Loved the staff! Very caring and informative. Our fur baby is doing well now after not eating for days. So helpful and we will be back. Price is always a concern and the Charleston area definitely effects prices. They are fair though at Flowertown.

Would rate as zero if it were possible. While initial service provided was reasonable, prompt and courteous. It was expensive. Followup up service was less than adequate. Certainly $1000 should buy at least some competent and prompt follow up via phone regarding the condition the pet was treated for.

Amazed how you can charge a loving owner the price of a car to save his baby that needs surgery...Bottom line is it's not about the fur babies but how you pay your rent. Talking advantage of people that care is repulsive ..you should be ashamed charging people the way you do. and you say you care.....Facebook would love this shame on you for taking advantage of loving and caring pet owners......

They are very kind and conscious of the owners feelings. We have been going to them for 16 years and have not been disappointed.

The office was able to get us in within a 48 hour time; other clinics were a week out. Everyone from the receptionist to the Dr we're professional and gentle. The vet tech was terrific with my ol' man and Dr. took all the time I needed to answer questions and discuss my babies health concerns. She gave me options and was honest about what she would do. We are newer to the area so I was really nervous about finding the right Vet for our 5 furry family members. We will be back ????

This place is very unorganized. There is no structure in their management. You’ll be waiting half an hour in your vehicle to be buzzed in. Another 30 before an actual dvm to see your pet for an appt that will last about 2 mins— a wishy wash job. It’s sad that the owners may think that the ppl they trust their mission and vision with doesn’t have the same passion and doesn’t care about the client and their pet(s). So what if the pet only come to this location during the times their usual vet cannot accommodate them..The important thing is that you were there during the time the patient needed your clinic the most. That should be enough. The only DVM I would trust here that I have so far met and liked are Dr. Hawk and Dr. Randinelli. But NEVER Dr. Nawa. Tiffany and DJ are my favorite techs!

I took my elderly dog here earlier this year due to some mouth issues. Turned out she had several decayed teeth that needed to be removed (I think it was 4). They were able to schedule oral surgery for her within a week of being seen for her initial consult. They called after her procedure to let me know everything had gone well and when I could pick her up. When I picked her up that evening the vet told me that they ended up removing 10+ teeth!!! I was shocked and I felt terrible; however, she was very kind and patient and said losing that many teeth in dogs is not a big deal since they have so many, and since my dog is 13 it really wasn’t that surprising. The tech that also assisted checking us out as very thorough in explaining what to monitor my dog for, normal bleeding and such after the procedure, and how to give her pain meds and antibiotics afterwards. Great experience overall for the situation, and I highly recommend!

I took my 2 puppies in. Everyone was wonderful and came in to visit the girls while we waited for the vet. The wait was longer than normal but they had an emergency so I completely understand.

They took care of my sick baby. They work him in. The price was really to high ,but I had no choice. Maybe they can check into may changing prices give the time frame how many is not easy to come by for some of us...

It’s just sad. I’ve been going to this vet clinic since it was run by Dr. Heldreth, and they were beyond great. They actually cared about your pets and worked with you if things were tight. Now that the practice has changed hands multiple times, it’s definitely a business. If you call there 5 times, you will get a voicemail 4 times. Don’t bother leaving a message, they don’t call back. Oh, you have an appointment? Just sit in the parking lot for 15-20 minutes past your appointment time, then we might bring you into the waiting room if one of the girls feels like walking out there to get you. And if you do make it to whatever vet you get that day,”Hey, your dog has a strong heartbeat and good temperature, you don’t need any vaccinations, and we’d really like to sell you this $25 box of heart worm meds” That will be $250 please.

Took my dog their for a check up and a vaccination. I just moved to the area. I called to make sure he didn’t need anything else prior bc he’s a super high anxiety case. When I got there they told me I would also need another test done or they wouldn’t approve his prescription for heart guard through Chewy.com. So glad I was lied to and they are just money hungry trying to add more painful tests for my dog.

Awesome place!! My Dexter went there very sick. They took care of him and diagnosed him with Addison’s Disease. We ended up taking him to Vet specialty care, as this hospital closed early. After Dexters treatment we received 3 calls to check on him!♥️♥️♥️Thank you Flowertown!

I will only say wonderful things about Flowertown Animal Hospital. Dr. Nathan and staff were absolutely wonderful to me as I said goodbye to my sweet cat. I will never forget the measures they took to make me comfortable with the situation.

Today we called Flowertown veterinarian hospital with an emergency. Our sweet Luna was diagnosed when she was 6 months old with Renal Dysplasia. On Monday she started to decline and it was late in the afternoon so we went to veterinarian specialists. They were good but we decided to take Luna home and see how she does. "Hoping on a miracle". She really declined late last night, we waited till Flowertown veterinarian hospital opened and I called. They got us right in. Sarah I took us through the back door. We meet Dr. Nathan and he took the time out of his full schedule to talk to us and explaine what was going on with Luna. Both him and Sara I were so compassionate and sweet. They treated Luna with all the love she needed. Unfortunately we had to lay our sweet girl to rest. She fought for 2 years. I want to take the time to let Dr. Nathan and Sarah I how much we appreciated your love and compassion towards my family and my sweet Luna in her last minutes. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your help and support today. The Nilsson Family

Absolutley the worst customer service. Noone answered the phones between 8pm and 9pm. I left a message for a return call with specific details on dogs illness. I also completed the request for an appointment online. No one called back until the next day after I left 2 more messages. Showed up at 525pm for 530pm appointment, called number to advise I was in a parking spot and space number and once again no one answered Called back and left a message. Texted number listed on the website as well to notify them I had arrived. At 6pm called again to advise I had been waiting outside for 35 minutes and no one had acknowledged me. Receptionist stated they were busy and someone would be out soon. She said she didn't know they even had a number to text or that it was on their website. Two techs came out 15 minutes later to get patients from 2 other cars that arrived at 6pm. I walked inside and asked why I was not acknowledged and why 2 patients who arrived 30 minutes after were taken in before and she said I dont know. We are busy. After Dr. Dorsan sold this practice it has gone downhill. The worst customer service.

Everyone there has been super helpful and honest during an extremely hard time for me. We had to put one of my babies to sleep this week and the hospice room experience was the most amazing thing I've ever been afforded before. The staff and doctor was great and all I can hope for is I get everything back from the cremation services. *crosses fingers* Otherwise, couldn't ask for a better group of people! Edit: Wouldn't let me share a picture of my baby, bit I did add him to the pictures. Great boy and made me extremely happy in the time I was blessed to have him! ???? Update: Paw print got made, but no fur clipping. He had already been cremated once Pet Rest called. After looking back at the invoice from the vet I saw the paw print on the list, but I didn't see anything indicating the the fur clipping. It's honestly okay because I mostly really wanted the paw print and I voiced that to vet even prior to my arrival. However, I know reading the invoice wasn't even in my mind at the time. If that is something that will absolutely break you if it's forgotten, make double sure it's there and don't wait for Pet Rest to call you first - it will likely be too late to catch. Hope this helps!

I can't say enough good things about this place. All staff- from front desk, to techs, to veterinarians (specifically Dr. Randanelli)- go above and beyond to care for the animals. I've never had a people-doctor care team that was as informative, caring, and forthcoming as Flowertown Animal Hospital has been for my cat. Highly recommend this group for all animals! Working to get to the bottom of this little guy's digestive issues.
