I'm thankful for their service to my pet, however, there are a few things that I felt were a money racket. Also, we would get a lot of different answers from different people to our questions. Our pet was ultimately taken care of.

I love Lake Hickory veterinarian hospital. They are wonderful with my dog and they are so kind and considerate of you and your animal (s). Wouldn't go anywhere else.

0 out of 5 if I could go that low. Apparently dewormer is now considered a prescription from this vet so they can use it as a money grabber. Save your time and money and just go to tractor supply.

Nurse Brooke and the Doctor was very sweet and kind they care for you and your pet .Very much understanding and made sure she was at peace .I would highly recommend to anyone.

Words cannot describe how I feel about this place yea the staff are nice but Alison reed is hands down the worst veterinarian I’ve ever come across stay away from this place! She misdiagnosed my dog and gave him medicine saying minimal risk but after doing research and having to take him to another vet in attempt to get him better I’ve been informed that what Alison did was the worst thing that could’ve possibly happened to my dog he’s in critical care right now because of the negligence and lack of knowledge on Alison’s part. I would give anything to have not trusted the life of my dog and wellbeing in her hands. People don’t need to be fooled about them papers and degrees stating she knows what she’s doing. Sure the staff is nice and they do good grooming but there way over priced highest price out of every single vet in the surrounding areas trust me I called every one of them and told them each thing I was charged for and they were all in shock when they heard how much I was charged for what was done. I’m sorry to keep ranting but it’s the truth Alison needs to just find a different trade cause this one for sure is not the one for her. I have total respect for the staff but as far as Alison none whatsoever

Very good pricing and the vet and techs are very knowledgeable and personable. Couldn't ask for better customer service either! Would highly recommend bringing your pet to this clinic.
