Had a wonderful experience here. We had to bring my elderly cat in to be treated and were met with excellent staff who were knowledgeable, courteous, and had consideration not only for my cat, but for us as well. I would absolutely recommend!

This is where you go for your furry loved one. They treat you for exactly what you NEED. Unlike other places that try to milk you for all your worth.

First visit to this clinic. The staff were wonderful, the premises didn't smell of animals at all, and my two small dogs got their shots updated at a very reasonable price

No one in the clinic was wearing a mask. Highly unprofessional considering the state we are in with Covid in South Dakota. This is the first business I've been in that no one was wearing a mask. It was disturbing the risk they are putting their clients. I will not be returning. They should at least let people know over the phone when setting up an appointment they are going to put you at risk of getting Covid if you bring in your pet.

If I could give this clinic a 0 I would. My family has been going to Meiners since I was a child, over 20 years. This last week my grandmothers cat(she used to be my cat) started getting sick. This animal is 17 years old, she has been to Meiners multiple times in her life. She was taken in a few days ago and we were informed she wasn't going to make it much longer. Fast forward to today, my grandmother is worried she's in pain. We attempt to get her seen, and we're told that they(the clinic) can't see my dying cat because they want to close early. Excuse me? Then we're told that we(my family and 82 year old grandmother) can just DROP our animal off to die alone in that clinic while waiting overnight to be seen. At this point my mother decides to go in and see what's going on. The receptionist had lied about talking to the Vet about our situation. There's no way the vet would have said to just leave our dying cat alone overnight. And if so, she needs to quit this business. Your receptionist is a rude, uncaring woman. She told my mother to, "have a nice day" when clearly she wasn't going to because we were refused any type of logical care for our Dezzy. Not to mention she just had to deal with me having surgery on this exact day. Never in my life have I been more upset, and if I wasn't sitting here with a broken leg you people would be seeing me. How can you run a business like this? Change your name. You don't deserve the respect that Meiners Animal Clinic built over the years.

Always friendly and great with the pets.

Really appreciated their being able to see my cat within 24 hrs. Like separate entrances for cats and dogs. We're very friendly and took good care of my cat. She has fully recovered and will be taking my other pets there in the future

I like everything about this clinic. I prefer getting to know staff, including the Vet, rather than bigger outfits that seem to change staff often.

Great prices and friendly staff! My dogs love it there and are comfortable. they take their time and respect your concerns with your animals. Their new kennels are to die for ???? all around great place wouldn’t choose anywhere else!

Great people. Our puppy needed knee surgery and they took great care of him. Sugery didn't quite turn out right, so they fixed it without charge.
