Snow had the best time of her life @ Club Fetch! The staff is wonderful and super caring! She will definitely be a forever loyal customer!

Staff are always friendly and professional. Got there two minutes before closing. Staff was courteous and understanding. Our Dutch Shepherd loves his days there!

Our girl Sadie is always happy to stay with Club Canine! We can go away and know she will be well cared for and loved! It’s the only place I trust to take care of her.

The staff at the Charlotte, NC, location are friendly and Lindsey (especially) always takes great care of my pups! And, we like that it’s a smaller facility, so we feel like our pups get extra attention.

I called and tried to set appointment was told they would call back because someone walked in never heard anything back are a call back when i was already on phone 30mins before customer walked in I would NOT TAKE MY DOG THEIR if they treat people like that when trying start service with them WHAT DO THEY DO TO DOGS WHEN NO ONE IS AROUND

Gigi loves going to daycare here. The ladies are so good to her. I started taking her there when she was almost 10 weeks old. She is an a American Bully and I wanted her to be socialized with other animals and people. She is the sweetest and most loving dog ever. These ladies have help mold her into the perfect lady she is.Thank you for giving her a wonderful place to go and make so many friends.

Such a great place! Not sure where to start. From the 1st call to inquire about ClubCanine was great. They took time to explain there policy and procedures as well as took time to listen to my needs. Also took time to register Meeko while on the phone. The greeting that we received when walking in made me feel even more comfortable. We met the groomer, she ask for specific’s and she definitely delivered. Looking forward to our next visit!

We love, love, love Club Canine! Every time I mention going to Day-camp their ears perk up and they are ready to go. We are always greeted with such kindness and it makes me feel so good that our girls are having a great time and being cared for so well. They are always so tried when they come home because they have played so much!! We have also boarded them there and all experiences have been great!! We will continue to use them!!

This was our first time boarding here with our two dogs. Everything from checking them in to picking them up went smoothly. You can tell the staff love animals and they have great customer service. I love their quick email responses to my questions and inquires. We will be using again soon and would highly recommend.

We took our three dogs, ages 4-14, for a meet and greet day before boarding. The staff was wonderful! They greeted my dogs and me as old friends. They asked questions to be sure each dog’s needs were met. The dogs spent the entire day and when I picked up they were very happy and in no rush to leave. I feel very comfortable about boarding them in a few weeks and would highly recommend Club Canine in Granite Falls, NC.

I scheduled a week's stay with Club Canine in Granite Falls, NC about a month prior to needing it. Everything was fine until I went to drop off my dog. I had dropped him off and was actually headed home to start my vacation when I got a call from the manager stating that my pet needed anxiety medication to stay there. My pet had stayed there when he was 9 months old and everything seemed to go fine but according to the current manager the previous manager documented that it was discussed with me. I can emphatically state nothing like that has ever been discussed with me. Beyond that I am very disappointed that this facility waited until after I dropped him off to insist on this. To be honest, once this occurred I wouldn't have left my pet with this inexperienced and unprofessional group. They proved that they didn't know how to handle a tense situation. Think twice before trusting your pet's care with this group.

Booking was easy and the facility is amazing. I love their flexible pick up times especially on Saturday and Sunday. Ohh and the rates are very affordable. Thanks Club canine.

Took my dog to daycare for the first time and she did great! The staff was very friendly and they all enjoy playing and taking care of the pups. My dog has a little bit of separation anxiety and from the pictures they took, it looked like she had a lot of fun. Will definitely be coming back!

Everyone was super nice and loved on our dog, Harley like she was their own!! The place was clean and neat. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone needing a safe place to leave your dog for a few hours or days

Would absolutely recommend Club Canine to everyone!!!! Facility is very clean and smells good. Staff obviously loves dogs/animals and the pets love them just as much! Everyone was super nice and helped us with the whole experience, as it was our first time with them. Both dogs received bathes and nail trims, and oh my did they smell SO GOOD!!!! I can't speak highly enough of Club Canine! Will be a repeat customer and thinking about taking my younger dog for play days a couple days a month!

Me and my pup Harley, we live this place , he gad his first day off day camp and he was totally exhausted that evening, but s god exhausted! He made a new best friend that just happened to be the same breed! I will continue use club canine , the staff seems to really care about the pups that and making sure they have a great fun day at day camp Harley and i say thank you!! ????????????????

The staff and owners are always very accommodating, and take care of our pups like they were their own. Our dogs always return home happy if spending the day or an extended time. It is the only place we use for boarding or daycare, and we highly recommend it.

Great Place and Friendly Employees

First time taking my dog here. She was here a week and seemed to have loved it! I had no issues. Only concern is they would not let me see the area my dog would be staying in....If I'm paying that much for them to watch her, I would really like to see in person what she will be in all week.

My pup spent her first day at Club canine, the staff was friendly and really engaged with her. The best part is she was completely worn out from all the playing and I was able to get my assignments and housework done. They are wonderful ❣️
