I took my dog here for treatment if an ear infection and shots. While there I mentioned he’s hard to groom b/c he hates the groomer. The techs decided to trim to him down and later let me know they “nipped” him but it wasn’t anything to be concerned about. He came out bandaged up. When I got home I notice he was bleeding a lot. The bandage was pretty socked with blood. After later removing the bandage, I see that this is much more than a little nip. These ppl cut my dog’s tail. I absolutely will never go back to this place and will never recommend them.

They were so professional,and treated my dog very well. They diagnosed his health issues and treated him. They were so kind and caring! I will never go anywhere else! I am just so grateful to them.♥️♥️♥️

Always good experience for me. Izzy isn't crazy about going to the Dr. Neither am I but she gets good care here and I feel good about her visits.

Although they take very good care of my animals when they offer a prescription they charge $10 for each script. I chose to use chewie.com and they sent for verification and they will never answer and each script I get is never honored and for this reason I am seriously thinking of dropping this veterinarian service. My animal is important to me but they should honor the script and not skirt the issue

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Services are great and reasonably priced as well. This is a very popular vet clinic due to the wonderful staff and services so please book an appointment in advanced, and be aware that they are very busy so you may have a wait on the phone, so please be patient! Trust me it’s worth it.

This clinic is good, however don't schedule an appt on their website. I did and the staff said they didn't receive it.

Lose the ridiculous COVID protocols. You have people and their pets waiting out in the hot July sun for up to half an hour because you are only allowing only one person inside at a time and you have the waiting room closed.

Since Dr. Patch retired I had to find a mew vet so I decided to try westside veterinary clinic..they seemed a little busy but I feel like ot was the time of day but all in all it was a very good experience times 3 and I will be going back

This place is the best! They will love and care for your pet as if it was there own! They saved my golden retriever puppy,"Georgia"! I'll forever be grateful!!!!!

I called from the car at 9:30 in their parking lot to let the desk know we had a 9:45 appointment, she said okay, we will call you back when we are ready for Ace. I went in and asked for some water for the dog, AT 1045 and informed them we had been waiting for over an hour. They magically called us back, after I got back into the car. They would not let me go back with my 16 year old daughter with the dog and I waited in the lobby, with three other people. The Vet never entered the room to look at the dog, just stood outside the door, that was cracked which made Ace lose his mind. The appointment was for dog anxiety... the vet gave my daughter some anxiety medication for Ace as they left the room and told her this probably won't work. Needless to say we left there to find another vet. So very happy we did. Ace has very bad anxiety and will need lots of help and prayers.

The staff is very responsive to whatever the reason for a visit. They take excellent care of me and my furbabies. Fortunately, my boy, Hank, is a healthy family member and we are hit or miss clients. Everytime I have ever needed them, they have been very reliable. Truly appreciate all of them!

The staff and doctors are extremely passionate about the wellbeing of every animal they care for. The prices are responsible for the quality of care they provide. Dr. Hill even took time on her day off to check up on our pooch.

I've brought my pup here twice for different vaccinations, and both times they took over an hour from our appointment time to give my dog a shot (which took all of 30 seconds) and both times my dog (who gets carsick easily) has thrown up in my car while waiting. The staff is friendly, it is an affordable place to go, the shots were done quickly, and they are great with ensuring I have copies of all of the paperwork I might need. But holy cow, I hate going here and waiting and having to have my car cleaned afterwards.

We have been taking our animals here for several years. Called today to get Jake seen asap as he has been up all night with diarrhea and vomiting and was told he can't be seen until Thursday...this is Monday. I said well he could be dead by then. Her response was well I'm sorry. Called another vet who agreed that this is an urgent case and we are headed there now. I will NEVER use Westside again. Btw...I'm a nurse and am very much aware that my dog is now dehydrated.

Sent my dog for her basic shots and they gave her another shot that I didn't ask for it cost me an extra 150 dollars! Make sure you tell them exactly what you want !

Pretty sad that you wait longer at the vet for your pet to be seen than you do at a normal dr office!! Had a 4:20pm appointment for a “quick” recheck on a place on my sons Mal that was scheduled the week before. Arrived 10 minutes early and called immediately letting them know I was there and I had to be gone by 5:50pm to pick up my son from soccer practice. Receptionist told me she’d check if they could get me in/out and call me back. After 35 minutes, I called back and told them they were suppose to have called and let me know and a different receptionist didn’t know anything about that and was very ugly with me and told me if I needed to leave, then leave. Needless to say I left! They don’t care if they lose business or if you switch to another vet...when I mentioned finding one that actually followed thru on what they said, I got “I’ll be glad to print your records for you!” Highly disappointed in this vet and do not recommend you waisting your time (or your pets)!!!!
