I was referred by my pet's primary vet because of a heart murmur about three years ago and I have been coming here ever since. I love the level of care that the staff has towards my pet. They are super efficient in creating appointments, reminders and the actual check up. I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes to be seen after arrival. I miss being able to be with my pet while they do the echocardiogram but I know that he is well taken care of. The Dr. has always been patient to answering my questions and is great at breaking down the medical information to make sure I understand it.

Dr. Bordelon was extremely helpful for us in understanding the prognosis for our Muffy {Bichon-Poodle}. Dr Bordelon gave us confidence that we were with the BEST. She is very empathetic, detailed in her discussions and always available for questions or discussions. - Dr. Bordelon is a great person and a great vet.

Thank you for calling me when you had a cancellation so my dog could get the care she needs sooner!!! I really appreciate your timeliness (next to no waiting and very quick once they had my dog inside.) Also my dog did not seem stressed out at all from the experience, and the doctor spent the time to give me a thorough explanation of the problem and medication plan.

The pre-procedure communication and planning was excellent. After the ultrasound was performed, our Vet gave us a detailed explanation of Clay's condition and prognosis.

Great place for any dog! My dog was referred to this location from her primary care vet, and I was worried due to my dog being older and a little sassy. They made Milie feel very comfortable, and explained her diagnosis well to us! The appointment was quick, and I definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get their dog's heart condition diagnosed!

They’re amazing! They gave me all information necessary about my first appointment, very transparent regarding prices and covid precautions. I got lost in the office complex, they were very patient with me helping me to get there on time. The staff treated my cat super well, Dr Julie solved all my questions/concers about my cat, providing clear information and next steps. After that, I received detailed info via email. I highly recommend!

First class in diagnosis and, of course, in the wonderful nurse and doctor who communicated so wonderfully with me. Both the nurse and doctor were so warm and friendly and made me feel as though my dog was the most important dog in the world! Quite amazing and so very impressive!

This cardiac care for pets was very friendly and professional, from making the appointment through the end of tests. Care was taken to make sure that we understood the process and cost at every step. We got on the waiting list and were able to take our dog in very quickly. The doctor explained the results and emailed the written report.

I was truly amazed by the customer service and bedside manner of Dr. Bordelon. My Hali got the best treatment she could possibly have gotten, her diagnosis was explained in such great detail.. and ALL of my questions were answered. I am a high stress kind of dog mom... I haven't slept much since hearing that my dog has a heart murmur, but the information I got today put my mind at ease. I know that My girl is getting the best care she possibly can! Great experience as always! As a veterinary professional, I always mention CVCA and recommend them when a client needs a referral for cardiac specialty. They are very sweet and communication is great! My pup was obviously comfortable and happy with the staff. I didn't feel nervous at all sending him in alone for his curbside appointment!

I really love the team here. They pay close attention to my dog's care and work with him. He can be a little shy at the doctor's office and nervous. But, they took it to heart and did their best to ensure that he was comfortable. Amazing team!
