Trying to be fair because they do a good job overall with the grooming of our dogs but they have cut our dogs SEVERAL times and blame it on the dog not sitting still. So I do not recommend them for that reason.

Walk in for nail trim. Out in 5 minutes. Caroline was so sweet with my Tinker. Highly recommend!

I used Zeus & Bailey's Pet Spa for the first time recently. I was very pleased. All I needed was a bath, nail trimming, and teeth cleaning for Gracie, my 8 year old Boxer mix. The problem with Gracie is she has a very bad anxiety problem. She was very scared when I handed her off to unfamiliar people in an unfamiliar place. The staff was incredibly sweet to her. They took extra time to play with her and get her comfortable before proceeding to a bath. They take every precaution to make sure pets are not in a position to be aggressive to each other. I am very grateful to them and I plan to use to them again. Thank you.

Never again They have my dogs 3 hours past when they said they would be done. I caught them yelling at my dog. He is an animal, no reason to be so mean with them.

We took our puppy to get groomed her for her first time! I was a very nervous dog mom of course and so when asked how long she will be they told me about 2 hours. I dropped my puppy off at 1 and had heard nothing at all by 4:45 and they close at 5. I decided to drive up there and I went in and asked about my dog and they informed me that they hadn’t even started...... so my dog was just in the kennel for 4 hours waiting!!!! Poor thing! I brought her here because it was an appointment only professional groomer, but unfortunately they were not very professional and unapologetic. The girl who told me they hadn’t started on my puppy was in no hurry to get up and continued talking to a coworker. She finally told us she was going to start and would call us when she wa done. My husband and I decided to wait in the parking lot for her and finally she was finished around 6!!!! That was five hours for my puppy there and her haircut wasn’t well done, very uneven. I was so disappointed and sad my puppy waited for 5 hours :(

I bring both of my fur babies here and Zeus & Baileys pet spa is by far amazing! Absolutely great at what they do and my fur babies love it!

Very professional, exceeded my expectations. The only salon that actually groomed/cut my Yorkie Marley correctly and she has been to a few places. I appreciate you taking caring of my fur baby!!!!

My pet was severely cut all over his stomach and private area. The only thing that’s was offered is that I apply hydrocortisone to his cuts. I would not be taking my pet here again!

We brought our Labradoodle, Sugar to be groomed by Georgia today and she was amazing! Sugar loved her! We will definitely be regulars from now on.

Cut our dogs nail and made her bleed, but blamed it on our dog for not sitting still enough. Did not clean feet, none of the nails are showing. 100% of the hair on her body is seriously JACKED UP. our dog is groomed several times a month and has never had an issue with getting groomed. They’re under new management and it IS TERRIBLE.

I took my gsd Roxi there this morning to get a bath. Roxi is a 75pound ball of anxiety and energy. She has never had a bath before. I was worried about how she would react. Roxi does not like being handled, held, or manipulated in any way. Hannah was the groomer I met this morning. She did a great job handling my dog. Roxi looks like a different dog. Roxi looks great, she was a pretty dog before, she is a gorgeous dog now. Hannah did a great job, and will be the only groomer to handle my dog from now on...
