. I have been waiting for it to start up again. I have two stray male cats that roam my neighborhood. And sometimes I see that they have been fighting. I am hope to round them up to get nurtured.

Very affordable way for care of your pets. The staff likes animals very much and are super nice and helpful. I have gone to them for vaccinations as well as neuter surgeries for my pets. Highly recommended!

I called the beginning of November and was able to get an appointment right before Thanksgiving with a mobile unite coming to San Marcos (great because the drive to Austin would have been nearly impossible). The day of the spay my cat was not feeling her carrier and was extremely stressed. The staff reassured me that this was what they did and they had techniques to safely extract my cat without harming her. Not 2 hours later, I received a text that my cat was recovering and ready for pick up... which was fast and easy as well! My cat is mostly outside and no longer has to worry about unwanted pregnancies. Thank you so much Emancipet for being so affordable/accommodating and giving my cat a chance to live a longer healthier life!

Did right by my dog and me. They weren't SUPER friendly, but I wouldn't be either in temps over 100.

I went to the mobile clinic. The volunteer was rude and unhelpful. I needed to get my dog neutered and she told me they didn't do it. The website stated they offered it. She gave me a piece of paper with information and said someone would call me to make an appointment. I am still waiting. It's been a month. Educate your volunteers !!!!

Super helpful and so nice!!!!! The customer service is amazing too! They got my cat fixed and vaccinated and safely back to me. Emancipet is my first pick for spay/neuter, and their prices are great for college students like myself!

Best service all the time. Very kind helpers especially in the heat. I was overcharged 3 times and she had to fix it which took close to almost an hour but I understood she s exhausted tired and overheated and it was after 6:30pm

This organization does so much good. I've taken so many cats and dogs here to be spayed/neutered and for their shots. It saves me so much money. I must leave them some $ in my will.
