Needed to get my dog in quickly for a temperament test, which they do at no charge, so I could start him immediately in doggie daycare due to a new job. We could sign him up for boarding one day, they would do the temperament test for the …

Everyone was so nice and knew I was nervous about my dogs. They did great and I am thinking about putting one into daycare to get more socialized as he is very shy. Thanks!

We have two dogs and one usually gets nervous when we’re boarding them. But the guys at PetQuest made him feel right at home and he instantly warmed up to them. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve taken both of my dogs for boarding services multiple times this year. At first I thought the place was great and staff was friendly. Lately I’ve been giving the staff instructions on feeding time, and telling them to give a stuffed kong and treats to my dogs (because they offer this service) and I notice there was no charge of this on the receipt meaning that none of these services I requested were given to my dogs. Yesterday I went to get Baloo and Bruno from Pet Quest Spa and Hotel (they stayed Saturday 12/4 to Sunday y 12/5) and I noticed that Baloo was acting shy and weird, he kept whining then I noticed a bloody wound behind Baloo’s ear. I called them this morning to ask them how this happened, they said that Bruno and Baloo had been in their suite all day and were only let out every 3-4 hours. The employee mentioned that it was most likely that my other dog Bruno had bit Baloo which I do not believe because it looks like a bigger dog bit him (Bruno is a 22 lbs dog, 6 month old). Bruno has never shown any signs of being aggressive. They were not able to tell me more information which makes me think no one was really watching my dogs and taking care of them. No one was able to tell me how this happened. We are currently at the vet so Baloo can get checked. He seems to be in pain and traumatized.

PLEASE READ before considering this facility!!! I took my dog Aiva (beagle mix) to PetQuest spa and hotel 10+ times for doggy daycare. Every time I picked her up from doggy daycare she was acting timid and scared. I spoke to one of the employees about this and he assured me it was just because she was tired from playing. I decided to monitor her behavior, the next time I took her to daycare she came back with a large bloody puncture wound in her ear (as shown in the photos below). Aiva is very submissive and doesn't pick fights with anyone, she has also been very socialized since she was a puppy. I knew right away something was wrong and another dog must have been aggressive towards her. I spoke to an employee and the owner right away and showed them the wound in the parking lot. As soon as both of them walked over to my car Aiva ducked her head down, starting shaking and was immediately fearful (BIG RED FLAG, Aiva loves ALL people). I showed them both her ear and they said "there were no fights in daycare today, it's just a scratch and since the dogs play hard this is normal". I felt very uneasy about the whole situation and the employees/owner. I posted my story to the Nextdoor app and many people replied with horror stories similar to mine from PetQuest Spa and Hotel. I was also recommended to take Aiva to the vet by many other veterinarians. The next day I took her to the vet and it was confirmed that she was bitten by another dog, most likely a large dog. The bill was about $100 which the owner of PetQuest Spa and Hotel agreed to pay. I urge you not to take your dog here, I am a huge animal lover and have been extremely saddened by this experience. I have heard and seen first hand how RECKLESS and CARLESS the staff is. I've walked into the building many times and seen dogs UNSUPERVISED while the employees are sitting on their phones. It's been about 5 months since the incident and my poor Aiva girl is lethargic, pee's and cowers every time she sees a big dog, doesn't want to get out of bed, and is extremely TRAUMATIZED. Please SAVE YOUR ANIMAL from the TRAUMA they could potentially receive here. Below I have pictures of the wound and a few comments I received from the NextDoor app, if you would like others to read I received over 100 negative comments about this PetQuest Spa & Hotel. My dog will never be going back to this place.

Our first time using PetQuest was great! Check in and checkout was very smooth. When we’ve had our dogs boarded at our vet they come home very tired and overwhelmed. Both came back home as their normal selves when they stayed with PetQuest. Having their own room together made a big difference I’m sure. Staff was very helpful answering questions and setting up our account. All in all a great experience!

We took our 2 year old dog here for her first ever board. She did very well, and the staff was very helpful.

I use the Groupon app and use the bathing facility to wash my 70lb dog and it’s a game changer. No more sore lower back. It includes shampoo and towels and a very nice blower. The sprayer is great also. Actually penetrates my dog’s fur

I take my pup Louie to Pet Quest and he loves it! He knows the word “school” and whenever I tell him we are going to “school” he gets so excited. Everyone is so nice and you can definitely tell they all love the dogs and invest in them. Louie gets excited when we pull in the parking lot and I feel comfortable leaving him knowing he will be well taken care of. I looked all over when I moved here for a quality daycare and visited many because we had a great one in our hometown. Pet Quest lived up to our expectations and more!!

It is a pretty good place. A little bit small. They have some outdoor space fenced in. The common areas are some grass and some asphalt.

Very happy with PetQuest. We had to board our dog, Willy, for nearly a week while we traveled. We received updates of how he was doing via text and even received pictures from his playtime. They accommodated his needs to allow him to play with only other smaller dogs and a few at a time to help him be more comfortable socializing. All of the things that we left with him we returned washed and nothing was missing. The fees were straightforward and the drop-off/pick-up was a breeze.

This place will always hold a special place in my heart. They took great care of my dog after surgery and the tech got blood on him and still was so loving with my dog. We ended up having to put her down 3 days later and I will never forget how amazing they were to her in her final days. Also, you can not beat the prices here!

Both of our dogs are rescues, pretty skittish and one is blind. We have struggled to find a good fit for them boarding wise. This was their first stay at PetQuest, but I think we finally found a fit! They came home happy and healthy, with tails wagging!

Wonderful place to clean up my pooch! I opted for the self-clean session. Paid 11$ for 7 choices of great smelling shampoos, 2 fluffy towels and plenty of water. Great, friendly staff too! We'll definitely be back!

We recently moved to the area and this was our first time with this groomer. Our dogs seemed happy and not stressed by the experience. With previous groomers, my little dog would shake his head constantly for days to get water out of his ears. Not this time, so the groomer was obviously careful and I really appreciated that. A great haircut, nails and everything else. Nice clean facilities too.

1st experience with groomer here in Chatt. They saw 2 fur-babies. 1 was for a mani & pedi and the other their Elite Styling. They did a great job. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because her trim should have been shorter. (I thought I gave a good reference point as to the shade of her undercoat.) Looks like she will need to go back sooner than later for another trim.

I have a high strung fur baby that takes a lot of patience and know how when it come to grooming and just all around knowledge of the breed. I found that to be true with them. The groomer did an outstanding job on my beautiful boy. I will be using them from now on.

It was ours and our dog Archie’s first boarding experience while we went on vacation. PetQuest Spa and Hotel did a great job taking care of our fur baby and making him feel comfortable while we were gone. We will definitely board with them again.

My fur-baby is a very anxious pup, but the employees at PetQuest did an excellent job calming her, and I felt very comfortable leaving her in their hands.

Used the self service pet wash today. Sure was a lot easier to wash me big dog than in my bathtub. No mess to clean up well worth the 15.00 in my opinion

Don't board my dogs often, but they stayed at PetQuest while we went out if town for a few days. They were happy and healthy when we picked them up, and looked great! I'd recommend PerQuest for boarding!
