Made an appointment for a cat to be spayed, they were able to get me a price beforehand and everything went as planned. Loved the customer service and the options along with their services.

They are very knowledgeable & nice they also sell really nice Reins!!! ???? they were very kind to my puppy & I found out she loves peanut butter ????!!! ???? I they even respected my wishes on no touching because my puppy is a Service Dog in Training

Been there a few times really haven't had a bad experience never had an emergency with my cat my only complaint is it's hard to call them on the phone to schedule an appointment to me it seems like they need an extra person is to answer the phone but very very good experience and I'll go back again definitely so but anyways thank you for what you have done for me and my baby girl merphy aka the merphanator

Best vet in Rapid City! Takes great care of our pups

The receptionist was outstanding but the not vet tech. It was Paws (adopted cat) first time scheduled visit for a free wellness exam offered and recommend by the humane society. We waited 45 minutes in a room separated by a wall divider to which you can hear everything being said by the employees about you and your pet(s). When the vet tech walked in she greeted Paws while using her stethoscope. Immediately after she asked, “ Do you any questions?” and seemed ready to get us out of there. The whole experience lasted less than 5 minutes, she cleaned his ears and answered a question I had without actually answering the question. I Will not be returning here again.

Absolutely love my vet! Been going too Cooks for 4 years now. I have a dog that does not like getting his mouth touched because of the previous place I took him, but she does an amazing job and my dogs always do well with her. Super friendly staff!

Horrible experience with putting our dog to sleep. It took the vet over 3 shots and our dog was in pain. It was very depressing and not an easy goodbye at all.

Wonderful, caring staff, great service. They treat your pet as if they were their own! I can not say enough good things about them! Also, extremely reasonable prices compared to other vet clinics in R.C. :)

Staff are friendly and pricing is great. If you are going to put down a pet another vet may be a better choice. Put down a cat and check for life was to poke him in the eye...

They Always treat me and my pet well and take good care of them.

Extremely unprofessional. I used to recommend them but now I will not after this experience. They will gossip about you behind closed doors when you can still hear them very clearly in the next room. Took 40 minutes to get my cat’s shots done, when I had an appointment time set. Receptionist was very rude. 10/10 would not recommend. Should be more focused on the animal in their care instead of the owner/customer.
