The BarkMore Pet Hotel & Daycare Chattanooga, Tennessee

We boarded our pup Marley here and it was a nice process and Marley seems happy as well

My pup is always excited to go for daycare. He is sleepy and happy every time I pick him up.

Just went there to board for the first time, pulled to the back, as is policy. Extremely overcrowded play area in rear. The noise level was scaring my dogs and we wanted to make sure our dogs would not be outside in this area. At this point our dogs had already been carried inside along with their food, as we were completing paperwork and my husband voiced my concerns the lady says "This is a dog facility, if you don't like it you can go somewhere else." We had our dogs brought back out to the car and left. Now instead of boarding our dogs, we are taking them on this long car trip with us because that is preferable to leaving my animal somewhere where someone would talk to us that way, no telling how they treat the animals. I was excited that we were going to be able to take our animals there, but now I would not recommend this facility to anybody under any circumstances. This lady could have offered some words of comfort, reassurance, anything but instead basically said if you don't like it, you can leave which is what we did.

Our babies were happy to see us. They gave them a free bath because they stayed more than 5 days. I'm not sure if they blow dried them as they were still damp and were shivering. Other than that I'm sure they took great care of them.

We love the Barkmore! Buddy has been going to daycare there since he was just a puppy. He just turned 2 years this month and he loves it at the Barkmore. He also boards there a couple times a year. Everyone at the Barkmore is so loving to him and the team is caring and professional. I totally trust this team and Buddy loves it. Definitely a win/win.

The Barkmore is the BOMB!!! Had a very negative boarding experience at a different facility and found The Barkmore as an alternative. We have been so thrilled ever since! If you want your pup to be loved and cared for and doted on while you have to be apart, then choose The Barkmore! McRae is so glad we did!!

Fair prices and nicer than many others I've experienced since relocating to Chattanooga. Good enough for moe, my 2 yr old corgi, who has a great deal of attitude and cleary let's her feelings be known. Momo approved ✔

We boarded our two pups, greyhounds, for the first time ever last week and we could not be more happy with The Barkmore!!! The staff was so sweet and professional. We will definitely use them in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of our furbabies.

I wouldn't take my baby anywhere else. They are just great!!! Ps Harlym loves it.

I scheduled my dog for his temperament test and they only give him 15-20 mins to get acclimated to his NEW surroundings....I have a Siberian Husky that’s not even 1 year old yet and he’s gonna be extremely hyper and excited in which he was. He does not have much social experience with other dogs so he’s going to get hyped up when he can actually play with others...that being said he didn’t “pass” because he was jumping on other dogs and mouthing them...which literally is so common in dogs especially larger breeds. Afterwards I took him to The Ark and they gave him a few hours to actually evaluate him and they said he did really well. My dog isn’t aggressive..he’s just hyper which is common with huskies. You guys need to give new dogs more time and more of a chance rather than practically walking them on a leash for just 15 mins????

We drop the dogs off they were very professional and kind and easy to talk to

love that my dog is tired after a long day at work and she does not have to stay in her crate all day. they take great care of her and she seem happy to go every day!

Our pups love coming here, and the staff love our pups! They know their names every time and give them so much love and attention. We know our pups are safe, fed and entertained every time they stay over. Strongly recommend them!

Excellent boarding and day care options for pets of all sizes.

Jimbo LOVES the Barkmore and so do I!!! I never have to worry about him during the day like I do at other daycares. He comes home exhausted because he plays all day long. We have never had an issue and the always check on his car sickness when we get there. Highly recommend!!!

They are awesome! Take care of my father and his dog Sir Henry very well! My father doesn't walk well, and they usually come out to his vehicle to get Henry... They do that "Little Extra"... We use them often.

Great place, great employees. I agree with the "family feel" comment another person posted. My dogs are happy to stay here. We've been to others and this one seems to do the best job in taking care of my pups.

We just recently started being part of barkmore, and we are so happy with the care they have taken for our dog. He had never been away from us and had terrible separation anxiety and it’s so nice to have a place that we know he’s safe and taken care of!

The BarkMore and it’s staff love and care for their pets as their own, you’ll be impressed with how home feeling the BarkMore really is!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a doggy daycare. The “manager” was so unprofessional when I came in there the first time she tried to argue with me over my dogs shots that were given to him in sept/oct telling me they expired the same month they were given to him. Then she never told me they were closed and when I came in there she was very rude again. When I said I had nothing with problems from them she just shrugged it off and when I said I wouldn’t be back and would be telling all of my friends who took their dogs there she just said “that’s fine”. Never would recommend this place to anyone.

I love the BarkMore! My dog has been going for almost three months and she’s always worn out when I pick her up and she always seems happy to have been there. I take great comfort in knowing she is well taken care of while I’m at work. Everyone there is so sweet and I know they love my girl. This was the first dog daycare I tried and have been very satisfied. I haven’t even looked elsewhere.

We love the barkmore. We have used them for both daycare and boarding. Facilities are clean and the staff is great. We have one tired and happy dog when we pick her up from the barkmore.

Wilbur and Daisy just had their first daycare with The BarkMore and they seemed to like it. They were happy when I got there so I know they took great care of them. We will be back and get socializing for them. I am happy and they were happy and wore out.

I leave my standard poodle puppy here and have been very pleased. They know him and greet him warmly when he appears. They are ready to take him back to the others for play so there is no delay in dropping him off. Good value if you can buy a package.

They love my babies & they give the best care there. As an over protective doggy mom, I feel totally confident with them providing for my pups.
