I always have a good experience with Austin dog town. As a helicopter mom, I follow their instagram and I get photos via email! They are very responsive, professional, and so caring!

The best! We left our 1yo dog here for 10 days due to work travel and she had the best time. We got photos daily via Instagram so we could keep track of her everyday. Excellent customer service, super responsive by phone or email. Will definitely rebook for daycare and any future boarding needs.

Great people all around. Super accommodating on my short notice, very attentive to the animals. Can’t thank them enough for their service. Unfortunately, my dog wasn’t a great match for their pack (he’s an 85lb German Shepard with a lot of energy and some dog to dog challenges), but they tried for three weeks to see if they could make it work. In the end we’ll have to daycare elsewhere, but I can’t speak highly enough about how understanding and willing these folks were to work with him and help us out. In addition, we had him groomed/bathed here. He looks and smells great. My bud was excited to go in the mornings, and happy and tired when I’d pick him up in the afternoon. I’m sad it didn’t work out for us, but still feel that this is an honest and great place to take your dog for daycare.

My dog absolutely L????VES this place. We traveled for work for several years so we have tested out dog daycare and boarding. This is the first place my dog excitedly cries once we get close. She can’t wait to go inside. All of the staff are amazing. Replies to email are very swift and they are very accommodating. I can’t say enough great things about Austin Dogtown ????

We have boarded our dog Baxter at Dogtown over a dozen times during the last few years, and never had any issue. We always feel very comfortable knowing that Baxter is in the best hands. Scheduling a stay has always been quick and easy, and the staff are great!

We love dogtown! All the staff are incredibly warm and friendly. Whenever we drop our dog off she is greeted with an excited staff member who makes her feel welcome and excited to come inside. We know she has so much fun at dogtown that it makes it really easy to leave her for a few days while we are out of town. I’d recommend this place to any dog parents!

Austin Dogtown is the absolute best place to take your pup for daycare. Laurie is awesome as is the rest of the staff. I’m so glad we found this great little dog-loving community! My dog loves playing with his best friend at daycare and this place adds something special to both of our lives.

We bring our dog here once a week for doggy daycare for some playtime and socialization. He is always very excited to go to "school" and obviously loves it there. We love seeing updates on Instagram. The staff are friendly and very communicative. Highly recommend Dogtown.

At the time we adopted our German Shepherd about 18 months ago, we were told he was dog reactive and would never be a "dog park dog." Over time, we wondered if that was true, since he seemed to get excited about other dogs, but tended to bark and lunge on leash. We wanted to get him some socialization in a controlled environment to see how he would do with other dogs. We reached out to Austin Dogtown and they encouraged us to bring him by. He did great and we brought him back several more times for daycare. The folks who run the program are responsive, dedicated, and total professionals. We thoroughly trusted them to make sure he safely got some good socialization. I was able to book his appointments via email and they sent us photos showing him interacting with the other dogs. We also had him groomed there and he came back looking ever so handsome. Highly recommend!

This is the best run doggy daycare I've ever seen. The staff is absolutely incredible and truly cares about their "guests." I feel so comfortable knowing my doggo is safe when she's at Austin Dogtown.

We love Austin Dogtown! Our puppy has been going for about a month now, and he LOVES it - he knows exactly where we are when we pull up and can't get in the door fast enough. We took our formerly abused (and still very timid/nervous) 6 year old to Austin Dogtown yesterday, and we were very impressed with how well it went. The 6 year old can be touchy about meeting new people and/or new pups, but the Austin Dogtown staff did a fantastic job of easing her into the day's activities. We were very appreciative of their mid-day check in, and we were amazed by how happy and relaxed our older pup looked in the photos they sent us. We'll definitely continue bringing them both to Austin Dogtown in the future, both to burn off some puppy energy and also to improve the older dog's socialization skills!

One of the better daycares in the area. We call it Montessori school since they have a lot of freedom to go in and out of the place generally. Our dog has come back with fleas, but this is common for all daycares it seems especially when the treatment starts wearing off. Becca and Laurie are very responsive and are generally understanding! Great place, ours never wants to go in but when we pick him up he never wants to leave!

Loved this place so much. My puppy Bailey had the best haircut ever!

We board our 3 yr old Aussie/Border Collie mix, Merlin, at Austin Dogtown frequently (we travel a lot), and he is always excited to go there! You can tell that Laurie and Becca love all the dogs that come through their doors, and they take amazing are of them! We trust them with our Merlin more than anyone else! They are always so quick to respond when we need to book him, and are always great at following up to confirm when a boarding is coming up. Plus they post a ton on social media - we check instagram every day when we are out of town and look forward to catching Merlin on the story! I HIGHLY recommend Austin Dogtown - your pup will thank you!

Olive, our 2-year old standard poodle loves this place and so do we. We take her to Dogtown at least once a week. The staff, led by Becca and Laurie, are pleasant, helpful and genuinely caring. If you need guilt-free daycare or boarding for your pooch this is the place.

We don’t travel that often but when we do we love this place and would not go anywhere else if we have to leave our pup. The owners and staff have always been obvious dog lovers and we especially enjoy keeping up with the photos posted on Instagram and Facebook while we are away.

Highly recommend Austin Dogtown for boarding or daycare. Brought my little pup here for nearly 3 weeks while away for the holidays. They sent frequent updates, were extremely responsive, and most importantly, he was really happy. It was clear they did some work with him, he came home tired and had learned a few more commands.

Our pooch was there for a week while we were out of town. He was well taken care of for a fair price. He came home tired, they gave him lots of love, and slept like a log for days after!

We moved to Austin with our Aussiedoodle a month ago started using Austin Dogtown. The staff responds so quickly and is always there to help. Our pup had a health issue shortly after our move and the team was quick to recommend us to an amazing vet within hours, even though I emailed them on a Sunday. Very thankful for this pup support in a new city!

They wouldn't let me inside? Not sure if I went to the wrong door(there was only one marked and it said employees only). I came to see about picking up an application after receiving a reply from Indeed. The woman met me at the door and handed me a brochure then dismissed me. I've been thinking of leaving my dogs at a doggie daycare while I work elsewhere but I'd definitely not use this place. Everywhere else I've been lets you inside or has a small waiting area.

Becca, Laurie and Selena at Dog Town are the BEST. Selena grooms them and they are always adorable and happy when they are done. The space is welcoming and clean. They offer day care on days they are groomed, so our dogs get to have an awesome dog day out. If you haven't experienced dogtown, you must! This is a top notch business and they will take excellent care of your animals.

Thank you for taking such good care of Bentley and Effie. Their haircuts are perfect. Becca, you are such a great business woman. The pick ups and drop offs couldn’t be more efficient, which is impressive considering there are humans involved. The daycare option is a great bonus and the grooming is superb. Been taking my pug to Dogtown for boarding stays for 5 years. He always comes home happy, healthy, and never overly exhausted. I love that they post pictures to Facebook daily. The staff are great and always responsive.

I've lived here 8 years, and am so happy to have found a daycare/boarding facility that I really like. Their rates are comparable to the other 3 local places I've tried, but the care seems so much better. My dog stayed here for 8 nights while I was out of own. He didn't even seem ready to leave when I picked him up, didn't need to pee or drink water immediately like at other places, and slept for 12 hours afterward! They did a great job of bathing and clipping him, also. I will use Austin Dogtown from here on out, and highly recommend them!

Our Goldendoodle has been going here for a while now for boarding, grooming, and weekly play dates. He. Loves. It. His level of energy when he comes home leaves me confident he is getting the play time and socializing he needs every week. Prices are reasonable (especially when bought in bulk) and hours are convenient for my work schedule.
