They were very organized. They have the perfect set up to deal with the pandemic. I felt safe going in there. Very prompt and friendly staff.

I have taken my Cocker Spaniel to them for over16 years and they have always done an exceptional groom and always show Misty lots of love and compassion. I have also boarded Misty and my Chihuahua, Gizmo, with them many times over the years and my fur-babies were always well taken care of. I highly recommend Palmettp Boarding/Groomers!

They treated us like family. They loved our pup like he was their own. They answered our worried calls and reassured us that he was doing well. They begged us to bring him back because they enjoyed him so much!

Took my dog in for his hair cut, first time lady did pretty good with him. Only issue is she cut him a bit close on his butt. Second time I take him in I asked her to be careful around his butt, she didn't like that. When I went to get my dog he looks AWFUL! His cut around his face is all different lengths, one hind foot still has long fur on it. It had only been a couple Months between curs but groomer said he was full of mats... really? And to top it all off... My dog came h ok me with a loose front tooth!!! PLEASE... DO NOT take your furbabies there for grooming. Or if you do, DO NOT tell groomer she needs to be careful, other wise your dog pays the price.
