The Lady working was very nice but the store didnt have anything i was looking for and even had very little pets to chose from.

They washed my girl Bell (Collie/Aussie mix), and she was filthy! Gave her a great hair cut, and trimmed her nails. She was so proud of how she looked, but then she is a beauty!

Had my dogs nails clipped and filed. The tech did an excellent job with my dog being she is very skittish.

I have always like getting my dog groomed here even if there prices are a little high. However I called to schedule an appointment and they lost my dogs shot record when I asked about how they don't have them she got rude I said I was not trying to be mean I was just asking and got hung up on!!! It wouldn't have been a big deal but I just bought a house and all my paperwork is packed away and the vets office is close. How do you lose that kind of paperwork?

The selection of supplies for reptiles is lacking. I went in today for a heat lamp bulb and all they had were red or blue lights for the fixture type holder. They do not stock live feeders for reptiles. If you have a cat or dog, the selection is extensive, but not for other types of pets.

Not enough amphibians/reptile care supplies, feeding options, tank decor, really much of anything for those species.

This place has a lot of stuff for pets but almost everything is overpriced a flea comb that I couldn't find anywhere else was $9 but at least I found one

I didn't even bother looking at the food and supplies when I saw how ugly this place is upon walking in. I'd rather make the long drive to PetSmart or Petco. They were supposed to hold a snake for us and even said they would hold it. 2 days later they sell it right out from under us. They never have crickets in stock so I have to drive all the way to Petco or PetSmart just for a bag of crickets. I really wish Petco and PetSmart would open up some locations closer to Athens.

I only go there to get crickets for my son’s bearded dragon. 90% of the time, they don’t have any. It gets upsetting. They are the only pet store in Athens that’s supposed to have them and they never do.

I had my 100 pound boy bathed and his nails cut. They did an awesome job. The price was very reasonable also!! Will use petsense again!!!
