If it wasn't for the manager of pet smart .... My dog would have been dead.. as far as the Banfield pet hospital part... One suggestion.. never use them.

They squeezed us in on a travel emergency and were so kind and gracious!!

I have been bringing my dogs in here for years. Yesterday I took one of my fur babies in for his check up. I was told his yearly plan was showing inactive but they couldn't find the expiration date (it was not expired), my other was showing an inactive plan from 2019 (it was renewed in 2020 and still has a month of service left). Also, an authorized user I removed three years ago was randomly showing in my chart. My husband was no longer in the chart as an authorized user (we have both been bringing our pets here for almost ten years) and our email address was no longer showing in the chart. I had to reverify everything! The lady behind the counter was super nice about it and just as confused as I was. The service was different but okay. The vet tried to make a joke not realizing that he was coming off rude. If he would have made his joke to someone more sensitive he would have received a complaint. I will still bring my fur babies here because this was a fluke visit. It is usually pretty smooth.

I absolutely love the staff here at our Chattanooga Tennessee Banfield I think they are top notch. The only complaint that I have is that sometimes they seem not as personable as they could be. I realize that my sweet dog is on a monthly wellness plan, But I still think she deserves the best care available.

I've taken my dog there twice, and I wont be going back. The first visit cost us $500 total, and then today the vet indicated that the drugs they'd prescribed weren't even working for my dog. They don't let you go back with your dog, so as we sat in the waiting room, we could distinctly hear our dog screaming. On top of that, my dog looked normal when she went in, but when she came out her left ear was literally on the side of her head and she kept shaking it and scratching it. We went in for routine booster vaccines, so we brought this up when the Vet came out. At first she denied that anything was amiss, but as she watched our dog scratch and shake her ear, she then offered to look at her ears again, because the dogs behavior was not normal. We'll be taking her somewhere else. Both times we've been there, we've been sketched out.

Always a pleasure. I have a pit bull and a Yorkie poodle mix and they LOVE the techs there. Which says alot seeing as my pit is a severe nervous wreck when it comes to anything socially.

Wanted to thank the young lady that cut my Big puppies toe nails this weekend after they tried a few weeks ago when I first adopted him.

I love Banfield because of all of the locations! The ones at home are so friendly. This was my first time out of state. They made me feel welcome, kept me updated, and reassured me about everything.

I took my puppy there for the first time and they absolutely loved her. It was a great experience and my puppy came out happier then ever!

They have been taking care of my 3 fur babies for 6 years. They are so caring.

They bring you in by saying your 1st visit is free and then when you have to pick up your cat or dog. You either have to pay in full which was 350 for me or sign up for their wellness plan. Plus the staff upfront is more worried about going to get their next Starbucks drink than the customers or pets. They are extremely overpriced and I don’t trust that they have my pets best interest in mind. I wouldn’t bring a pet squirrel to this vet. Stick to your small business/local vet. Banfield is a joke.

Even though it was very busy at the time, we were there, the staff did a great job keeping things flowing. Patients checked in, techs taking pets to back, doctors coming out to talk with pet parents and then getting checked out. Staff was friendly and pleasant.

Took our two four-legged babies for dental cleanings and they took great care of them but not my wallet, and I have the wellness plans for them.

Staff is always so friendly and helpful! Especially if there is an emergency they always try their best to get your pet in ASAP.

Friendly staff, everybody treats your animals like they are the most special they've seen all day.

Some of the veterinary technicians are great. But overall we had nothing but a horrible experience with this vet.

We signed my daughters dog up. My daughter has a mental illness that causes cognitive issues. She didnt understand the pricing. She thought the monthly fee would pay for all the vet needs. She has been paying a while - shes tried to talk to a person about this for over 6 months. Please contact us about this . Matt

Will never use another vet service. They are the best. They know Molly by name when we walk in and they love her like I do

I don't dislike I just feel like people need to be there when there animals are being examined.

They are great with your pets

I don't recommend Banfield at all , bad business these people are in being a big chain franchise you never know who the doctor is gonna be as well they like to surprise you with charges .

Dr. Nelson is the doctor you want for your pet. She is so caring and really goes above and beyond. I am so thankful for her advice and the care and attention she gives my dog.

Friendly staff, took good care of my dog. When dropping off, you must call then and they'll come out to the car.

Super friendly staff and great treatments! They treat your pet like it would be their own! We never had a bad experience!
