Incredible vet who prioritized my pets comfort over all else.

I have been coming to Chase Animal Hospital for a few years and always had a great experience but yesterday they went above and beyond. I had to say goodbye to my dog of 16 years. I was a complete mess, could barely communicate and was an all around basket case. Every single staff member took such great care of me and had so much compassion every step of the way. I will never forget it.

The staff was very friendly & informative. My Daughter said they made our puppy feel loved & she could tell they cared for him (this was our first appt). I'm looking forward to developing a personal relationship with the team.

We brought our pug Henry here for a medical emergency - the staff were so nice and professional, and took very good care of him. They gave us estimated costs of every potential scenario and explained everything very well. Henry says his stay was five stars, and he would absolutely visit again.

We brought our Sonya in a few weeks ago. We feared the worst for our furbaby. These folks were so caring to me and my partner. Thank you for all of the love you showed us, especially after Sonya took her last breath.

Dr crab was a caring and proactive to my fur baby. Dr Austin was a great friend to my 120 lb massive. Very on top of things animimal clinic.

Dr. was extremely rude and unprofessional, he slammed the door so hard stuff fell off wall. I have never met a stranger vet, he is definitely not someone I would trust with my pet. Something is very wrong here.

I really enjoyed my experience at Chase Animal Hospital. The people were welcoming, I was greeted quickly, the pricing was reasonable, and I was on my way with great instruction on my new puppy. I would recommend anyone to Chase Animal Hospital.

Really like Chase Animal Hospital

The front staff was amazing. We took my daughters dog here today. He is very protective of her and barks at everyone. Once they had him in the back he done amazing they talked to him and he never barked. I highly recommend them and we will definitely be taking our other animals here.

Great staff and prices a reasonable

Our first time going. They asked questions about our 3 dogs and allowed me to voice concerns about changes I have noticed in our aging dogs. We discussed in length about each of our dogs and never felt rushed to move on to another patient.

Horrible. Extremely rude and unprofessional front staff. Way over priced. We had a cat that was sick and dropped him off, within hours he passed away due to heart complications. Not only were we charged over $400.00, but they gave our sweet boy to us, completely frozen, in a plastic grocery bag. I had my wife and son who were in the car, obviously already devastated. I asked if they had a box or something and was told they didn't. They did mention that they had a "wooden coffin", but it would be $10, which at this point I was just going to get it. However, I didn't have any cash in my wallet. They refused to even charge me, even after I just paid over $400 for our family cat to have died there in less than 6 hours! I was blown away at how greedy, rude, and inconsiderate the staff was through the whole nightmare. We were looking for a vet and now know to NEVER go to this vet again. Find another vet who has decent staff and who actually cares (not just about making money).

We took the two youngest cats to be spade Guilt and Salem they were nice and they did a great job...

Wouldn't take my babies anywhere else, Chase is great! Highly recommend!
