Incredible service with a friendly staff!

They wouldn't listen to me when I told them my cats problems were hormonal. They kept us there over and over trying things that only made her suffer more. Took her to another Vet who listened to me and he fixed the problem for cheaper and better. Waste of time and a lot of money. Won't be returning here.

Dr. Collins is absolutely wonderful! He took the time to carefully and clearly explain all possible treatments options for my sweet kitten. The staff is very helpful and kind. They all seem to truly care about the health and well-being of our pets!!

These people are so kind and caring. They are gentle with my pets and love on them every time we come. They also have a great care club which makes vet care affordable. I won't ever go anywhere else. Thank you for taking care of Porsche, Rasta and for your walk-in vaccinations options for our cats! Yall are awesome!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! PLEASE READ!! I LOVED VCA until today. Went in for what was supposed to be a quick visit for my little dog. Unfortunately that was not the case. The staff wanted to give my girl a shot that I did not want today. Penny is in perfect health and did not need it. They treated my wish like it did not exist. They became EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful of and towards me and my desire for my dog. I told them not to give her the shot today, we would come back another day. That did not matter. They gave her the shot anyways. My dog is perfectly fine. It was not an emergency or anything if that nature. She would have been fine to have it another day. Last I checked she is MY dog, MY baby, I love her, I take care of her, and I decided what is best for her!! Because of the complete disregard of what I asked, doing whatever they wanted, and disrespect my puppy and I will never return to this vet and will never recommend it. I do not trust them.

My dog had an exam and bloodwork. Her diagnosis required 48 hours observation. VCA isn’t set up for overnight observation. We left immediately and ask VCA Catoosa to make a referral, and email the records. 30 minutes later when we arrived No email. The receptionist at Veterinary Care and Specialty Group on Broad Street called Catoosa. Still no email. My little puppy dog needs pain meds and IV fluids that can’t be administered without the results from the bloodwork at Catoosa. The doctor here at Specialty Group called to speak with the doctor at Catoosa. 59 minutes from the time we left Catoosa and guess what. Still no referral or email. Disappointed is an understatement.

I was very disappointed with my visit to get my cat's nails trimmed yesterday. I have been a long time patron and have always been satisfied with the care we have received. However, the cost of a nail trim increased from $16 to $18.10 it was already high and this is just unexceptable. I will go somewhere else in the future.

I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my life. The the vet tech was the most rudest women I have ever met. I was talked to like I was a piece of trash. I’m surprised she even has a job considering how she treats the clients. She was extremely down grading trying to talk to me and my wife like we were kids. My wife cried walking out of the vet due to how this women treated us. I will NEVER do business there again and will never refer a person to this place. Unbelievable!

Was told to be there by 5:30 because they close at 5:30 but yet my dog hadn't even been checked yet. Had to sit in parking lot until almost 7pm by the time they got done. Ridiculous.

They are great with the animals, the owners etc... the entire experience has been awesome each time we've been

45 minutes just to see my cat, then another 45 minutes for them to check on her the wait here is ridiculous! I am so embarrassed I recommend this place to my roommate ! He had the same issue... look elsewhere!

They made us feel loved in a difficult circumstance and they helped us feel comforted. The doctors and staff are amazing.

New kitten taken care of promptly

Told my wait time was one hour. Sat in waiting room for another 45 min bc the “doctor’s were on lunch”. I have waited two hours to see the vet. Incredibly unprofessional.

From checkin to checkout, everyone loves all of the animals, and they take such great care of our cat and two dogs. We feel fortunate to have VCA Catoosa nearby.

Sadly I trusted this place and they took full advantage of the fact I loved my dog they wracked me up over 940 dollar bill and sent me home with the dog with some IV fluid and meds to take care of myself all her puppies died and I kept calling and all they kept saying is bring them in and I spent all my money with them already and basically they said come back when you have more 12 of my puppies died from parvo full blooded registered pups after spending over a thousand with them they then tried to bill me another 1000 for my other dog for heart worm when another vet priced me 500 for everything it let me know these ppl were rip off artists My kids have Paws ???? so far seems to be a great place though

I lost my tinyboy to an illness. They helped him in every way possible. They were understanding and caring. Very good place for pet care. They made sure my baby wasnt in pain and did everything they could for him. I highly recommend them for all pet care.

My family has used Catoosa Vet as long as I can remember, probably 30+ years, and we love them! Their veterinarians truly care about the animals they see, as well as the humans that bring them in. I highly recommend VCA Catoosa animal hospital!

The are so nice sweet and they really care about my pets.

I have taken my 2 dogs there for 2 different issues. $1000 later neither of my dogs are fixed. We were given antibiotics for an issue that wasn’t even diagnosed yet. I will be going elsewhere as prices are quoted wrong constantly and vets are obviously not competent enough to diagnose correctly. On a positive note they are very friendly.

Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative regarding procedures and treatment for my Gigi's annual examination and shots.

It was ok...a long wait to pick up my dog... everyone was very nice...i only hope that this treatment helps my dog
