Very friendly and quick service! Really easy to work with and explained things clearly. Puppy and kitty are very happy!

Always polite clean and very helpful. These ladies do the work. They were very nice about helping me say goodbye to my little bestie.

The staff is very sweet and always answers questions. The vets are great and always call me to tell me what is going on and if something else is needed they let me know before doing it. They treat my dog as their own. Our family has been using this office for 17 years and never had a bad experience. My brother even comes in from Lubbock,tx to get his dog looked at because we trust them that much????

Really wish I could give them negative stars. They violated their own protocols and killed my mothers dog. I would never recommend them for anything!!

Absolutely will not recommend this vet to anyone. This review sole purpose is to bring light to this unethical & unprofessional vet clinic that will LITERALLY deny you their services if express your concern for your pets service or procedure they are doing. I recommended Dearing out to a friend who lived in Ft. Worth that drove 3 hrs to come and another 3 hrs back for 3 days for a breeding procedure. And the day her female was ready Dearing said they couldn't see her that day and to come back the next morning which would of been too late. How does a vet not plan for a breeding they are running test on in their office for 3 days in a row? And then tend to mislead their customer to come back the next day when everyone involved in the breeding knew it would be too late?, all I did as the stud owner was call and asked politely why they asked her to come back the next day after she drove 3 hrs for 3 days at 5 am to be in their office at 8 am if not a little earlier. The receptionist said she couldn't speak for the vet on why they told her to come back the next day so I asked if I could speak to the vet directly so she could give me a little more insight on what was happening and all I got was she will call you back. They did call back asking to bring stud, They did the procedure like everything was fine. Weeks later I get a letter saying they will no longer service my dogs due to me being unsatisfied with their services. So instead of giving their customers answers to their questions and giving support they just deny you service and leave you in the dark.

They are very friendly & helpful. So thankful that they could get my sweet fur baby Chief in right away. Thank y'all

Got us in after we had called 6 or 7 other vets that couldn't. Everyone was really nice and very professional. They treated our doggo and explained everything to us every step of the way. Would definitely recommend Dr. Hill...very good vet and she really eased our minds.

We are new to town and needed a vet quick to treat our sick baby girl. The staff here was great to get us in quickly. The doc was sweet with her and knew so much about the breed... it was such a blessing to find them. Won't go any where else with our fur babies!

Love, love, love this place. I'm one of THOSE people. We treat our animals as if they are family. Dr. Lee and her entire staff make us (4 legged little ones included) feel as if we are part of their family, too. Complete confidence in her direction and care. You will not be disappointed.

I heard bad reviews then I saw for myself. The owner is nasty and staff are rude. They think you should be grateful to them. The prices are not justified. My dog came back from surgery with damaged trachea. Other vet fixed damage over two appts! Dearing Vets reply was to prove they caused problem. Drive a little further to Abilene for vet services.

Dr. Hembree is the best! If you want a upscale vet at a reasonable price, this is the one for you. They are highly educated doctors and have all the best equipment. Professional and caring staff. Clean facility. Besides normal care, my dogs have had 3 surgeries and have been very well taken care of. They will treat your pet as their own. They even take care of my parrots. They have been my vet of choice for many years. I can't say enough about them! 10 stars!

They were capable, compassionate, reasonably priced and got my dog MaxX in and out very efficiently, per usual.

MILITARY FAMS, DO NOT USE: 1) I was just told by the owner, Dr Dearing that he is entitled to charge me for these extra services without disclosure 2) I can leave a bad review and he’s going to ask the military customers to negate mine. This vet was recommended by a local. Their main line is usually busy, so there’s that. I spent over $600 in less than a month at this vet, even more this year. They make you wait in your car and treat you like a pest if you step inside, like it’s an ICU unit. We brought our dog in for surgery and they gave us an itemized sheet and asked us if I wanted anything extra. I requested that his toenails be clipped. There was no price listed. They charged us $16 per dog to clip their toenails, even though this is normally a courtesy, when your pet is already coming in for something else. They also charged us for post surgical cone!!! So petty. I told him I’m dealing with a high risk pregnancy and was at OBGYN to see if I’m still carrying. Dr Dearing let me know that was if no concern to him, and continued to take advantage of vulnerability. -Local military family

Very nice, very fast, and very affordable. Although I have found their Bravecto to be more expensive than other places online.

They provided excellent care for our dog. The staff were ok but could make it more pleasant as you fork over your money.
