It was awful. Bill was suppose to be 200 and it was almost 700. Will never go back. Also they gave me 4 hrs to pick up my animal with full payment or they would send to pound! What kind of Vet makes threats like that??!!

I have come to rely on Homestead's commitment to expedient service and affordable pricing. They have always managed to fill my elderly dog Cody's medication on a moment's notice.

My friend and I took his (2) fur babies (cats) to this vet today_ We were taken back in a very timely manner and were treated like family. Leo, a very gentle man whom the cats seemed to love was assisting the veterinarian and the front desk clerk was multi-talented alike. Renee was awesome! She helped us to give our 'Chopper' a sani-trim and hopefully a full shave soon. We were all discussing the issues with the babies and came up with a care plan with meds to start their journey back to good health. The entire staff was empathetic yet professional. Thank you all for your kindness, attentiveness, and concern for these precious animals that GOD gave us dominion over to care for and to nurture. We are deeply grateful to you all ????????

I have a sick cat that i have taken to 4 other vets. The entire office from the receptionist to the Dr were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure my fur babies were taken care of. He was the only Vet that gave me a treatment to help save my babies. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their animals to be taken care of.

Adopted two kittens and they were sent to this vet to neuter prior to picking them up. For two weeks they sat at the shelter getting sicker and sicker, this vet preformed surgery on a very sick kitten and then tried to get me to get a “shot” because the kitten still had “a bit” of a respiratory infection. One look and I took the kittens from this vet to mine in Knoxville. After three days and three vet visits, the one kitten was so sick I had to have him put to sleep when a chest X-ray showed pneumonia. The other kitten is fine but had to be treated with two different medicines for worms. Worst vet ever and even worst shelter in Crossville. Beware folks, they have sick animals and this vet will neuter and spay sick animals! Horrible thing to do to animals just to make a buck!!

They were very knowledgeable and took care of my dad's 60 lbs dog as well as, my 11 lb dog, with care❣

Two weeks ago I made an appointment to bring my two kittens in for shots. The earliest appointment available was in one week. I drove 27 miles for my appointment only to find that three days earlier they decided to close for the week. As I was waiting the tech pulled up and apologized for no one contacting me. Shortly after I returned he called me and again apologized. We set the appointment for the next week. I called the day before my scheduled appointment to confirm. Was greeted with a voice-mail msg that a decision had been made to close for an indefinite time. Again, no forewarning. If I had not called would again have made the drive to no avail. NEVER AGAIN!

I enjoyed looking and petting the animals if you're animal is sick this is one of the best place to go good prices for you and your animals

If I could give this Vet clinic a negative number, I would! We were charged for deworming medication, which we had requested. However, our cat and dog were not given the medication. After seeing worms for 2 weeks, we called back. Technician or even the receptionist said it could take up to a month for the medicine to work. It's been 2 months now and all 3 of our animals are VERY sick! Seek a different vet, if you care for your animals!

They saved my 2 dog's we love this place.

They worked my Blue in for an emergency and saved his life. So grateful for them. And the price was very reasonable.

Never seen anything like it. I had a appointment set for my dog to get fixed, show up to drop her off and then they decided they were not going to do it.... this is no way to run a business, they never tried to call or anything else. Just thought they would waste my gas money so they could tell me in person. I won’t be doing any business with them again and will be warning people of they way they do business with people I know.

Very friendly, but not sure about knowledge, when I had my kitten neutered, they didn't inform me very much on how to prepare or Care for him, luckily I already knew, but someone else may not.

My baby has seizures, the lady was extremely impatient and unkind with her. I also felt it unnecessary to jab my tiny dog hard in the neck for blood. Surely, there is a kinder, gentler way. She was terrified. Took her elsewhere today, they were much more gentle and kind with both my dogs.

Very good veterinarian. The staff seem happy and their work shows it. I'm thankful for the recommendation from Jennifer at Central Bark. She's the best dog groomer for my dogs.

Great vet my wife has been going there since she was a child awsome place

Overall disappointed with my first visit here. When I showed up to drop my dog off for a spay the vets weren't even there. I found that the place opens at 8:30 and the vets don't show up until 9:30, sometimes later. When I picked my dog up after her spay she was covered in dried blood and had poop on her feet and legs. The incision site is very rough looking and she has a big spot in her belly where she is bleeding under her skin. My overall opinion is that they probably weren't as caring and careful with my dog as I would have wanted them to be.

I really like this place. They don't overcharge you like some other places do, and they are really nice people. They've done great work for me so far.

This is my second time taking my bosses dog there for a visit. Every person in the staff was so patient and kind to the big boy. I waited in my car until they called me and said they were ready for him. Very convenient! Once inside the dog wasn't so happy to be there. All four of the staff were Professional and oh so very patient with him even if the dog was cranky! They knew just what to do to calm him right down and they took their time checking him over and fixing/addressing every single issue. I give them 5 stars for their Professionalism, Knowledge and treatment of not only all the animals but there person as well! I have been to 5 vets here in Tn and by far hands down the Very best!

Took excellent care of my babies would recommend them

It’s been 2 or so years since my visit here and I was warned not to take my kitten here to be fixed by a friend who took 3 CATS there and they all did not live. This is a very un invasive surgery that should NEVER result in death unless the vet is not administering anesthesia right or something along those lines. I went with this place because of the considerably cheaper rates, which should have realistically been a warning sign. I got my cat back the next day (they didn’t even keep her over night) and then that night, she died. Not only did I have to leave them a voicemail letting them know, but when they finally did get back to me, they didn’t offer a refund or anything.( not like that was the point but still) WARNING TO OTHERS, this place is shady.
