UPDATE! This location is closed! I don't know what happened to this vet practice. New owners or new vet, but I will be going back to black fox vet. Don't go to value vet if you love your furry friends. Update. Black Fox vet has been bought new owners, new name.

Takes care of my cats needs

Quality has gone downhill. My dog was diagnosed, given meds and his issue never got better. Called to get him seen again and was told we would have to wait a week for another appointment. We have used this vet for years and we have been unhappy the last couple times. My dog has been in pain going on a month now. Time for a new vet that cares!

Extremely nice people!!! The only thing I didn't like was waiting on hold for their answering service to answer phone. It was roughly a 10 to 15 min wait before someone picked up. When she finally answered she was very nice and had answers to all my questions. When you call them it goes to an answering service which handles all locations and also does the scheduling for the locations. I think that may be why the hold time was so long. Other then that I had an amazing experience! Great prices too!

I met with Dr. Isaac Labeb and he was very kind, flexible, patient, understandable, has a lot of knowledge about his work. He loves doing his job and puts effort. I got a new puppy and he made sure my puppy and my family were safe and ready to go. I recommend him to anyone with any dog.

We brought our two dogs there yesterday and we received and outstanding customer service and excellent care for our dogs. Very honest business I recommend to all. Kenny Bartolini ????

I had to sit in my car because of Covid-19 while they came to my car and got my dog and took her without me! ???????? it all went pretty well though. She was very scared and she is very big so of course they put a muzzle on her. I understand that but I still feel bad for her. But anyway the vet came out to talk to me and tell me what he thought needed to be done then the assistant came out with the invoice and took the cash. Then she came back with my pooch and change. All went very smoothly.

Love my local Value Vet but not keen on the folks at the call center that answer the phones.

Dealbreaker. Flea meds for mine are $127.82. And because they have their weight from recent examinations, they will just charge for the meds and I pick up. But trying to get the prescription so I can send it to an online pharmacy and pay $80.70 for the EXACT product, they require that you bring them in for an examination costing $38 per pet. This is just flea meds. Which they have had before. Thats absolute bogus! Its to make sure they take your money one way or another. Been with them a long time. Looking now.

Staff was very friendly and thorough. Affordable treatments coupled with amazing service will always earn my praise.

I was happy with Value Vet until yesterday. My dog needed a refill on a prescription. The office I visit was closed due to the vet moving. I was told they would call in the prescription to a local pharmacy as the next nearest Value Vet was too far for me to get to before they closed. No problem. Went to the pharmacy after work. No prescription. I called to check on this at 5:55 p.m. The person was RUDE to me on the phone. She explained that the would call it in at the end of the day, which was not conveyed to me initially. They close at 6 pm. I explained I was at the pharmacy to pick it up. She said I would receive a phone call when it was called in by end of day and acted like I was being a monster for calling. I received no phone call saying it had been called in. When I checked with the pharmacist they stated when they took the call from Value Vet they were disorganized and clueless and that I had provided them more information about the prescription than the person on the phone. Needless to say I will not be back. The lack of communication was appalling.

Had to pickup a rabies tag for an adopted dog. Ended up waiting outside for 45 minutes, as no one answered the phone. I’m sure this was Covid related but otherwise very helpful and cheerful folks.

I’ve been trying to call this value vet location for the last three weeks and they can’t even answer the phone and say “hello, let me put you on hold”. Instead you get a recording that says a receptionist will be with you as soon as possible but I’ve been on the phone for 10 minutes or more. if they can’t answer the phones I’ll be darned if I’m going to trust them with my pet’s life ...I’m moving on .

This was my first time using Value Vet. I had an appointment for my dog to get his last set of shots. His appointment was at 9am... here it is now 9:20 and I am still on hold with them to answer the phone. Will never be using them again.

They have you standing outside in the heat with your pet until your appointment time with everyone else. Then you don't even get to speak to a doctor because you don't get to go in with your pet. I was also spoken to very rudely. None of this was explained to me beforehand. Just so you know you can sit in your car and wait and they will come to your car. By the timeI knew that my appointment was over.

We have taken our dogs and cats to Value Vet for awhile for check ups and nail trims. The vet tech Cody is our favorite.

Was very friendly and price was good had another appointment and when I called they had shut the one in murfreesboro down which is a problem for me I cant drive far due to back problems and where they wanted me to go was a hour away cant do it sorry

I have gone to another ValueVet location for over 12 yrs, but Murfreesboro was able to get my cat in today!! They went above & beyond care for my newly diagnosed diabetic cat! The tech Nicole was outstanding & Dr Isaac is the greatest, nicest vet ever! They both came out & talked to me in length & when they brought my cat back out, he was calm & not meowing, so I know he felt safe! I was so happy with their help, I started to cry! I truly recommend this location for your pets needs!! Also a shout out to Herb, who called me early & got more info to make sure my 25 mile trip here was worth it! How kind is that?! Thanks to an outstanding team!! ????

No body answer the phone

Cheapest place I could find to have my sick dog put to sleep. Still cost $138. Very friendly people,and treated my son with kindness.

First time coming had an appointment for a week for this morning vet calls me and says come back this afternoon. I come all the way to the office and they tell me my pet can not be seen and come back another day. Wow clearly they do not …

They always take care of our pups

Great price and very good with my puppies the only downside is the availability at times and no emergency care.

Unfortunately our visit went very well. Our aging baby, Sally Mae needed help to cross the Rainbow Bridge. We were seen quickly, everything was thoroughly explained and we were able to stay with her. The staff and Dr. was kind and gentle and we were able to leave out the back door. Highly recommended. Sally had seen them for years. ????????????.

Took my two dogs and my cat for their annual exam and shots. Nicole was beyond awesome. So sweet and understanding and super down to earth. I recommend it and will def come back next year!
