I came to NAH from a friend's recommendation. Very pleased with the caring treatment of my baby girl. Very concerned, listen, love each pet, and treat the owners with respect. I am so glad I found this group. Wasn't impressed with the groomer. I learned the hard way on this particular service. If you want a breed specific cut I'd find a good independent groomer...but if you want a bath, nail trim you're good to go. This group rates an excellent score from this old retired teacher who was strict when grading work. Thanks guys for going the extra mile!!

I’ve worked with Dr. Johnson and Dr. Stock at NAH and they are both wonderful! Having an accident-prone puppy, I’m always so grateful that the clinic has been able to get me in on short notice multiple times. Dr. Johnson even comes up with creative ways to do treatments on my fearful, face-shy pup. The staff treats you and your pet like family!

We have always had good experiences with Northshore Animal Hospital. Our Brittany Spaniel, Tuck, has stayed overnight there and has always been a happy boy. He also had his big boy surgery there and they done a wonderful job! What stands out to me is the quality of service during the pandemic. Super clean and safe transactions. Not to mention, they have a friendly staff! Would recommend!

Even though I couldn't go in with my dog for his appointment, due to covid regulations, the vet called me to keep to keep me updated on my dog, and everyone was very friendly. My dog and I both go here knowing it's a safe, non-overwhelming experience, which is hard for a border collie haha

This vet clinic is wonderful. We've lived in several different states, and respect the care given to our three dogs. We're happy we chose this clinic.

Thank you so much for providing care for our Stella this morning. I was so stressed after she injured her leg over the weekend and our normal vet said they were booked until next week. As trying as times are right now with Covid-19, and new protocols put in place, the staff handled everything professionally and answered all of our questions. Thank you so much. I wouldn't trust my fur babies to anyone else. Dr. Frasier can always figure out what is going on with our cats, is always gentle and compassionate, but doesn't shy away from telling you if you could be doing something better for your pet. I have a lot of respect for her.

Grooming experience was horrible. I took my Cavalier King Charles for a bath, nail trim, and said VERY minimal trimming. She was to be in my wedding-wanted her cleaned up professionally. I told them only do her paw PADS and inside of ears so her ears don’t hold as much moisture. Cavaliers are naturally long haired and I wanted her natural. When I picked her up it she had her feathering on legs more than halfway gone and cut extremely uneven, all of her chest hair shaved, all of her belly hair shaved, and her feet cut extremely short. The groomer said “oh that wasn’t on my sheet to not cut”. Well they are no longer on my list of even acceptable groomers. By far the worst cut I’ve ever had on my spaniel in 5 years (and she’s had some pretty bad ones before). Didn’t offer a refund or partial refund or anything. Extremely disappointed and a rather expensive, ugly cut.

She used to be the vet I trusted most. Lately, it's a game of favorites in there. Her unimaginably rude staff told me when I came in 15 minutes late that they were taking someone with a later appointment before me, then parked me in a room for 45 minutes without a word. I heard at least three other people come in ab seen while I was there. Of course, I'm usually 10 minutes early and NEVER waited less than 30 minutes, so I can't imagine that they apply this rule universally. If you don't value my business, I'll find someone who will

Never have had a negative experience here, have been taking my last 2 dogs here for over 15 years. I moved across town a few years ago, and still make the drive because its a really good place. They always respond to any issues I bring up, dont rush you, yet are pretty good about getting you in without much wait. They clearly are animal lovers and have always been great to my dogs. No complaints at all.
