Have new pug, chose this vet for kindness many years ago. No more. My four month old pug got head caught in gate, he was struggling to pull out. called vet's office at 4:30 and was told no vet there. Hours are listed til 5:30 . pugs eye started to swell with blood in iris, just stated no vet there, could take to e.r.. my pug was traumatized and i really did not want him to be in more fear going to new place. Waited and called this am to get him in and was told 3 this afternoon. No concern of how pug was or symptoms. I called new vet, who can see him at 11:00 today. I would not recommend anyone to a place where no one cares. Crystal who answered phone was rude and uncaring. Actually very nasty attitude. With that being said, I have worked in the medical field for 38 years now, and while i realized the difference in a human and our canine family, i have always struggled to treat people with kindness and respect, and know that there are days that a schedule can be run smoothly or a patient has a reason they need to be seen a little quicker. My concern is always for a patient and their family. This place has no compassion no caring and no people skills. Also, each time my pug was scheduled for follow up shots and we were given return card, they called weeks ahead of appt and gave a different date and would argue with my spouse that he was wrong and then end up looking up and seeing that they were wrong. So, if you cannot handle a schedule or have any compassion for the service you provide, this may not be the profession for you. My heart is broken over the lack of care they showed for my pug and his care. The very least that could have been done, was a vet call and ask or give advice before 5:30. Please stay away from this place and call a vet who cares.

Simply the best. Update: We've been coming to Wall Triana Animal Hospital for 2-1/2 years, and couldn't be happier with the care and associated costs. Our two poodles are happy and healthy. The doctor there is great, but the office staff is simply the best! We love these guys!

Caring vet & staff actually took time with us & explained what we needed to know. Answered phone promptly & gave us urgent appointment. Reasonable cost.

Our veterinarian is Dr. Naime. He is the best ever. Always has your animals best interest at heart. We have been going there for years. Sadly we had to go through the very harsh experience of loosing one of our loved ones. He was beyond amazing with everything. I couldn't have ever asked for a better Dr to take care of our babies. Hands down the best!

My pet was attacked by two Coyotes this morning. I was able to save him from their grasp. I called Wall Triana Animal Hospital, and they immediately got us in within minutes. I am so grateful for their quick response.

I love my vet. She and her staff do a great job of caring for my 4-legged daughter (my dog, Ginny). They remember their patients visit after visit and they remember specifics. For example, they remembered that Ginny is a senior lady (Age 12) and that she has a tumor removed 3 years ago. They follow up and ask me how she is doing, even with health issues that are not the subject if the visit. Military discount is a bonus. This vet and her team act like a well organized, patient centered human practice (the good ones, anyway). I love my vet.

I have been going to them for the past 8 years. They used to be fantastic. That is not the case any longer. They still make sure your pet is taken care of and healthy. The issue is with performing unnecessary tests to add to your bill. There is zero communication about what they are going to do. It just appears on your bill. They also do not ask if you would like to get a prescription. They add it to your bill, and hand you a bottle. When it is cheaper to get them online. To improve: Have better communication with your clients. Go over options. Whatever you do to the pet before you do it ask the pet owner. They have the right to be informed.

The staff were excellent and very thoughtful with what turned out to be a normal examination. A lot of vets would have charged us for tests that we didn't need because my dog is a senior dog. They were very gentle and are also very reasonable price wise.

Wall Triana Animal Hospital is AMAZING! They have taken wonderful care of all of our pets for 6 years. It's a small vet but they know us well and can get us in quickly. Our Max has had cancer and reoccurring tumors that they have removed quickly. The prices are very reasonable compared to other vets. Honestly you are going to get top notch care and you can trust them with your babies. Everyone who works there is awesome!

We took our cat in for constipation. The next morning he was dead and we got a bill for almost $700.

I'm from Canada visiting and I called just after the holidays as my dog was suffering from allergies and hurting himself by chewing his paws. They got me in the next day, diagnosed him promptly with seasonal allergies and an infection in his toe nail bed. They gave me antibiotics and a shot for the allergies and my dog was immediately relieved. No more itchiness, he's clearly comfortable and loving life again.
