Drs Horsley and Faggioni have always been great as well as all staff.

They are the second vet I’ve taken my cat to after a bad experience with the last one. This vet clinic takes good care of my pet, when they do surgeries they are very accommodating to all questions, and are willing to work with you if you express concern about administering medication. They also will want follow up appointments to make sure your fur ball is okay after surgeries, which is fantastic. I’ve never once felt like they were squeezing me for money and all medications they offer seem reasonably priced. They’ll also recommend medications not through them too. If they feel like they are out of their depth on certain issues, they will refer you to specialists and/or confer with them closely.

Dr. Horsley and the staff take such good care of my kitties. Everyone is attentive, thorough, and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone shopping around for a vet!

I can't recommend this place enough - everyone was very friendly and my cat received the most thorough examination to date, with everything explained very clearly. ​Dr. Faggioni was amazing!

Came to this place once due to good reviews, and was not disappointed. The Dr and nurses are very friendly and responsive. They are extremely up front about the pricing, so I always know what I'm paying. The Dr also explained to me several test panels and recommended the cheaper one because it has the best bang for the buck. That's pretty good. Got my pet back to good health as well. Happy to have found it.

I took my cat there for some minor issues and was very pleased with the service. The office is clean, the people are friendly, and Dr.Faggioni was very thorough and helpful with treating my cat. I received an invoice by email for my records, which included what was done and reminders of what needs to be done. Another important factor is that their schedule allows them to schedule your pet in a timely fashion.

This is by far the best Vet clinic I've been to. They treat their patients and patients owners with great respect. It's very clean, very professional. The rooms are set up to be owner friendly and they use nothing short of quality medicine. If you want the best for your pet, this is the place.

My lab and I had a good experience at City Limits, she's a new client. The positives - location, close to Parmer, but far enough that you don't hear the traffic. Sufficient parking, nice green patch of grass and space to walk your dog if it needs to relax/destress. The Dr and the vet tech were helpful and gave me some good tips on care for my dog's ears and her overall health. Knocked off a star as it took 20 - 25 minutes to be seen by the Dr, I arrived 5 mins early to my appointment and there was no one else in the lobby. Must've been a busy morning for them but if they told me they were running behind, I would've walked my dog outside for a bit as opposed to waiting in the room and trying to manage her anxiety. That said, the visit went smoothyl once she was seen and we were out quickly.

They took such gentle care with my boy and were extraordinarily sensitive to the needs of cat parents. Pricing was surprisingly friendly towards my meager budget and I left feeling confident in my cats prognosis and plan.

The vet was so kind and caring for my elderly, Kimbo. I am so happy with this place. And Craig was absolutely spectacular. I will be going back when I get another dog.

Wow. Poor service. Kendall was rude. I would not recommend a Vet clinic where the front desk staff is rude and inconsiderate. No way. Beware. Their pricing is on the higher end as well. No way I recommend City limits Vet clinic.

My pup had an ear issue keeping us up at night, so I needed an apt immediately. I was referred to City Limits by another clinic (after trying 3 but all were booked), and even though it was a 25min drive from my house, I may stay with them long term! They were so friendly, kind and gentle to my skittish dog, and took their time explaining the issue and my options. I also love that they weren't ridiculously expensive! Everyone I had contact with was amazing! I highly recommend this office!

They were very nice here, diagnosed my dog's issue very fast and got us the medication she needs, got me up to date with the other things we need to do to keep her healthy, etc. My dog loved this place and everyone here, so it was a very successful first vet visit for her. She didn't want to leave!

When all other clinics were booked WEEKS out, City Limits Vet Clinic was able to see our fur baby within days! They squeezed us in and they were so kind and sweet to our fur baby and patient with me because I had a million questions. Our pup needed medicine and since they have a pharmacy on site, we left with every single thing we needed. To top it all off, the bill was a lot less than I thought it would be. Looks like unfortunate circumstances lead us to our new long term clinic!

The staff was very friendly and accomdating and helpful. Natasha and Dr Roban took good care of my buddy. Hopefully this recovery is just as smooth now that he is home.

The Vet there made time to see my dog when they were already booked solid and, took great care of him. I left with medications for him and all the info I needed to take care of him at home. The prices were very reasonable, as far as I can tell, and the entire staff is very friendly. I highly recommend City Limits Vet Clinic, and welcome them to Austin.

Happy dog mom/customer! They are always so sweet to my fur babies and are very thorough. The entire staff is always kind and takes the time to answer any of my questions. Dr. Faggioni does an excellent job & my dogs love him! I also really like the fact that you wait in your car until they are ready for you and your pups - avoiding any stressful waiting room situations!

I can't speak highly enough about the care my cat has gotten at City Limits Vet Clinic from both the doctors and staff. My cat suddenly developed bad asthma and was having frequent visits to vet. Dr. Horsley and Dr. Faggioni have been so compassionate and have done a great job explaining how to best care for my cat’s condition. Kendal, one of the vet techs, is always so helpful and responsive in finding answers to my questions. Her follow up calls and genuine concern for my cat’s wellbeing has given me assurance that he is in the best of care!

Switched to this vet after multiple issues with my last vet. So far I am impressed with their service. It's still a small enough practice to still have that personal feel, and you get the impression that the vet really cares about the animals she's treating.

$600 to spay a kitten, no thanks

Dr. F, Dr. Horsely and staff are just great. I have a very high maintenance dog that takes a lot of work and care, and the whole team was very accommodating and professional. I like the location of the office as well. I've been to vet clinics where the parking lot feels very congested and loud, but this one is set a bit farther back from the highway with plenty of parking and space for anxious animals to breathe a bit before going in.

Everyone is super friendly! They are doing pet curbside pickup but have figured a simple and safe way to care for pets. I had to return to Dr. Horsley because our dog got conjunctivitis. They do such a great job being transparent about what the check-up, exams, and meds will cost, they will let you know in advance before treating your pet. Great experience!

Dr F is a great vet who I have been taking my pets to for years. He is phenomenal with them and makes sure that they get what they need. Likewise, he is great with me in terms of translating what they need and I need as they get older and that sad transition starts. He is so professional and kind hearted. He also always hires staff that are as good with my fur babies as I am. So appropriate and reasonable. I could not recommend him more unless, I were to say 10 stars out of 5. I trust him completely.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE everyone in this office. I am new to the area and was nervous about finding a new vet for my dog after 10 years with my previous vet. Every detail of the visit with my dog was over the top professional and caring. I recommend City Limits Clinic, Dr. Horsley and staff 200%. Also- The bill was so reasonable -another pleasant surprise! ❤️

I am eternally grateful for the wonderful folks at City Limits Vet Clinic! My sweet 10 yr old lab mix needed emergency surgery that would’ve cost me thousands at the emergency vet clinic where he was being seen. We called City Limits Vet Clinic around 4:30pm and they told us to come over immediately. Not only did both doctors stay more than 2 hours past their closing time to do my boy’s surgery, they were so much more affordable than the emergency vet and were upfront with the costs of everything. The entire staff was so kind and patient with all of my questions both before and after the surgery. The doctor even followed up after a couple of days to check on him. They made a horrible stressful day so much better and my boy is still with me today because of their dedication and genuine care of animals. I cannot recommend them enough!

My cat is everything to me and they treated her and me with the utmost respect and warmth. They reassured me that they value my pet and would do the best job they could to help her. They offer timely appointments and their office is easy to access. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone.

Dr Horsley and her staff are AMAZING. It was my kitty’s first vet appointment and it was a great experience. She came highly recommended by friends and now I see why. It was a no contact appointment but Dr H made sure to make me feel a part of the whole process. She answered a million questions I had and even emailed me the next day to check on my baby. I’m really enjoying my experience so far at this veterinary clinic. Due to the pandemic I haven’t been inside yet, but my extremely nervous pup is treated very well and walks back out really calmly. I am thoroughly pleased so far.

My dog was bit by another dog and I was able to secure a walk-in appointment here quickly. Kendal shared how Weetzie was doing at the vet, which I truly appreciated, and the veterinarian was patient & responsive to my many questions. Thank you for taking care of my furbaby!
