I love Savannah's Crossing (and Dr. Parks!) My two cats are seen here, and we've always gotten nothing but the best service. Everyone from the front staff to the tech are so sweet. I always recommend them to anyone looking for a vet!

Savannahs Crossing does a phenomenal job in taking care of our babies. They are 100% our go-to vet. We are so happy to have found a vets office who truly cares about the needs of our dogs instead of shoving unnecessary tests and medicines down our throats. They are patient in listening to all of the 1,000 questions/concerns I have and kind in giving easy to understand responses. We love this office and staff.

I loved Dr. Maddox but the receptionist and office staff are horrible. Twice now I have needed to take one of my dogs in on an urgent care visit and they said no. Apparently even though they are your regular vet they will not “fit you in” for an emergency. I do not know if he is aware of the attitude of whomever answers the phone. This last time I called them twice asking to please see my pug and they said they would not see her regardless but would see her the following day. I took her to a different veterinarian and I am so sad to say that she died. I cannot believe that if you call your regular veterinarian and say you have an emergency that the office staff could care less and not see you and actually tell you to call another veterinarian???? I will never use this place again for my dogs

Everyone here is friendly and professional. They aren't pushy or judgemental in your choices. They seem to truly care about our pets.

I honestly have loved my experience here. My dog Everett is the light of my life and I wouldn't trust him anywhere else. I also take my sweet sweet kitty here Addie. Both have received nothing short of the best care. They are patient and knowledgable. I would 10/10 recommend. Also, their staff is all so friendly!

This place has been absolutely wonderful. Both the doctors here are so kind and caring. The staff has been wonderful as well.

I took my 2 year old dog here for her first appointment after adopting her and Savannah's Crossing is amazing! To start, the front desk staff were super sweet and energetic. Once we got into the room the vets kept that same energy. They were super kind and took care of all of her needs, including lifting her onto the scale/table since she was scared of it. Her vaccines were quick and easy, they didn't push anything that she may not necessarily need. They answered some questions and listened to my concerns, which I'm very thankful for. All in all, great service for a fair price. Thank you!

I am new to the area and chose Savannah's Crossing by researching the veterinarians near me. I am very impressed and happy with them. They are quick to see my animals, thorough and take the time to explain treatment options. I highly recommend them!

I wasn't happy with the vet I had been using, So I brought my 23 year old kitty cat to Savannah's for some better care. They showed me patience and kindness and I could tell they cared for my little baby. He lived a good long life and the wonderful Dr Parks and her staff made sure his last bit of time in this world was as comfortable as we could make it. Thank you Dr Parks for all you've done for me and my little Plato. I'll miss him so much, but I feel a little better knowing he received the care he deserved from good people like you. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and compassion.

Was able to get a quick appointment when my dog hurt his leg. Staff was very friendly. Prices were reasonable. I now plan on making this place my permanent veterinarian.

Dr. Smith is very kind and compassionate. She gave us the second opinion we were looking for and used them to have our problem taken care of instead of our normal vet. They are allowing pet parents in where our regular vet isn't. This is a HUGH comfort to us when it is an actual life changing event for the pet and family.

I am giving them 3 stars because the front desk staff is really nice and it is no fault of theirs for less stars. There was no follow-up after my puppy had surgery. I contacted them because I had a concern about her incision sight and sent a picture. They told me it appeared to them to look fine. A few days later we had to take her to the emergency hospital. She was put on antibiotics and had to get staples. My concern with Savannah was the lack of follow-up. Noone ever contacted me to see how our puppy was doing. They were the only vet I called that remained closed up until Wednesday during the snow storm. I completely understand putting safety first but to not have anyone to contact for the entire time was concerning. After Wednesday I stopped calling and found another vet. She now goes to Animal Care Veterinary off of New Salem. Animal Care was so helpful during the snow storm with answering our concerns.

They were very helpful. I just walked in to asked some advice on my cat. They were very helpful, as much as they could be since I didn't have my cat or an appointment.

I dropped my puppy off at Savannah’s Crossing for a complete exam only days after I got her. I informed them that she was from a rather dirty environment and had been bred by someone who was pretty clueless. She came back with a clean bill of health besides some intestinal parasites, which she was treated for and then sent home. I noticed a whole bunch of dark debris in her ear a few days later, which I cleaned myself and then called to see if it had been noted by the vet. It had been noted but nothing had been done. A week later I was still dealing with worms that were driving her crazy so I took a fecal sample in(again)and was told she had another kind of worm. After insisting on a broader dewormer I took her home and administered two different dewormers. A week or so later I took her back in for her first booster shot and at this point she was diagnosed with ear mites in the same ear with the debris. After paying for multiple exams, medications and tests they didn’t even offer to trim nails or clean ears. From someone who was in the veterinary field for ten years I felt like the services provided for a new puppy were lacking. I have since recommended the friends with new puppies that I referred to this hospital, to find a different veterinarian.

I really cannot say enough good things about Savannah’s Crossing or Dr. Parks. I felt completely confident in my dog’s care under Dr. Parks. She was so knowledgeable, honest, and caring. All of the staff there really made me feel supported and cared for. Highly, highly recommend.

I have never been as impressed as I have been with the great care that Dr. Maddux and his staff have given my three fur babies. He is very kind and considerate and the health of my babies always comes first. He is mindful of the cost and does what he can to keep it as minimal as possible. It is very obvious that he loves what he does. If you are looking for a new veterinarian I highly recommend Dr. Maddux at Savannah’s Crossing.

Staff was nice but i had been told the day prior to being there that the price would be 49$ and we ended up spending 97$. Sigh.

I absolutely love this place. They are so kind and are very honest. I love the vets. They are very down to earth type people. I have been to some vets around here and have came across some that acted better than you but these vets at savannahs crossing are so nice. Thank you for loving our animals
