Very pleasant staff and helpful with pet budget

Wish I can do more than rate 5 stars. I had to get my dogs preventative medicine last minute as I am on vacation and everyone there was extremely quick and very helpful. Everything was explained before it was done, they were extra cautious and verified everything my Banfield did in the state of FL. Amazing people!! Thank you again.

Dr. Lowry and Dr. Moxley are both incredible! The whole team is very welcoming and compassionate. Our cat had to have a tooth extraction and was dealing with some asthma flareups. They went above and beyond to walk me through different treaments, communicated throughout the surgery, and gave me very realistic pricing, as well as some options to shop around for medication. We will continue bringing Jeff back and are so appreciative of this team. Highly recommend!

Dr. Dickson and the staff are always amazing to my bulldog, Luna. I don't understand the negatives on here; they're a for-profit business, but are always cost-conscious based on individual budgets.

I trust them. However can not condone their very high prices in my opinion of a number of things. I have a yearly plan where twice a year my dog gets a general check up. Of course some needed meds are not covered. So they hit you up for more. We are on a fixed income so can not afford much.

Would not recommend them. I’ve had their wellness plans for years for my dogs and it was fine until lately. We wanted to downgrade our plan as our rescue dog is much healthier now than when we got him. We were told it wouldn’t be a problem and the receptionist worked with me on the phone across multiple phone calls that day to get it switched to the lower plan. Well I get my bill and it’s even more expensive than before so I call and they downgraded NEXT YEARS plan. Said that since his last appointment (that they scheduled w/o me) was after the last day on his plan that we were now locked into another year’s contract. I asked about the price increase and was told that they decided to up the price based on new services they’re offering and research and that I should have gotten an email before I renewed my plan..but like I said, didn’t want to renew my plan in the first place! Now I’m locked into this contract for another year unless I want to pay it all off now which is a ridiculous amount of $$. I wouldn’t have minded paying or keeping the plan but it’s super annoying that we were assured we could downgrade and spent all that time trying to downgrade only to find out we were deceived. We’ve turned off auto renewal on our plan and as soon as it’s paid off we will never be seeing them again.

We were running just a few minutes late to our appointment, called to give them a heads up, and they said they wouldn't see our dog. It didn't even need to be a long appointment because we knew exactly what was wrong with him, but they just completely refused to see him, even though we would've still gotten there well within our appointment window.

I went there to weigh my dog who is underweight so I have to keep a closer eye on her weight. I ask for help to get her weight on the scale and they would not help me one bit. They just sat there and looked at me I was very disappointed!

They have taken excellent care of my dog and cat. My cat has cancer and they have been supportive and always able to squeeze him in if I think he needs to be seen. Their curbside drop off is efficient.

Ended up owing a lot of money so I went on their monthly payment plan for animals for a year. I never went back once but continued to pay I called last month to verify that no more payments were coming out and I was not going to be charged anymore, and whoever I spoke to confirmed that I was done and no more charges were going to come out. I was charged again as of today. Terrible communication, extremely expensive. Would not bring your animals here. We’ve been taking our animals to a vet on clinch ave in Knoxville who is wonderful! Highly recommend.

The staff was super nice which mad my aggressive 7 year old Shih Tzu feel at ease that was very important. the doctor was even better.Myles was able to stay until I did some necessary shopping. it was a great day for this doggie mom.????

The staff always takes great care of my Great Dane! Dr. Estes is friendly, knowledgeable, and has a great manner with the animals. I especially love that someone always calls the day after an appointment to check on my pup.

Dr. Estes was great. We had an emergency broken nail on our dog and she was seen within the hour. They were able to trim her nails too without sedation, which was a pleasant bonus

Good experience today getting my pets dental. Helpful and friendly assistants and good communication with the vet. The curbside drop off and pick up went well.

My dog hurt her leg so we came with only 30 min notice, but it was very slow. There very nice there but it took them almost an hour to come and get her from the car. I was a little upset because she was in pain, but overall they have very good service, just slow.

Keep in mind It's west Knoxville...front desk staff ignored my daughter and I completely. Another staff overheard us talking about it and came over to help us. Very crowded and hectic. The other staff didn't even look at us or acknowledge us and she was inches from us. There were 4 people at the desk. Eventually we were helped and took maybe 3 or 4 mins.

Best overall pet/and vet experience was at this banfield location. Worth the 2 hour drive from our house without a question. Bring your animals here! Lol????????

We took our 7 week old puppy for his first check up, stood there by the front counter for 10 minutes before anyone, the three people behind the counter to notice two people holding a puppy waiting...once we met the vet assistant she was more concerned about up selling their packages even before our puppy was seen by the vet...we will not return.
