Very good communication about what I need to do to board my dog

Pawz has always been very accommodating and so nice for us. The dogs get amped every time I tell them "It's time to go to Pawz". And when we pull in they go crazy! So obviously they love it and we love the convenience!

I made an appointment weeks ahead of time before my weekend vacation. I made sure I had the appointment the night before and it said I did. I then proceed to bring my dog in for the weekend and they told me my appointment was cancelled this morning for no reason at all and now they are all filled. I lost all the money I paid for my trip and now I am stuck in Knoxville as my family is enjoying their time. With this cancelled appointment I also did not receive a call, text, or email about this cancellation. This was highly unprofessional and honestly rude. I do not recommend trying to board with them because they might just cancel your appointment for no reason.

We absolutely love Pawz!!! This is the only place we trust with our two Australian cattle dogs. They are very well taken care of and I have no worries when they are boarding with Pawz. Doggy daycare is great also. Both of them come home wore out every single time!

We love Pawz, everyone is so nice and professional. They all seem to love their jobs and it is reflected in how the dogs respond to everyone there. I have used many dog services at multiple places and states through the years and they are by far one of the best.

We took our girl for a meet and greet today before her upcoming stay with them. Staff is so nice and the facility is super clean! Maggie ( our dog ) will be very happy there.

We were a bit apprensive about leaving our dogs, Loki and Ernie as they had never been boarded. The staff put us at ease. They shared photos to us of the kids at play. Loki, who usually pouts and won't eat when we leave, was just as fluffy and happy as the day we dropped them off. I can't thank the staff at PAWZ enough. At pick up, they were able to give us specific details about our kids and how they interacted with the other dogs. Very professional and thorough.

I recently relocated back home to TN, and had to find a reliable place to board my dog while I went out of town for a week (commence the nerves!) The booking process was super easy online and when I arrived to drop Cindy off, all of the staff I encountered were lovely and professional. My dog was scared going in (new smells, dogs, people, etc.) but I knew she was in good hands. Judging by the posts they shared on their Instagram page, Cindy had a GREAT time and they even said she made some friends!

First time boarding my furr baby's. This place did great . Two dogs Loki 7 year old 60lbs shepherd mix and Ernie 6 months old 22lbs Blue healer . Dropped them off for 5 days . We got pics of them playing texted to us by staff . Yes they nutted up when we came to pick them up but I could tell they were happy with there time there . I will use them in the future for sure very reasonable pricing but the care my furr baby gets comes first and I give 5 stars to PAWS dog service

Made arrangements to pick up my dog at 11, Paid extra even, and then they forgot. They tried to keep my dog alone in there facilities overnight until I demanded they come down and give me my dog

My pup enjoyed her week at Pawz! They took excellent care of her, shared pictures, quick responses, & she made lots of friends! Will definitely use them in the future!

I took my 2 australian shepherds to get their nails cut today and it wasn’t such a pleasant experience. When I came in they had 2 people to essentially hold my dogs down, on the floor right at the entryway. No grooming table or leash. If I wanted it done on the floor I could have done it myself at home and made this experience never exist. The staff tried at least 15 minutes to attempt to chase and cut either one of my dogs nails. Didn’t work. Finally they cut my older dogs nails....in the quick and she did have bleeding. I’ve never had a problem getting their nails cut elsewhere (Petco, Petsmart, Veterinarian) but those places were closed. My youngest pup was very traumatized with this experience as well. She was screaming the top of her lungs when they were trying to cut her nails and again they couldn’t really get her to be still. The way the situation was handled could have been dangerous for everyone. She has never acted that scared before so I didn’t think to bring my own muzzle. Every since this experience I can no longer touch my dogs feet without them pulling away or trying to bite me, and I now have to muzzle them every time they get their nails cut. I have also boarded here before. I was told I would get updates or even pictures but never did. Update: I have decided to return and try different services with this company because of the fact of how convenient the location is. I will edit this review if I have trouble again. So far it has been very convenient to use the online portal. I’m in my junior year of college and need a place to keep my dogs occupied while gone.

PAWZ has been a wonderful experience for my puppy. Every employee is kind, helpful, and willing to work with you on a specific need. I like how they group dogs for playing by age and temperament as well as keeping their social media feed updated so you can see how your pup is doing throughout the day. Highly recommend!

Bring my little dog there for nail trim and they are always so good with her

My husband and I absolutely love Buster (cocker Spaniel) Pawz dog service. It is a drive for us but we dont mind at all. Buster love it when he get to go to doggie daycare. All of the staffs are friendly and the owner herself she is so sweet and friendly. I highly recommend Pawz!

Leo just loves going to day care. The staff and other patrons love Leo to....this is the absolute best place EVER!!!! It Makes me wish I was a lucky canine ---- I had four legs--- and I could stay at PAWZ too instead of going to work dog gone it !!!!!!

Pawz is the best dog boarding in Knoxville! The facilities are clean, maintained, and constantly upgraded to provide the best possible care. Luckily, they also charge the most affordable rates in the area. What makes Pawz special? My dog starts dancing with excitement as soon as we turn down the street. The playground referees and front desk receptionist welcome my dog by name. professional quality pictures are uploaded to social media throughout the day, so I know my dog is having a great time. Pawz is the type of local business that makes Knoxville a pet friendly city.

This place is amazing! The staff is super friendly, and wonderful with all the animals. Holston loves coming to daycare and spending the day with his friends. He’s always so tired at the end of the day. The services are great and convenient!

I typically don’t leave bad reviews, even if it’s deserved. This time, I can’t leave things left unsaid. We took our Great Pyrenees in to get a bath and brushed today. They are obviously more difficult than most dogs and have a TON of hair. That’s why we leave it to the “professionals”! As any groomer and educated dog person would know, there are some breeds you shouldn’t shave. We left with the most terrible shaved dog you can imagine! First off, why would anyone think we wanted him shaved in the winter? Why would anyone think we wanted him shaved at all?!!! Bath and brush!!!!! We had to go purchase jackets and sweaters for him when we picked him up because he was shivering. His skin is fire red from being shaved and scratching. He’s incredibly unhappy and now has to wear a sweater. We have had him groomed here in the past, twice. And in much worse shape than today. (Hair wise). They did and amazing job the first two times. Not sure what happened today or why but, we are extremely upset!!! Before and after pictures included. Poor guy! ????

There is not a better place that my Jake loves to go! He gets the best care when he is there and always comes home worn out from his day of fun!! I could not recommend a better group for your pup!!

We are so lucky to have found PAWZ when we moved to Knoxville! We've been taking our dog, Alvin, here for a year now. He absolutely loves daycare and boarding with Jen and her staff. He basically sprints through the door when I drop him off with them and he's always super tired when he comes home. They also take lots of photos of your pup while you're gone! PAWZ has gone above and beyond numerous times. We love this place and trust them 100% with our fur baby. Plus, they have the best prices in Knoxville. If you're looking for a doggie daycare or boarding - THIS IS IT!

We left our older husky (who has some medical issues) them while we took a 4 day vacation. She seemed to be happy, well cared for, and content there. We give them a 5 paws rating.

I have had numerous dogs and have never been to a dog device like this where the owner,Jennifer and her staff Really Love Dogs and treat them not as animals,but like a real family member..if you are looking for an extremely Great place to board or just stay overnight,you will Never go wrong by choosing Pawz..i rate it 10 out of 10

I love PAWZ! I have been bringing both of my doodles here for boarding for the last year or so, and have always had the best experiences. The place is clean, the employees are happy and professional and there are so many fun things for my dogs to do while they visit. I especially love the convenience of the "PAWZ Portal" feature on they're website. Once you've created a profile for your pet(s), you can schedule boarding times online, pay online; etc. I also really appreciate the flexible hours that PAWZ offers for drop off and pick up of my animals. I just can't say enough nice things about this place!:)

PAWZ has been a godsend for me! My high energy 18 month old Doodle has been going to daycare here for 13 months. She gets her energy out and loves seeing her furry and human friends. She starts crying with excitement when I turn down the road to the building. I have used PAWZ for boarding as well and it’s always a great experience. They even celebrated my dog’s birthday when she boarded while I was traveling. I am so grateful to have PAWZ to make my Molly Lou’s life so much better!
