A relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. My dog loved them

My go to vet. Everyone that works there is super friendly and caring. My dog Bruno can be a handful but they always show him love! They’re very quick too. Not once have I had to wait longer then 15 minutes to get seen! Prices are very reasonable!! I highly recommend them to anyone! They’re all awesome!! Thank you ladies!!!

I had to take my cat of eleven years in to be looked at. From the moment I walked in I was comfortable. Everyone was so nice.They go us into an exam room very quickly. The young woman was taking a history and doing vitals. So gentle the entire time. She left the room for a moment to speak to the doctor and came back and told us they needed to do an x-ray. Every single time she touched my kitty she was so careful. gentle, caring. They did the x-ray and the doctor who just continued the same attitude as the rest of the staff. Be gentle, caring, concerned, passionate and listen the the owner. She would stroke and talk to my kitty. Then she told me that it was cancer and it was wide spread. So I decided to let her go ahead and go on the rainbow bridge to kitty heaven The entire experience was 100% great when it came to staff. i No matter the title or job And day before yesterday I got a card from them in the mail. I thought it was just a regular card nothing special yet very caring. Oh I was wrong. Every one in that office had signed it. And they had her name in such pretty writing and with it they included a paper with two of her paws prints. To me that was the most special thing they could have done! I would go back to and recommend them to anyone I know with a pet. Thank you again Frontier. Paris and Rain Thomas

Love this place! We have a constantly changing schedule so it's hard to make appointments and here we just walk in. The vets and vet techs are so kind and understanding! They really make an effort to get to know each animal. Already recommend going here to everyone. They also send reminders on when your pups are needing their shots.

Staff was wonderful and got us taken care of right away! Even though we only went in for vaccines, I love that Dr. Howk gave my little chihuahua a thorough exam and answered all my questions. My dog Bean ended up having an allergic reaction to one of the vaccines so I had to take him back shortly after. The staff was so caring and quickly helped my baby get to feeling better.

We've taken our girl, Marley here twice. Love the staff and the convenience of going in after work. Best of all, Marley loves it there. ❤

We have been taking our two dogs to Dr. Howk for several years now and she has the BEST and friendliest bedside manner. The office is sparkling clean and the staff is friendly and professional. We never have to wait very long and always have a great experience. I highly recommend taking your pets here. 10/10

Went in, no wait. They were nice and handled the dogs well. Got them fully vaccinated for two dogs, with heartworm test, under $200.

Vet office was clean. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Treated my dog well. Got me in quickly as a walk in. The vet was patient and friendly. He is attractive too. Great experience. Will make them my main vet office.

AMAZING CARE! My two dogs are very different. The labradoodle is loving and big while the Shiba Inu is small, shy, and dramatic. This is one of the only vets offices that wasn't worried about my labradoodle and they didn't request he be muzzled. My shiba inu on the other hand, hates the vet, however, she liked this place! She didn't panic like she usually does and the vet techs were all very loving and sweet to her. The vet even said she was friendly and well behaved for her breed! (A shock to me since she's always fiesty with vets)

Great place for our dog. He is not social, so they take precautions when we go there. He loves them.

Just moved to Abilene about one month ago and one of our dogs broke out in a rash. I was apprehensive to take her to the vet as she can get defensive in a clinic setting. The vet tech and vet were AWESOME. Very informative, welcoming, and patient with my dog. She didn’t seem uncomfortable at all during her visit which speaks volumes to the quality of care. I would recommend this place to my family and friends and will definitely return. 10/10 service! :-)

We love the option to take our puppy to Frontier Vet Express. They offer the same level of care, compassion and professionalism as the larger practice. We appreciate the extended evening hours and the ability to walk-in when we can't make it to the larger office.
