They have been consistently fantastic for the last 10 and 1/2 years that I've known them! There is not enough Stars they treat everyone with respect and the highest level of professionalism and that's starting from the pets to the humans , lol, thank you!!

Rather disappointed with their front staff. We called to make an appointment for our sick dog and when we got there, they had already closed for Christmas holidays...very frustrating.

Great place to take your fur baby and walk in; I miss Dr Wise.

Rather it was to pull a tooth or treat one's anxiety. They have done a really good job.

They were able to take care of all three of our female kitty cats especially are Calico Russian blue kitty cat Emily Isabella who was very scared to go get her rabies shot but they were able to capture her and get her much needed rabies shot. They were very good at handling all the girls very well.

They want to charge my mother, a low-income senior, $15 every 6 months just to WRITE a prescription for flea meds-- in addition to the vet exam and the cost of the actual meds. $30/YEAR JUST TO WRITE IT DOWN ON PAPER. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of!! Finding a new vet now.

I took my lively a in for a visit and they found her liver enzymes to be 100 points over. We quickly started her on meds. And within the last two weeks she has been playful! The staff was so caring ! They came to the car to get her and continually asked if I was ok and genuinely cared! I love that they have affordable prices since I’m on a fixed income of disability!Shes about to be put on the schedule for her teeth cleaning when her enzymes settle down she’s only 3 pounds.

The vets here are so kind. I didn’t have enough money and yet they were so kind in trying to help me find out what was wrong with my dog. They were very caring. Wonderful clinic.

I love this place. They have taken great care of all of our animals over the last 12 years. They are always giving prices and options before they do things and they don’t try to gouge you for every dollar they can. My dog had allergies really bad this year and they helped us start with a cheap solution (Benadryl) and then helped us make another choice when that didn’t help enough. They understand when you don’t have a bunch of money! The staff is very friendly and helpful and I can’t say enough good things about them. They try to get you in asap and call if there’s a cancellation. Love these people and this place ❤️

This veterinary office is one of the best in Amarillo. My fur child, "Frankie Day" had a bad abscess on the side of his face a few weeks ago. I called every veterinary office in town and none would get him right in to be seen or at least looked at. However, High Plains Veterinary did immediately get him in. Not even 45 minutes after arrival my husband and I found out Frankie not only had the horrible abscess on his face, but was running a 106°f temperature. I truly believe that if it wasn't for them getting my baby in to be evaluated as fast as they did, he probably wouldn't of made it through another day. Not with that high of a temp anyways. I highly highly recommend this veterinarian office to any And everybody who has a fur child needing urgent care or even just a quick check up even. This is the place to go. I promise they will take amazing care of your pets and are also very affordable... Thank you High Plains Veterinary Hospital for saving Franklin's life, y'all are angels in my eyes and in his as well!!!

I took my puppy in to get chipped and had an awesome experience overall. Very professional and helpful in answering all of my questions and explaining my puppy's needs.

Absolutely love this place!! I’ve been bringing all my fur babies here, they do an amazing job and are always so caring and helpful.

I love bringing my pets here. The staff is always friendly and will answer any and all questions. When we had to put one of our babies to sleep due to her cancer. We received the nicest sympathy card and everyone had signed it. It made my family feel so good. That was a nice extra touch to show that they care just as much about your fur baby as you do. They are awesome and we appreciate and love them.
