I am very happy with PetWellClinic. I live in Harriman but it is worth the inconvenience of the travel to be able to be seen by a veterinarian when the need arrises rather than when a visit can be scheduled. That is not to mention the very good value compared to other clinics locally. They were very responsive, professional and kind.

I have an anxious dog who barks so loud at everyone and everything. The entire staff treated Max so kindly even during his struggle to get away during his nail trim.

Walked in mid-afternoon with my husky and they took care of his vaccinations without an issue - I was in and out in less than 15 mins. A friendly staff is always a plus!

Dr. Emily and the staff were great with our pup suffering from an ear infection. She also followed up with an email and was very responsive to some other concerns we had.

I always receive good service and care for my little dog. We have been using PetWell Clinic since Skipper was a puppy. No appointment needed. You can walk-in or check-in online. So thankful for the West Hill clinic, open 7 days a week. Very convenient and affordable. 5 doggie bones (stars) for sure! ????????????????????

Dr. Nicole was okay but not great. I love the other doctors, just don’t feel the same way about the visit I had the other day. The assistants were FANTASTIC. I noticed a few eye rolls and talking down upon when the Dr. talked with the girls. But they pushed through! Great job girls!

They are wonderful with my little Pomeranian and at the same time quite affordable. Just had an incident with my Manx cat who developed an abscess. My cat was gently helped and given the appropriated medications. As always it was very affordable. Very glad we have you guys !

Long, long wait on Saturday. 2.5 hours is too long. Once there with the vet, all ok.

I recently went back to this clinic on 10/5. I had a much better experience this time around. My dog needed his yearly checkup so we could order his heartworm meds. Dr. Katie Comerford was awesome. So nice and easygoing. Was a pleasure to talk to and Prescott absolutely adored her and the assistant (I think her name is Paige?). Paige also took the time to look into a mail order my daughter had placed a week before, but had not shipped. I hope when I take my other dog in for her checkup that I have Dr. Kate and Paige.

This was my second time visiting PetWell and they are great. Took care of my kiddos right away and they are very affordable. It's a nice piece of mind to know that my Pets are taken care of so Well. Thanks

Their services are really good and the staff are very professional. They are open everyday, that’s one of the most important things. And they have affordable payment plans

I had to use for the first time with a sick puppy. THEY were excellant and I will be using them in the future.

The vets were great. They vaccinated our cats because I couldn't get into our regular vet for 3 weeks. I would gladly use again.

For my first experience at PetWellClinic, it was great! It was open until 7 AND 100 dollars cheaper than the emergency clinic... **That's always a plus!!** the veterinarian was straight forward and did not beat around the bush about my baby's eye. They referred her to UT and the next morning I was being called for an appointment! Thank you so very much!!!

Was able to check in online. Having a new puppy requiring vaccination, it was great to be able to wait outside for the appointment. Once called in, we got Royal treatment and I felt they did a very thorough job checking my puppy. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend.

We take our pets here mainly for heartworm medication and rabies vaccinations. They are always quick, very affordable, and friendly.

Given a dog 11 or 12 months old. Had never been on heartworm and loaded with fleas. Went straight to Pet Well Clinic. The walk in feature is absolutely wonderful. Very short wait, was tested neg for heartworm and got heartworm and flea meds. Was so glad to get this taken care off without emergency room cost or having to wait and worry about heartworm.

So glad I found pet well clinic a few years ago.

Expert knowledge & care of our Great Dane.

I found a kitten and the poor little guy was covered in fleas and had an infected eye. I chose to take him to Pet Well Clinic as they had a kitten package. Given he healed up nicely, just wanted to say that each person we have interacted with at the clinic have been extremely pleasant, answered all of my questions and have taken good care of the little guy. I love the convenience of the location and that I don’t need an appointment…we just walk in. Thank you for all you have done for us!

Veterinarian gave us attitude about asking what actual breed our dog was. He said what does it matter. Well because he was given to us listed as a breed he clearly was not so we were curious. We wanted to research him and get more information. Despite his attitude the other members of the team were great and very friendly.

Professional and reasonably-priced. The vet and staff were very friendly and supportive. They anticipated my needs; however, my only issue was the pressing of the bordetella vaccine. If you go to the AKC website, it currently does not consider the bordetella vaccine "mandatory" at any point, even referencing the words "noncore." The specific vet at PetWell said the vaccine is a "core" vaccine. This is conflicting information. This was my only issue. Otherwise, great service! I plan to utilize this location for any pet needs that may arise.

Very easy to see vet without long wait. Took excellent care of my dog.
