I called to make a new puppy appt and I waited on hold patiently for about 5 to 10 mins. The girl answers my call and I try to ask some questions about my puppy and she literally makes my appt then hangs up on me. I understand you have calls coming in but I held and waited for my turn, you can have the decency to give me 3 mins for a few questions. So I called back and canceled my appt. She apologized but I will not go to a vets office that treats me that way just on the phone. Learn how to have phone etiquette if that's what your job entails. Also, treat people like people even when they're on the phone calling. It's not hard to do that. I heard good things about this vet and now I don't believe them.

Dr. Remfroe has been the family vet for 40 years. He is the best, in those 40 years he has gone above and beyond. Dr. Renfroe does this because he cares!!!

My dog had a terrible tooth infection that two doses of antibiotic would not clear up. They cleaned her teeth and removed the infected teeth at a reasonable price. Another vet gave me an estimate which was 100.00$ more than Renfroe Animal Hospital. What a blessing it was to find this place.

The Vet at this place treats my dogs the way I treat them. He and his whole staff are animal lovers and so it makes us comfortable carrying are puppies to them.

Was fine. No frills. Wish there were more parrot/bird vets or groomers in the HSV area.

While we LOVE the veterinarian, none of his staff was wearing a mask when we arrived. I asked the vet tech if she was not wearing a mask because she didn't have one, or if it was by choice. She said she closes not to wear a mask. I explained that I am immunocompromised and will not go into the small exam room with someone without a mask, his vet tech put in a mask to help administrator my dog's shots. Not even the receptionist was eating a mask. I love the vet, but can't put my life at risk for the choices of his staff. #MaskUpHuntsville
