who doesn’t let the owners know their dog is showing symptoms of illness? let alone PNEUMONIA! And then isn’t empathetic whatsoever towards the dogs condition. Our pets are like family, I wouldn’t want anyone being so careless with a family member. Do not trust them with your pets for overnight boarding. EDIT: In response to the owners reply, as you can see in other reviews multiple people have had an issue with the owner Avery who doesn’t empathize with pet owners serious concern for their dogs well being let alone take any accountability! Please continue to show your true character and label a pet owner expressing concern and frustration as “slander” whilst she is enduring mental anguish due to the employees negligence towards her pet. The lack of empathy is astonishing, pepper is like a child to me as well and i’m beyond concerned for the other pets boarded here as i’ve seen pictures and disheartening reviews on this company’s google page.

Absolutely love Camp Bow Wow... very grateful for how well they work with my Great Dane. The only place that can successfully trim her nails and bath etc her. She loves going there!!!

I like that drop-off was quick and efficient. I understand now why there is a drop-off loop rather than parking spaces! On our way to pick up, we realized we would arrive an hour early. We called very close to pick-up, and we're still able to get our dog ready. We will use Camp Bow Wow South Asheville again.

We and our pup love Camp Bow Wow. It's great that you can watch your pup play on the live webcam and the staff always know us when we arrive.

Never leave your pets here! My wife and I have three dogs and they have come back from here with kennel cough despite their vaccinations and received nothing more than a "that's too bad". Worst of all they are separating our three dogs for the week so these three dogs who have separation anxiety and become anxious apart are now forced to be in separate areas. The staff are rude and unhelpful when you call to ask why and they often don't offer any solutions or reasons.

We called to ask basic questions about the dog daycare program. When on the phone the staff member was talking to other people in the middle of my questions. She would talk, laugh and then ask "what did you say". I was appalled but asked my question again. The question was followed with "Can you call back later we are too busy". I completely understand being busy, but it was handled so unprofessionally. Well, that made my mind up. I do not feel good about putting my baby here at all. Disappointed! Call and do your research first folks!

Camp Bow Wow is the next best place to being home for your pup!

On the front side, great! It's a professional operation for sure. Hopefully, I'll feel the same after he spends a week with them!?

Loved being able to see my dog on the cameras while she was there. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our pups love this place. The staff is excellent, very accommodating.

My dog Dozer loves it there. When I pick him up he looks like he's disappointed im picking him up. Will definitely use them again when im in the Asheville area.

We are traveling in an RV and the team at Camp Bow Wow Ashville was great to accommodate our 3 pups for the weekend while we met friends in Ashville. Super friendly team and it's so great there is consistancy a cross the country so the dogs felt at home.

I love being able to leave my pup here without having to worry. The staff is super reliable and helpful and knows every dog by name as soon as they come through the door, especially Brittany who is always there to greet you with a smile!

Convenient location in South Asheville, and convenient drop off times. Friendly staff - particularly Brittany who always greets you with a smile and remembers your dog’s name! They are quick to respond and take your dogs care seriously.

Can’t bow wow is great. So professional! my dog always seems happy when I pick her up, and shes definitely hard to please . I boarded her for the first time a few weeks ago, and I was so nervous. Watching my girl (on the camera app) get pets from the staff and play time with other dogs put me right at ease. they fed her exactly as I asked, which I appreciate. And oddly enough she came home smelling surprisingly clean for a dog that played for 3 days, even though we didn’t pay for grooming. Thanks again!

The staff were great. They were very organized and answered all my questions. They gave me a tour and explained everything to me.

Just called to make reservation for my two dogs to board in October. One of my dogs weighs 18#. They said they don't take dogs that small. Never heard 9f such a policy. 18#'s is very common.

Our Talula stayed at Camp Bow Wow for the first time the weekend of July 9. (She had been there the week before for a few hours to see how she might fit in.) We were very pleased with the experience. We took advantage of the "Camper Cams" a few times over the weekend. Talula seemed happy and calm in the play yard. And we noticed that the employees give all of the dogs some attention and affection. We will definitely board Talula there again when the need arises!

We picked up our dog yesterday from boarding at Camp Bow Wow and this was our 2nd stay here. The 1st stay was by all appearances ok. But yesterday we picked her up to find a deep gash bitemark above her nose and left eyebrow and she was looking quite thin. Of the 2.5 bags of food I packed for her over 5 days .5 was probably eaten. This morning we found that she threw up and she's not eating her food or treats even. We don't know what the heck happened there but we will never be back again.

Even thou we have only started taking our dog "drako" for about 3 months to this camp i will say we are very happy with our decision... I have to brag on Brittney...she is not only sweet but very professional...she loves her job and its very Obvious by the way she welcomes our dog.and makes you feel relaxed about leaving him in your care..brittney is a most definitely a keeper and a most have employee????!!! Every time we pull up, our puppers is excited to enter; the employees remember him by name as soon as we arrive and I'm always impressed; when we peek in online to watch, it's clear he is active; and when we arrive for pick-up he's happy to see us because he's had a great day. The whole experience is great for his social conditioning (something our other dog never got a chance to develop, sadly) and we're deeply grateful for the opportunity to leave him in Camp Bow Wow's care! We know there are other options in South Asheville but we've been intentional in choosing Camp Bow Wow.
