I liked that there was an overnight employee at the facility during my dogs overnight stay.

Took excellent care of Sasha. She can be a handful and they were able to accommodate her needs.

LePet is the only place I choose to board my little Brutus . Words cannot express how wonderful it is!! The facility & staff are top- notch--caring, loving & professional. They go out of their way to help you & your pet -- they have even brought my dog home to me when I was unable to pick him up. I can only hope they know how much I care for them. The absolute best.

My Chi was scared and had never been away from me. She was defensive and not a model “student” for day care. After about 15 minutes they called me and told me she was not welcome there anymore.

We have always been super protective of our corgi, we love our furry family member. We were planning a trip out of state and some of the places we were going to stay did not accommodate dogs. We were about to cancel our trip but we decided to give Le Chateau Pet Resort a call, honestly I had my mind set we were not going to trust anyone with our corgi, but we wanted to see what they had to say. After speaking with the front desk we were blown away by all the services they have to offer, and the care that goes into handling our furry family member, and the technology they had to offer to stay in touch video, text or calling our baby. We decided to give them a shot. On our first day that we left, my wife and I were nervous and we decided that we would call on the morning to check on our baby. When we woke up to our surprise we had a text message with a picture our baby very happy and also her itinerary for the day. We we're left with out words. We continued our 5 day trip with updates about our baby through out our whole vacation. We were able to watch her play on camera and were kept up-to-date with her status daily. Le Chateau made our vacation that much more special by their professionalism and communications with us. We will always use Le Chateau Pet Resort when we leave out of town. Thank you Le Chateau Pet Resort and staff for all the great memories and taking care of our baby. You have our business forever. I highly recommend them to anyone who might be skeptical about trusting their furry family members to anyone, these are the people to trust.

We love Le Chateau Pet Resort for our puppy Millie! Every time I bring her in, she is so excited to go. Everyone there is always so friendly and excited to see her. They are all so professional and quick to respond if I have any questions. I've grown to trust and love this place because they take such good care of my dog. I'll never use anyone else!

They took care of my puppy, however she didn't get her bath or nails clipped on 2 different occasions when she was there.

We have taken our dogs to Le Chateau for many years now. I know my fur babies are always taken care of and loved while they are there. Daisy May and Holly Kay love going to doggie day care! They also love when they get to vacation at Le Chateau! Thank you everyone at La Chateau for always taking care of my babies!

My husband had to go to Amarillo for 2 months for work and since I wasn't working at the time, I tagged along & so did our dog. I had to put our dog in daycare a few days a week so housekeeping could deep clean our hotel room & I could grocery shop. Our dog is 8 years old and had never been out of our sight (much less go to daycare) so of course I was nervous but she absolutely LOVED Le Chateau. After a week if I just said the word "daycare" she would start wagging her tail and drag me to the car. You could tell the employees there absolutely adored her and all of the other pets they had in their care. When I told them when her last day would be, they put together the most adorable bag with a collage of pics they took of her and some toys and goodies! You can tell the employees here really, truly care about your pet!!

Super nervous about leaving our babies for the first time ever and they calmed me and my family's fears and everything ended up perfectly!

We left our dog Chubbs with la chateau for a week while we went on vacation. He had never been around any other animals or people outside of family before. The guardian Curtis went above and beyond to make sure Chubbs was comfortable and ease the transition for our puppy. He went as far as staying with our Chubbs after his shift was over just to love on him and make him feel like he was at home. This is the first and only place I will take our animals in the future.

I never worry about my babies when LeChateau cares for them

We left our Topper for a week here and they were amazing. Having to care for a 125 pound American Bulldog is no easy task and they took such wonderful care of him. I got updates on him everyday while we were on vacation. I would recommend them to anyone. Their staff is amazing and so nice. Thank you La Chateau again for all the wonderful work you do!!

I don’t like the fact this person got fired by just having glossy eyes from allergies.

I would think twice before leaving my pets here at this place. After the way they treated my daughter on her 2nd day of training they accused her of being high and too slow. MY DAUGHTER HAS ALLERGIES!! Their judgement was wrong how could you trust them with the needs of an animal

Great place to board your dog. I’ve only ever boarded my dog there a few times, but I do use the dog grooming services. This place is so much easier and calmer to take my dog rather than one of the big box stores.

These folks love my big doggies like their own. Every time I pick them up I can tell they've had a great time. Grooming is top notch too!

Very caring with your fur babies!!

The people are warm and friendly, and they take wonderful care of the animals they house. My cats stayed quite a while, and were upset when it was time to come home! In fact, they pouted for 24 hours after we got home! The staff also got a bit attached, and were sad to see them go.

My 2 cats just spent 6 nights here. Every day I emailed the office (sometimes twice a day!) and they were very responsive to me and answered all my questions. You know how finicky cats can be and they treated them wonderfully!!

Friendly staff, answers endless questions I have with a smile. I received texts and pics of my dog at stay and train.

As a Mom with fur babies, this Pet Resort is Awesome! I and my dogs love going here. My dogs have always been home bodies. But, No more! They were evaluated by the trained staff and put with other dogs that they really enjoy. My grounds and suits are absolutely beautiful. I have booked 2 more stays for them and feel very well with knowing they will be loved while I'm gone.

I have taken four dogs over the years. I’ve always been totally satisfied! Wouldn’t dream of any place else. Wonderful staff. Can’t brag on them enough. ❤️

I had my dogs stay at Le Chateau a few weeks ago and I thought it was going to be great, especially for the amount we were paying I thought they would received the highest level of care. Unfortunately, that did not happen at all. I called to check on them while I was out of town and they said one of my dogs (who is very social and submissive) was scared to be in play time and he missed his brother. I thought that was extremely odd because I have had him for 7 years and that has NEVER been the case. When I picked them up they both seemed pretty stressed out but I rarely board them so that is to be expected. As soon I got them home they drank two huge bowls of water which makes me wonder how much water was provided . I was then petting them I noticed my older dog, (the submissive one) had a large open wound. I called the vet immediately and the next day they washed out his and put him on antibiotics. They were stunned the Le Chateau did not notice this! - they said it was either a bite mark or he was caught on a fence. After the appointment I called Le Chateau and they were very apologetic and said they would pay they bill. I was still annoyed they they did not notice my dog was injured but was willing to let it slide. The next week I received a check in the mail for 70% of the vet bill. I thought it was a misunderstanding and called to check on it. They said if they noticed it while my dogs were there they would have paid 100% of the bill but because I took him to the vet the only pay 70%. Obviously that is ridiculous and I mentioned the fact that because none of your employees cared enough to check on my animal I now have to pay more? They then went and checked with the manager and said, well your dog was only with his brother the entire time so if anyone hurt him it was your other dog. 1. thats a lie, I called to check that Saturday and they said shiner was with the other dogs and scared 2. Our puppy has lived with Shiner for 2 years and has NEVER hurt him so that is ridiculous 3. It shouldn't matter. Le Chateaus job is to ensure the safety of our animals and the fact that they are trying to pass off any blame is ridiculous. I am understanding. If this would have happened and I would have received a phone call I would have been upset that my dog is hurt of course, but not at Le Chateau. Stuff happens and I get it however negligence is NOT okay.

Total ripoff of a place. Turned in my shirts when I quit and they still charged me for them. They seem to care about the animals but any chance to rip someone off they WILL take. They asked me to work weekends and being a college student I agreed, note they did NOT tell me the hours where 11HRs PER DAY. No guaranteed break or lunch. I was even told to expect not to take breaks or a lunch when I was left alone for a full shift after training. I am anemic and need to eat every 3 hours so that was a red flag. Secondly, the lunch break was only 30min, when I worked an entire 11 hour day. I quit after I asked for a measly 5 hours off my shift on Sunday because I was so exhausted after getting home. I had talked to coworkers and they agreed to trade it with me if the manager agreed to let it happen. I texted the manager and she told me that it wasnt in our agreement and I was given an ultimatum, she said either I work it or she will find someone who will. I decided that if I was a newly hire and it was that big of a deal that I would just leave. So I did. I turned my shirts in WHEN REQUESTED and they decided to go ahead and charge me for them and I am sick to death of them money grabbing at every single opportunity. I lost about 25$ from my last paycheck which I desperately needed because I have bills to pay and am currently unemployed. ALSO PET OWNERS BE AWARE, if you pay for the high end rooms there is more than likely not a futon in there. They like to not replace their equipment and let you think you have the equipment YOU are paying for. ASK FOR A TOUR WHEN YOU DROP THE ANIMALS OFF. I do not reccomend this place.

Very clean place nice lady who owns place

This is the only place in Amarillo that I feel 100% comfortable leaving my pups. They are always well taken care of and I love that I can watch them play from the app on my phone. The staff is polite and they're always happy to see my spoiled, stubborn pups walk through the door. Thank you Le Chateau!
