I had to leave my boys twice for procedures. The vet and the techs were all very kind. I was a little overwhelmed when I picked them up the second time because the lobby was full of people and dogs and they both were excited to see me. The person who brought them out was very patient with me and made sure I got all the information I needed even while I was so distracted. She even asked to help me to the car. Love this vet!

I have loved this vet and have used them for the past 4 years. Today (01/03) around 4:00pm I called to see about what I should do about my dog acting odd the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. I understand that they cannot give me advice as to what to do (I’m sure they are told not to in fear of someone trying to sue etc…) but there was no empathy from this lady and she acted as if I was a bother to be calling with short exasperated answers to my questions. I’m sure they were busy and she was having a rough day but that shouldn’t be the consumers problem. I won’t be using them again and will be looking for another vet in the area who will listen to the customer and not focused on themselves and their personal issues.

This summer we had to put our dog down due to a cancerous tumor in his chest. At first the vet and her techs did not want to even pick him up because he was mixed with pit bull, when they took him the back the vet said some very ugly things thinking she couldn’t be heard. She was heard. The cherry on this sad day is after updating our paperwork when he passed away they still sent his paw print card to the wrong address. I am so disappointed in Mountainstone and how they handled this situation. I do not recommend them to anyone, especially people who love their pets.

Dr. Bragg diagnosed and took great care of our senior dog. We thought we were going to have to put him down but Dr. Bragg was able to treat him and restore him to decent health.

Most favorite vet ever! Decided we needed to board for the weekend of our wedding and it was only Mountainside we would consider. He was bathed and nails trimmed and very happy to see his mama on Monday! Went smoothly and very happy with the boarding experience as well!

They knew what needed to be done to Koda (frenchie) almost as soon as we walked in. They did a xray and 20 minutes later we were scheduling him for surgery the next day. Koda has gone from a dog who need to be fed 4 times a day in a bailey chair a slurry to 3 times out of a can of food. From a dog who could not have water from a bowl to a dog that can. We love this vet and look forward to Koda's future

I don't know how to feel... They've always been really nice and taken really good care of our dogs. And though yes they continue to do so they did not ask before sending us home with certain medications and administering IV fluids, though she needed majority of treatment the numbers on the bill was quite unexpected. Thank you for always fitting us in on short notices and being welcoming to our dog.

Received excellent service getting my German Shepherd fixed as well as when I had to, unfortunately, take my sweet 15 year old dog to be euthanized. They went above and beyond to make my dog and I comfortable, and comfort me during the whole process. A week later, I received a card in the mail that had a sentence or two written by each staff member with my dog, Sparks’, paw print at the bottom. The staff is always so friendly and patient and you can really tell they want the best for your pet. If I could give more stars, I would.

We just moved here from Alabama so this is one of the places we was referred to..to take our dogs and so far we love them so we definitely will be going back for more visits. The people here are very friendly and the doctors know exactly what they are doing and take good care of our dogs ????.

LOVE Dr. Bragg! I've never in my life had animals. My kids graduated, we left the state, bought a home, and got animals. Dr. Bragg has taken care of my Baby Cat, Maggie twice. She hissed and bit, but he just said, she's in a corner. She was attacked in April and now has a Feline Repitory Infection. He took great and Amazing care of her. The Whole Office staff are Great! I would recommend 100%!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you All

Staff and Doctors are wonderful. We had a very sick dog and they were willing to work us in on a very busy Saturday, something our regular vet was not willing to do. They scheduled him for surgery and were able to do it right away. Thank you for everything, we appreciate you. You have a new patient.

The staff is very rude and unhelpful. I have taken my dog for his weekly/bi weekly baths since we have had him. I usually get a call that he is ready for pick up. Never was I told that it wasn’t protocol, until it wasn’t done. I dropped him off at mountain stone before 10 like normal and just knew it was going to be bad when the lady at the front argued with me about “brushing” I did not know there was a difference between a brush out and brushing a dog. She didn’t have to be rude but she was. Then after a busy day and letting time get away from me. I noticed I hadn’t received a call from the vet. So I call and I am in a panic because it was 10 min before they closed. I shouldn’t have let time get away from me but I am human. Now being used to them calling I expected them to be okay with me being 15 min away. But I was told, “you know we close at 5:30”, “we never call it’s not protocol” after excuse and excuse and me begging them to just hold my dog that I would be there in 10 min. They told me they would board him. If an owner of a dog has not came and got the dog , a “family” vet should call and double check. Older people forget, people who are busy sometimes let time get away, there is traffic, life happens. I offered to pay the lady 100$ just to wait 10 min and she argued with me. After the front of the house was snarky and rude. I know that I should have been better with my time, but I shouldn’t have to call every hour to make sure my dog is ready. Nor should they call every other time to let you know your dog is ready. I will never use this vet again. They should hire or train a better front of the house staff to have better customer service and a more uniform “protocol.” If you can go anywhere else. They don’t care about your pets, they care about getting home and your money. Also my dog will now be in the kennel from 5:30 to whatever time they get there in the morning that is insane with no human interaction. So I wouldn’t board them either.

I dont recommend. I'll just say my puppies went in well left deathly sick.

I took a stray kitten to them. They were so helpful and nice. Helped me with how to give the meds to what to bath her with. Decent price too. So so so nice. I will be taking my other pets there.
