Incredibly sweet and helpful staff. Answered all of my questions and provided solutions.

Do not take your animal here. I took my cat here for shots, and asked if they could do a check up because he was having blood in his feces. They told me that everything was good, and that he has nothing wrong with him. Only to find out a month later that there was something wrong. My baby had parasites. They will add extra charges to your visit and they do not do a thorough job. My animal has been suffering this whole time all because the veterinarians did not do their job. Not only that, but they checked inside his ears and somehow didn’t find that he also had ear mites. Do not take your rescue cat here, you are better off going somewhere else.

VCA Creekside Animal clinic and Dr. Martin was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Dr. Martin and the Vet Tec was extremely gentle with our 9 year old yellow lab that had an ear infection. Thank you all so much.

Best vet for rabbit care.

We dropped our two cats off for boarding for two nights. They said one of our cats would need a rabies shot first for admission. We inquired about how much the boarding and shot would cost. We agreed on $87 and paid the total in advance. When we picked up our cats, one was laying in the dirty litter box. Both cats were dehydrated and traumatized for several days. Over three months later, we received a 60 days past due bill for $97. I called them and they advised me to submit a copy of my credit card statement showing that we already paid them. I then received text asking if they could put the difference on my credit card. I agreed, since it was a small difference in the amount. They ended up charging entire $97 to my card. After contacting them again, they told me the original amount I paid, was just a deposit towards a total price of $180 which was a total surprise. We would not have done business in the first place at that price. Bottom line: both my cats and I were traumatized by the experience.

The vet was great. Oliver loved it. Great experience overall. Very clean and very animal friendly. Very welcoming.

All of staff at Creekside are amazing at what they do! Ashton was phenomenal. She answered all of my questions. She made me feel comfortable and told me everything I needed to know about my cat. I highly recommend visiting VCA Creekside! Will be going back for all my future pet needs!

They are too expensive and I took my dog in for one thing and twice they looked at other things and gave my this expensive estimate. Just want them to look at what I asked them to.

Best veterinary clinic in town.

Know ahead of time they do not typically accept walk-ins. This was new to me and my dog ended up having an accident on me, and all over the floor. Was a mess!

Dr Kinard & the nurses have always been wonderful with my pets and I would not bring them anywhere else! They have a very caring staff!

I brought in my bearded dragon to get his first check up. The staff was extremely polite and helpful and the veterinarian herself was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Will definitely be the one and only place I will return to for veterinary care for my bearded dragon or other reptiles. (Update) June 24th 2021. Brought my bearded dragon in for her yearly checkup and an l trimming. Once again the veterinarian was very knowledgeable, professional, and handled my bearded dragon with care. They even do stool samples for reptiles to check for ringworms and other parasites. Another pleasant experience!

Came into the office under very upsetting circumstances. We had to have our family Dog of 18 years put to rest. The limited interaction with the staff was very comforting and still professional. Although we had never used this veterinarian office I will be using them for our remaining time in this town with our current and future pets!

Two of the vets are dismissive when you try to discuss the animals problem as if they have better things to do than be talking to you. But mostly I’m writing this because they lost my dog’s $15 collar? I don’t know how you even lose a collar. He arrived with his collar, harness, and leash on. And he returned with only his harness and leash. They even confirmed that they brought him back with only his harness and his leash. It is frustrating to me that that could even happen and has made me lose trust in the facility. I loved his collar, and for it to mysteriously disappear the one time I leave him with them alone is wild. The front desk people? 10/10 wonderful. The vet techs? 10/10 wonderful. The two male vets and whoever lost my dogs collar? 0/10. Considering switching vets after this next follow up appointment.
