Great shopping experience as always. The staff and helpful and friendly. Every time I bring our dog Charlie there, they always offer to pet him and give him some free cookies. Their selection is good too... Birds, ferrets, fish, dogs, cats, and reptiles.

This location is amazing, it is always clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well! We brought in our 9 week old Great Pyrenees and they loved on her, gave her a little scarf, and this location is also where we get our husky and corgi groomed. The groomers are beyond good, the pups always come home clean, shiny, and happy!

This petco did not have the certain brand of cat food I feed my cat. The petco where I live has it, so I thought this one would too since this store is bigger and has more things for your pets. (This is unrelated) I dont know if I am the only one who feels this way, but there are hardly anything for cats in any petstore you go to. Dogs have tons of stuff to choose from though. Why is this??

I purchased my aquarium online from Petco. Very happy with price & delivery. About 1 month ago I went In to check their small selection of freshwater fish. The first tank had 12 dead fish sucked into the filter. I couldn't believe my eyes. Never been back to Petco in Summervill, S.C. for fish.

Customer service here fro grooming is the worst. Last Friday I scheduled an appointment for my little dog. I arrived today for my Dog’s grooming appointment and the lady in the grooming section was so peevish. Looks like who answered the phone didn’t submitted the appointment and of course I didn’t have one, but my point is not this. My point is how peevish and careless attitude the lady had. Customer service is the first thing most important in a business. So, because I didn’t find any solution I requested to talk with the manager…then I understood why the lady in the grooming act like that…because the example. They lost a customer today for sure and I will never recommend this place anymore.

Bought a harness for my puppy. Not only is it terrible quality but it also has 6 sharp piercing parts (like a dried glue) sticking out on the inside of the harness hurting my puppy. I no longer have the receipt to return this garbage product so be careful with Petco’s products, we can’t trust them thinking they wouldn’t sell hurting pet products because they do.
