So extremely unprofessional. I hope anyone looking up this bet will see the reviews. My poor cat had urine in her crate with paper towels thrown in and I could see on her cone where she had thrown up. Nothing was cleaned and she was in her own mess for who knows how long. We paid for medication after the surgery and when time came the lady said she gave her a pain shot good for THREE DAYS. So I didn’t need anything. My cats area of surgery was barely shaved and looked terrible. After reading reviews I’m terrified she has a blood infection. Kept my cat for over 24 hours. I’m disgusted that I took my cat here please don’t make the same mistake.

Cheapest vet in town and great service

The staff is knowledgeable and warm, and the prices are extremely affordable, which is what you want when unexpected pet emergencies pop up, although the staff can be a bit hard to understand, since their first language isn't english, i would recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and affordable vet, especially with their short exam times

I called multiple vets as I was comparing prices. This clinic owner was reluctant to share prices over the phone and as I was going through price request for shot, rabies, teeth cleaning, neuter he just said "bring dog here" and hung up on me. I called back and he screened my call. I literally only had one more question about a micro chip price. You only get one chance to make a first impression and with rude customer service you will have potential long term customers choosing another option! Best wishes to your practice!

They were very friendly and felt they were concerned for the animal

We took my dog there today and they told us he was extremely sick and had heart failure. He was an extremely old dog so we knew he was right. But in the exam he LET MY 16 YEAR OLD DOG FALL OFF THE COUNTER BECAUSE HE WOULDNT LET MY DAD OR I BE UP THERE TO HOLD HIM. Hes easily spooked. He needs reassurance. will never go back again.

I go in to just get rabies shots and the lady was trying to force me to put my cat in a cage and when I asked if I could just sit in the car with him she told me to go somewhere else

The receptionist was extremely rude and hung up when I was asked about pricing for the procedure.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS THERE!!!!!! These people should not have a license to practice. I went in with my cat and asked them to help him. He said he had bronchitis. I asked what he could do. All he would say is "he bad". I said OK but can you help him. The cat began to cough and puke, this so called vet backed clear up to the wall and again I asked if he was going to help. He says "let him throw up." Then he tells me to put him in a cage, so I did so. Then the woman up front comes and says I need credit card. I said you haven't done anything, but being half crazy, I gave it to her. The again so called vet comes and gives the cat a shot and says, "5 min and cat calm down". Then the woman brings my credit card and a bill for 65 dollars and asked. "You want stay till cat pass?". What in the h e double hockey sticks was that. They had just signed my cats death warrent. I couldn't do anything but run out of there.
