I call to make an appointment and the owner of the place she was really really rude with me and it’s my first and last time calling to the place I’m sorry But you need to know how to treat customers better

I have been going here since before I can even remember. Shelly truly loves my dogs and I feel so safe with them in her care. She always does a great job with their wash and cut. I won't go anywhere else.

I took my little man Chaen in for his first grooming today and I am so happy with how well he was groomed and handled today. I have a groomer now who is amazing and my boy is so happy from his experience. I am so thankful my friend told me about this place!

The owner is so rude.

My uncles referred this place to me for my two dogs and I’ve never looked back. I absolutely love the high quality of work and the owner’s attention to detail. I always recommend her to anyone looking for small dog grooming. Both of my dogs stay smelling wonderful for a long time after their visit and they always receive compliments on their haircuts. Also the owner is compliant when it comes to shot records and keeping track of which dogs are overdue which I appreciate. Anytime I drop off my dogs I genuinely feel she’s excited to see them. This is the ONLY groomer I’ve been to where my dogs leave happy and excited and not traumatized.

Shelly the owner is great with my dog. Heshie came home with exactly the cut that I requested. He smelled so good. What more can I say. 5 stars!

My fiance and I have taken our miniature schnauzer to Diamonds in the Ruff for about 1 year and a half. Every time he comes looking amazing and smelling just as good! You can definitely tell the owner puts a lot of care into her grooming. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place. My dog smelled fantastic during the next few days or even week. The haircut was exactly what I wanted and I will definitely be back there.

Just found my new groomer! Best cut my little buddy has ever had, really reasonable pricing, extremely knowledgeable & experienced groomer, convenient hours. After trying several groomers this is the one!

I called to book an apointment for my 8 month old. And I brought up my concerns about mistreatment from past gromer.. And Owner said she wasent going to book me because I ofended her. She showed the opposite it tell me this place mistreat dogs too. By not booking me she said it all. She should have said we don't mistreat dogs or animals bring in your dog. We can show you we are professional and we love animals ..And you're dog and you will be happy with us.

My two girls (SuKi and Duchess) have been loyal customers at this shop for about 4 years+ The owner is dependable, professional, and offers competitive pricing. I hope she stays in business forever because I can’t imagine bringing my pooches anywhere else!

I have been taking my Havanese Seymour here since I got him 4 years ago. Shelly does a wonderful job every time. She is great with my pup and the shop is always clean. I don't know what products she uses to shampoo him, but Seymour smells great for a few days after and his coat is extra soft. I highly recommend Shelly, especially for small dogs!

We love Diamonds in the Ruff and Shelly. We've been bringing her our Miniature Schnauzer here for years and he always comes out looking and smelling great! I wouldn't think of taking him to anyone else!

My pups and my mothers pups have been going here for a few years now and have never had one complaint. The grooming is always well done and the shop is always clean.

This was the first trip to the Groomers for my dog...I had a wee case of the nerves because I didn't know what to expect and my dog has a tendency to get nervous in certain situations. So, as a Dog-Mom I wasn't sure if my Dog-Child would have issues. Let me just say.....WOW. Shelly was so calm and in charge, she immediately put me (and my dog) at ease. She was friendly, happy, and seems to really love what she does. My dog is a short-hair and doesn't really need a lot of pampering, but her nails need constant trimming and it was always turned into a Greek Tragedy when I did it at home. Still, with the wash and brush and extras, she was so PRETTY! And even though I would never have believed it if you had told me, the grooming actually calmed her. She is usually restless at night, but she slept like a log. It was an awesome experience, and Diamonds In the Ruff will be our new monthly outing. I don't know how she compares to other groomers, but I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job than Shelly.
