Banfield Pet Hospital Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Have had repeated issues with nobody answering the phone including when my dog had kennel cough, had a potential appointment and waited for a call back but never got one, then called 3x to see if I had an appointment and never got through to any one, thank God my dog was fine. Now today there is snow and I drove 45 minutes to find out they are closed. Never received a call. Also their computer system is extremely slow and outdated and the employees have to deal with it causing extremely long wait lines for something as simple as a drop off appointment. Will be canceling my dog plans for both of my dogs and one I've had for 4 years with my previous location and never had any issues until moving here, save your time and gas and go somewhere else

Dr Mary Patsismas was amazing and great for my first experience with Banfield hospital …she was kind, informative and absolutely wonderful.::all the staff was amazing as well …love their app chat option for a vet too really helps as a first time pup mom …i recommended them 100% and will continue to go

I took my Novie here the first 2 years of her life. They always made her feel comfortable, and that's what matters the most to me. They are pricey, but it's not bad if you sign up for the wellness plan. I definitely recommend them if you have a pup in the Boro!

I had an insurance plan for my dog and my cat at this place and they are pretty reasonable at their prices here. My animals shots and teeth cleaning were included with the plan and anytime they got sick all I had to do was call and I could bring them in that day. That was also covered. I saved alot of money doing it that way plus they are very professional and good with the animals.

I will provide a more accurate review once we get an appointment and are seen. This review is based solely on our experience thus far. We adopted 2 cats this weekend from PetSmart and are required to get them to a vet within 48 hours, per the adoption contact. They gave us a coupon with our adoption for a free office visit there at Banfield for their initial appointment. Unfortunately, I've called multiple times during office hours and left 2 separate messages and received no calls back. So this review is based on communication and response, which is very much lacking. Not sure we will continue to bring our cats there after their mandatory first visit if they don't answer the phone or return calls. Has anyone else had these issues?

Dr. Sanders and Dr. Erkman (sorry if I misspelled it) are hands down the docs to see. They care and they will work with you to make sure your pet is completely taken care of. The only two vets I trust

originally had a five star review .very disappointed that we spend tons of money each month for the pet plan and when something as important as a rabies vaccine expired received no prior notice .

Great food and always lovely service

Is zero an option. I have used this location for seven years and over the past two and a half years it has done nothing but go down the drain. I had one vet I loved and that was it. Now that she is having a baby (congrats to her) I have no one I trust. I have paid for all three of my dogs to be on the wellness plan their entire lives. I PAID for services under this plan. This includes shots and whatnot. When the service got so terrible I decided to not renew the plan but wanted to get the remainder of services done of course (since I had already paid for them) I scheduled an appointment and missed it (first one in seven years). Tried to reschedule before her plan was up but they had no availability. I was speaking with someone who said they would figure something out just to be told that I would have to pay everything out of pocket. Even though I have already prepaid for these services. Do yourself a favor. Use another vet and if not just don’t use this worthless plan.

Brought in 3 of our pets at the same time for checkups and they were able to accommodate and give each one the time and energy they needed.

They do a very good job taking care of my dogs. Going to petsmart has also saved me on vet bills. The only issue I have is getting an appointment when my dogs need urgent care and I live a little farther.

Their $30 a month plan that gives you unlimited visits and all of the shots your dog needs is the best

I have a new puppy and chose Banfield as my puppy's vet. We had our second visit today and I am extremely impressed with the care and attention to detail. I was checked in on time and didn't have to wait. They take the time to discuss the care and treatment needed without making you feel rushed. Would give higher rating if I could.

The staff and vets here love on our pets and take great care of them. We have always felt listened to about any issues our cats are having. We have all of our questions answered and recommendations for care are well explained. They are great at personalizing the experience and making sure we feel comfortable when we have to leave any of our cats during the day.
