This is best animal clinic to take your pet. The staff is friendly and kind and helpful. I wouldn't think of taking my lilbit any other place. When I call them with a problem their always available to see her. Great place to keep your pet healthy and happy. ????????♥️

I am New to the area and had not found a vet yet... Unfortunately it was my first and last time using them...we had to put our 12 year old boxer down and it was tough. The staff was very considerate of our emotions and made it a very simple process. If we decide to get another dog, we will definitely make them our vet.

We all agree: This is the best Vet we have even been to. Diego after consulting with Popo, King, Little One and Blackie.

West Columbia Animal Clinic was our first choice for a veterinary clinic for our Bassett Hound. Dr. Kelly Hallman and her staff are very caring and take the time to listen and respond to all of our questions. They provide excellent care and we highly recommend them.

I can't really share anything. Lap of Love just delivered my Sweet 17 year old baby's ashes to this vet. They were really nice for accepting my Zorro's ashes for me to pick up.

I recommend West Columbia Animal Clinic! I love the staff and their services are great. They're reliable and professional. I boarded my diabetic cat with them and they did a wonderful job. I'll continue to bring my pets here as long as I live near by.

Great little place to take my dog and the staff are always awesome. Although my little guy might not like it, he's in good hands when he comes here.

This Dr. Kelly Hallman misdiagnosed my dog. The vet did a full blood panel on my dog and told me my dog was healthy and there was nothing wrong with her. A month later I took her back to the doctor due to vomiting, blood in the stool. And she said that she’s overweight and heard bilateral knees are popping out when she walks, And she gave me some medication for her. I called a week later and told the vet that she still having the same issues. And she told me to cut the medication in half. As I’m watching my dog decline often refuses her food, increase of drinking water, not wanting to walk anymore, lethargic, and extended stomach, the vet says she’s just overweight. Not once have I ever seen this doctor. It’s always been the technicians or the receptionist that came out and spoke with me or have talk to me over the phone. I have a toy Chihuahua and she eats at 1/8 of a cup in the morning and at night. She’s not overweight. 2 month later I rushed my dog to the emergency room after she had her first seizure. The emergency vet did a full Blood panel on her and her liver ATL was 2300. After taking her to a new vet and requesting her paperwork from the previous vet. The new vet viewed her paperwork and said that her liver ATL was elevated and her previous bloodwork at 263. WHY didn’t the previous vet Dr. Kelly Hallman tell me that her ATL was elevated and that we need to recheck it the following month? All this could’ve been prevented and caught early. With the anabiotic‘s and all the medication her liver ATL is down to 1400. Which is a great sign. she’s acting normal now and on two medications one for her liver and one for her seizure for the rest of her little life. And she gets her blood work done once a month to make sure that her ATL stays down or stable. She’s no longer vomiting, Blood in the stool and no longer lethargic and loves to go on walks and her stomach is no longer extend it. Thanks to the emergency vet “CVETS and the new veterinarian at PET VAC that sees her now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Dr. Kelly Hallman @ WEST COLUMBIA ANIMAL CLINIC..please watch your pets signs of illness.

I called West Columbia Animal Clinic and the receptionist was very rude and didn’t want to answer any questions. She seemed like she was annoyed by my questions and eventually hung up on me. I tried to called back and couldn’t get an answer or make an appointment. Terrible first impression. Now I can’t trust them with my pet.

Awesome experience! Vet and staff are extremely caring and helpful. Our boy had a major back injury, we had taken him to a er and they said he required imaging and surgery that would cost thousands. We came to the vet for a second opinion and she provided us with a affordable treatment plan. Less than 2 months later our boy is 100% back to normal. We have more time with him thanks to them. Office is amazing with follow up calls and refills. Best vet we have been to. Highly recommend!

My dog is special needs/high anxiety and doesn’t do well with other animals plus he recently got diagnosed withAddison’s. They went above and beyond to find a reasonable price for medication and were able to accommodate him for the day while he was being tested. They also provided a lower cost test than any of the other clinics for the Addison’s test.
