This place is truly amazing!! Mini had dental work, and I was so scared not doing blood work and x-rays. It was such an amazing experience! Picking mini up they were very thorough going over what they did and the aftercare. Mini had her yearly shots there in October, the loved and care they gave was the best. Customer service u don’t see like this in this times. They are wonderful!! Thank you.

I took my dog to get spayed here last week on Wednesday. She started to not feel the best and so I took her for a recheck they told me everything was fine. She continued to not feel good going into this week, took her in for another recheck and they said she’s fine. Went and got a second opinion today and was informed she did in fact have an infection. It is unbelievable that I was completely dismissed TWICE here when having concerns about my dog. I will never recommend this place or ever come back and had to spend double the amount to get her on the right medication. Truly appalling.

Great experience having my dood neutered for less than $100 bucks. Every place else I called, it was more expensive. Both my doodles have gotten all their vaccinations here with no issues. Thankful for the low cost veterinary services that TCAP provides.

I went to the Allen location for my 9 year old dog and my new goldendoodle puppy’s shots. The process was smooth and everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. A month later I took my goldendoodle puppy to be spayed. The first time she vomited when they put her under, they reversed the anesthesia and monitored her. They were cautious and called off the surgery for that day. I rescheduled for the next week and they did a wonderful job. Her incision was so small and she healed great. You don’t get to speak with the vet and they are not full service for well checks but if low cost maintenance or surgery is what you need I highly recommend! My pets are family and I completely trust TCAP with them.

Awesome process for pet vaccination. They provide a great service to the area, I would definitely recommend them for vaccinations. We were in and out in 30 minutes.

This place is crazy busy, I'm sure due to the reasonable prices. Had two dental cleanings done for $240.00 for both. AMAZING. local vet estimated $360 for one dog. Worth the time. And delightful staff, they seem to like thier jobs.

They're well-organized and efficient. Wait time is about 40 minutes. Staff are nice people. The price is very affordable. I highly recommend this place over any veterinarian clinic.

cheap service, relatively quick, the lady that gave my cat her shots was amazing and super nice. However, it’s not an in and out quick service location. You go in and fill out the form they give you and wait for your letter and number to be called (for instance if you’re a K 4, you need to wait for them to change the letter to a K and you go and stand in line as a number 4). I would suggest keeping your pet on a short leash, so so so many incredibly rude pets and completely clueless pet owners in line… people just have no idea no to train their pets, bring them to this place and don’t even have a decency to keep them on a leash properly. Side note the lady who was changing the letters and giving out sign in sheets was a bit rude. It was our first time going and when I asked her what is the protocol she just snapped and seems too bothered to explain.

I switched to TCAP from SPCA, when they ceased services. However, I am extremely disappointed in my switch to TCAP. I was placed on a waiting list for dental services for 6 weeks. I had missed the call to schedule while I was working and the weekend was approaching, thus I called back 2 days later on a Monday and was told that all the locations were booked and that I would need to be put back on a waiting list. In trying to explain the situation and come up with alternatives to avoid this in the future, there was no solution/consolation provided and when I attempted to offer solutions, they were quickly dismissed with no attempt to rectify the situation or my frustration with the clinic. I am now back on a waitlist for an additional 6 weeks but will be looking at other clinics that are actually willing to work with their customers and value their business.

I was horrified when my baby didn’t eat for a week after being spayed here. I called the emergency after surgery number and was told to bring her by either garland or Louisville as they were open on sat and vet could take a look at my kitten. We drove to garland in the morning to find out… no .. they were NOT open. I called the other location supposed to be open… they were closed as well. Perfect. Day 5 of not eating or drinking and hiding in a box… I found a vet who was open! They found out my baby girl was fighting an infection from the inside! That makes me fear something wasn’t clean!!! $350 later for X-rays to find the issue (worth is totally) and antibiotics which was no fun for either of kitten or myself… my new vet called to see how she was doing. I brought her back into new vet.. turns out my baby also has to going back into surgery as she has a hernia from being spaying here. I looked it up.. my cat was hiding in a box and not playing (still isn’t) which makes me understand it wasn’t after care issues!! Infected from the inside and a hernia! Thanks tcap! Clearly you are taking too many animals at one time!!! While Dinah was just a number for you that day… she is my everything! I’m so glad to have found new vet!! Recommend Plano animal clinic to anyone looking for one on one attention from their vet!!!

I paid to get my cat spayed they botched it and I had to spend more money to fix what they did to my cat beware they are cheap for a reason but it'll cost your pets life

Will fix the first 12 ferals that people bring in the door, every day. Beyond that is regular pets with owners, or pay for the feral. Line begins forming outside the door often 2 or more hours before 8am opening.

Everything was great with the spay for my cat up until I got home and read over my meds I was given. I was given someone else’s medication. The meds I have right now are for a DOG. A dog named Bear. I hope Bear is going to be alright. So now I’m currently on the phone with another vet asking what I should do as TCAP is closed for the next 48hrs. The emergency line was literally zero help. Absolutely zero. That’s a simple and honest mistake, but that’s unacceptable. And maybe my cat can have this medication, but how am I supposed to know? What dosage, how often? Just ridiculous.

This is a good place where caring people give our furry companions the things they need for long healthy lives. My dog enjoyed the visit to here even after getting a needle poke in the rear. Good place for pets to take their trained loved ones.

If you are short on funds but the doggies need care this is a great option to get shots or dental taken care of. COVID protocols and limited space have you wait outside or in car until your group is called. Group number is first come, first seen for vax. Dental by appt. Prices very reasonable. Staff friendly and helpful.

The vaccine clinic here is SO efficient. I was in and out within 45 minutes. I recommend coming early to ensure you are in the beginning of the line. The employees here are so patient and very kind. If you plan on bringing your animal here remember to be kind in return and follow their rules. Wait in your car until it’s your turn, obey their space, and understand this is an in and out kind of clinic for the vaccines and medications. If you’re looking for low cost vaccinations, a fraction of what the vets charge for the same vaccinations, I highly recommend any TCAP clinic.

This place did a great job being in order and getting my pet in and out quickly. The young woman helping us was very good at dealing with my upset cat. I arrived 20 minutes before they opened and there were already several people waiting in line so come early!
