Very friendly, thorough, and detailed. The staff gives options and listen to your concerns. When our dog got sick they they were very transparent.

Had to put my sweet baby down and decided to go here for the first time. The entire staff was amazing and made such a tough thing a bit more bearable. Everyone from the reception, techs, and the vet himself took care of us with professionalism and made me feel comfortable.

100% recommend! I was visiting the area from out of town and needed someone to see my pup. They were available the next day and everyone was SO kind and thoughtful and friendly. No wait when I arrived and doctor came in quick. They truly care about your pet!

Amazing customer service and knowledgeable staff. Not only are the doctors good but everyone around them are intelligent and super friendly. Our little kitten Noodles had an upper respiratory infection and when we took her they got her in and out with her meds very quickly. My only concern is they were going to keep her because they loved her so much. Very fun people to talk to and grateful for their service.

I've only been to this clinic a few times, but have been very happy with my service there. The Dr. is great and very friendly. Actually everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful. I will be bording my cat there soon, and I know he will be well taken care of. If you are looking for a very clean and comfortable place to take your pet you should give them a try.

I love this place. I have been taking my dog here for over a year and she loves it. I’ve boarded her here as well and they gave updates and my dog enjoyed the boarding experience.

We took our senior kitty here when we first moved to Murfreesboro and every single experience with them has been amazing. They’re always so professional and informative and took the time to fully explain everything. We even had to cancel and reschedule our appointment a few times due to Covid and they were so understanding. We are so glad we found this place. Wouldn’t take our animals anywhere else!

This was my first visit with a new puppy. I had 72 hrs to get the pup evaluated. Although very busy, they made time for us. Upon a thorough evaluation, of which the Vet and I discussed the issues. He dug deep into his knowledge and examined every part of this puppy. Then we discussed his exam. He treated me respectfully and answered questions for me to feel comfortable about his findings. I’m greatful he is as thorough as he was. I would not hesitate to use him again. And the staff was very nice all the way around. I returned this puppy due to a contractual agreement and will continue to search for a happy, healthy puppy.

The vet here is very thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain our dog’s issue and treatment. He was very upfront about cost of the medication which most vets aren’t. The office was very nice and clean as well. Highly recommend.

My first visit and all the staff were wonderful. My dog has a ear infection and they were able to fit me in a hour after I called. My old vet couldn't see me for another week and a half, I'm so impressed that I switched vets. I am so pleased to have found these people...thanks creekwood

Everyone is beyond helpful, understanding, patient and kind. I had to bring all 3 of my dogs in at once and everyone was so helpful and patient with our needs and made us all feel comfortable

I have tried a couple of vets on the area and they were fine but we recently visited Creekwood and they have earned our business. From the moment I called to the time I left I felt like they had my pets best interest at heart.

We are new to the area and our first visit was fantastic. The staff was friendly and took the time to talk to us and was great with our dogs. I'm glad we found a vet that we can trust so quickly. Don't hesitate to bring your pets here.

I thank the doctors and the staff for their wonderful care of Mr. Prescott. He was very ill and I had to take him in twice for care, and both times the caring and responsive staff took care of him and he is so much better now. I have moved and will not be changing his vet. It is worth the drive knowing my Sr. Pet is getting the best care and love too. ❤ he's feeling g better now.

Took very good care of my boxer for boarding. The office was very clean. Only complaint was the cost especially around the intact dog charge compared to thier sister store.

Friendly and professional staff who all genuinely seem to care about their patients. They did an excellent job on a recent surgery for our puppy and followed up regularly throughout his recovery. Highly recommended vet! Be kind and share love. ☮️

I recently brought my Great Dane, Duke in because he was exhibiting some aggressive behavior towards our other dogs. The office let me wait in the car while they cleared the lobby so I could bring him in without running in to another dog. After he was checked out, the veterinarian informed me that he was very healthy and advised that it seemed like something a trainer would be able to help with and even provided me with a local trainer with great rates that would come to home! They really care about the well-being of your pets!

Such a great place to go for your pets needs. They were awesome.
